Description

The present invention relates to a storage for storing stored items at an optimal storage temperature, and intends to extend the life of the display unit that displays the temperature in the storage and to save power.

As this type of storage, as shown in Patent Document 1, a low-temperature storage for storing agricultural products such as brown rice at an optimal storage temperature is known. In this storage, the cooling unit is turned ON / OFF based on the internal temperature detected by the internal temperature sensor, and the internal temperature is maintained at the target temperature. In the case of brown rice, the target temperature is set to around 13 ° C. The inside temperature is controlled.

This storage is equipped with a display that displays the internal temperature, and the internal temperature can be confirmed from the outside. However, since this temperature display is always on, power consumption is reduced. The situation cannot be ignored. In addition, although the internal temperature fluctuates due to opening / closing of doors with storage and removal, rise in outside air temperature, defrosting, etc., it is maintained at the target temperature in most cases, so a specific number is displayed on the display. (When brown rice is stored, “13”) is displayed, and there is a problem in that the display segment intensively deteriorates the luminance and deteriorates the display form.

Then, the subject which this invention tends to solve is providing the storage which implement | achieves the lifetime improvement and power saving of the display part which displays the internal temperature.

In order to solve such a problem, the present invention includes a storage chamber that is opened and closed by a door, a temperature control unit that cools or warms the storage chamber, an internal temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the storage chamber, A display unit that displays the temperature in the storage chamber, an operation unit that sets a target temperature in the storage chamber, and a temperature control unit that controls the temperature control unit to be a target temperature set in the operation unit based on detection of the internal temperature sensor In the storage provided with the control means, the control means performs a temperature control operation for turning on and off the temperature control unit at the start temperature and the stop temperature set above and below the target temperature, and displays the display unit in the state of the temperature control operation. It has a function to turn off the temperature display in the storage room.

In addition, when the temperature display on the display unit is turned off, the control unit turns on the temperature display on the display unit again for a predetermined time when the door of the storage chamber is opened or closed or the operation unit is operated. With functionality. Furthermore, when the temperature display on the display unit is turned off, the control means has a function of relighting the temperature display on the display unit when the internal temperature detected by the internal temperature sensor deviates from the start control temperature by a predetermined temperature. Prepared.

According to the storage of the present invention, when the temperature inside the storage chamber is controlled to the target temperature by the temperature control unit, the temperature display of the internal temperature is turned off, so the lighting time of the display unit is shortened As a result, the lifetime of the display portion and unnecessary power consumption can be prevented. In addition, since the display unit can be turned off artificially by opening / closing the door of the storage room or operating the temperature setting unit, it is possible to easily check the internal temperature and the operation of the apparatus.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an internal sectional view showing a storage of the present invention.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a storage body, which includes a box-shaped storage chamber 2 having an open front surface, a heat insulating door 3 that opens and closes the front surface of the storage chamber 2, and a cooling unit 4 provided on the top surface of the storage chamber 2. The storage chamber 2 is composed of a heat insulating panel with five surfaces (top plate 2a, both side plates 2b and 2c, back plate 2d, and bottom plate 2e) except for the front, and is stored in a state where a predetermined number (for example, 6 cm) of rice bags are stacked. It has a capacity that can. A heat insulating door 3 is attached to the front surface of the storage chamber 2 so as to be openable and closable, and a door switch 5 that detects opening and closing of the heat insulating door 3 and an interior lamp 6 that is turned on / off by the door switch 5 are provided.

The heat insulating door 3 is formed of a heat insulating panel, similar to the storage chamber 2, and a gasket packing 7 that is in close contact with the opening edge of the storage chamber 2 is attached to the peripheral edge of the back surface to seal the front opening of the storage chamber 2. It is. The cooling unit 4 is equipped with a known refrigeration cycle (not shown) including a compressor, a condenser, a cooling fan, a heat radiating fan, and the like, and is mounted and fixed on the top plate 2 a of the storage chamber 2. It supplies cold air inside. The cooling unit 4 is set and operated by an operation panel 8 provided on the front surface, and is controlled based on an internal temperature sensor 9 that detects the temperature in the storage chamber 2.

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing a control system of the present invention.
A control unit 10 is connected to the cooling unit 4, door switch 5, interior lighting 6, operation panel 8, and interior temperature sensor 9. The operation panel 8 includes a brown rice key 11, a high-humidity key 12, a low-humidity key 13 for switching the storage course, a temperature adjustment key 14 for setting a target temperature within a predetermined range (here, 3 to 18 ° C.), and an interior temperature. -It has the display part 15 which displays either an error alarm and defrosting.

The course keys 11 to 13 are provided with course lamps 16 to 18, respectively, so that the currently selected course key can be visually confirmed by lighting the lamp. This lamp lighting also uses the role of confirming that the storage is operating normally as a substitute for the power lamp. The display unit 15 is configured by arranging two segments of 7-segment LED display elements, and displays the internal temperature during pull-down, the error number when an error occurs, and the dF when defrosted. Turns off.

The control unit 10 executes a program stored in accordance with a storage course selected by the operation panel 8 or a target temperature, and a cooling unit mainly according to the temperature in the storage chamber 2 detected by the internal temperature sensor 9. 4 ON / OFF control is performed. Moreover, lighting of the interior lighting lamp 6 by the detection of the door switch 5 and error detection, display of the interior temperature detected by the interior temperature sensor 9, and a defrosting operation at regular intervals given by a built-in timer are executed.

The cooling operation of the storage configured as above will be described. FIG. 3 is a timing chart showing the operation timing of each device.
When the power is turned on, course selection by each of the course keys 11 to 13 on the operation panel 8 and temperature setting by the temperature adjustment key 14 can be performed. Here, when the course key of the desired storage course (brown rice, high humidity, low humidity) is input, the target temperature of the input storage course is displayed on the display unit 15, and the displayed target temperature is a temperature adjustment key as necessary. By adjusting at 14, the course and temperature are set. When a predetermined time elapses after the key operation is completed, the cooling operation is automatically started.

