Abstract
Description
本発明の実施形態に係る植物生長促進剤が含有する植物生長促進成分を含むカンゾウ属植物株は、薬効成分として有用なグリチルリチン酸を根部に多量に含有するカンゾウ属植物株であり、継代し増殖し得る株である。
本発明の実施形態に係る植物生長促進剤は、植物に対し優れた生長促進作用を有する植物生長促進成分を含有する。
温度25℃、明期16時間、相対湿度60%のグロースチャンバー室内で養液栽培したGuIV2株の茎部を、株の根元より切除し、さらに、茎部からすべての葉を切除して2節を含む茎切片を調製した。そして、調製した茎切片を直ちに2Lの純水に浸け、25℃、65〜85分間、静置して、調製した茎切片から滲出した水滲出液を得た。
家庭用水耕栽培キット アクアプランターフロートミニ(アクアカルチャー社製)の養液槽を、純水、GuIV2−1水、GuIV2−2水でそれぞれ満たし、苗床スポンジ上にサラダ水菜種子各50粒を播種し、グロースチャンバー室内(温度20℃、明期14時間、相対湿度60%)で栽培した。
純水、図1のGuIV2−1水、図1のGuIV2−2水を用いてスイートバジルを栽培した。純水、GuIV2−1水、GuIV2−2水を調製後14日間静置した後、サラダ水菜の栽培と同様に、家庭用水耕栽培キット アクアプランターフロートミニ(アクアカルチャー社製)の養液槽を、純水、GuIV2−1水、GuIV2−2水でそれぞれ満たし、苗床スポンジ上にスイートバジル種子各50粒を播種し、同条件(グロースチャンバー室、温度20℃、明期14時間、相対湿度60%)で栽培した。
純水、Gu#11水を用いて、SOLANACEAEナス科トマト属のマメトマト(学名:Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. var. cerasiforme (Dunal) A.Gray、商品名