When the cooling operation starts, the internal temperature sensor 9 detects the internal temperature T in the storage chamber 2, and the internal temperature T is higher than the target temperature Ts, the cooling unit 4 is activated. When the internal temperature T reaches the stop temperature Toff of the cooling unit that is set lower than the target temperature Ts by a predetermined temperature (for example, 2 ° C.) by starting the cooling unit, the cooling unit 4 is stopped. When the cooling unit 4 stops and the internal temperature T reaches the starting temperature Ton of the cooling unit set to a predetermined temperature (for example, 2 ° C.) higher than the target temperature Ts, the cooling unit 4 is started. By repeating this operation and detecting the temperature in the storage chamber 2, the interior of the refrigerator is kept near the target temperature Ts by turning on / off the compressor based on the interior temperature T.

When the cooling unit 4 is initially started, the circulation fan is driven first, and the compressor and the heat radiating fan are driven with a delay. This is a function for preventing the compressor from being restarted from a state where the pressure is high and for preventing a power supply voltage from being lowered due to an inrush current. The internal temperature is detected by averaging several times of the data fetched from the internal temperature sensor 9 at a predetermined timing, and the internal temperature detection shown in the following description is performed in the same manner. The

Humidity adjustment in each storage course is performed by changing the operation timing of the circulation fan. In the high-humidity mode, the circulation fan is continuously operated, so that frost adhesion is reduced and the humidity in the storage chamber is kept high. In the low humidity mode, the circulation fan is stopped after a slight delay after the compressor is stopped, and the circulation fan is started in synchronization with the start of the compressor, thereby increasing the moisture recovery rate and reducing the humidity in the storage chamber. Keep in state. In the brown rice mode, the inside of the storage chamber 2 is maintained at a humidity intermediate between the high humidity mode and the low humidity mode by delaying the circulation fan after a predetermined time from the stop of the compressor.

Next, display control on the display unit 15 during such cooling operation will be described. FIG. 4 is a timing chart showing the display timing.
When the power is turned on or after defrosting, the internal temperature T detected by the internal temperature sensor 9 is displayed on the display unit 15 when pulling down (A) to cool the storage chamber to the target temperature Ts. When the internal temperature T reaches the target temperature Ts, the temperature display on the display unit 15 is turned off after a predetermined time ΔT1 (here, 3 minutes) after reaching the target temperature Ts. Thereafter, the temperature display on the display unit 15 remains off during steady operation (B) in which the compressor is turned ON / OFF to keep the interior cool in the vicinity of the target temperature Ts.

When the internal temperature T becomes a high temperature state (C) exceeding a predetermined temperature (for example, 2 ° C.) higher than the starting temperature Ton due to a failure of the cooling unit 4 or the like, the internal temperature T detected by the internal temperature sensor 9 is displayed. Displayed on the unit 15. Further, when the inside temperature T becomes a low temperature state (D) lower than the stop temperature Toff due to a decrease in the outside air temperature or the like, the display unit 15 is turned off regardless of the inside temperature T detected by the inside temperature sensor 9.

At the time of defrosting (E), dF indicating defrosting is displayed on the display unit 15. After the defrosting is completed, the display unit 15 is turned off, and when the internal temperature T is higher than the set temperature Ts after a predetermined time ΔT2 (here 20 minutes), pull-down cooling (A) is performed, and the internal temperature sensor 9 The internal temperature T detected in (1) is displayed on the display unit 15.

In this way, the temperature display on the display unit 15 is turned off during steady operation in which the internal temperature T is controlled to be within the control range (starting temperature Ton to stopping temperature Toff). The lighting time of the unit 15 is shortened, luminance deterioration in the segment unit is reduced, the life is extended, and the power consumption can be suppressed.

When the internal temperature T in the display unit 15 is turned off, that is, in a steady operation state (B) and a low temperature state (D) in FIG. If detected at 5, the display panel 15 is turned on to display the internal temperature T. Thereafter, when it is detected again that the heat insulating door 3 is closed by the door switch 5, the display panel 15 is turned off if the inside temperature T is lower than the upper limit temperature Tmax after a predetermined time (for example, 3 minutes), and if it is high, the inside is kept as it is. The temperature T is displayed.

When any one of the key switches 11 to 14 is operated on the operation panel 8, the display unit 15 is lit for a predetermined time (for example, 3 minutes). Thereafter, if the internal temperature T is lower than the upper limit temperature Tmax, the display unit 15 is turned off, and if it is high, the internal temperature T is displayed as it is.

Here, the temperature that is lit when the door is opened and when the key is operated is displayed when the actual internal temperature is within the control range (starting temperature Ton to stopping temperature Toff). That is, when the inside temperature is in the range of 11 to 15 ° C. during the brown rice mode, the set temperature 13 ° C. is displayed on the display unit 15.

Each numerical value shown here is based on the verification of the present applicant, and is only for realizing the technical idea of the present invention, and is not interpreted in a particularly limited manner. It can be selected as appropriate without departing from the scope. Moreover, although this embodiment demonstrated as a cooling storage, it can be applied also to the heating storage which heats the storage chamber with a heating unit, and the constant temperature storage which can be cooled and heat-retained. Further, the present invention can be applied to a storage of a type in which a storage course and temperature adjustment cannot be performed with an operation panel, that is, a single-function storage that stores a so-called specific store at a specific temperature. In this case, the operation panel for setting the target temperature in the storage chamber indicates a power switch for turning on the power.
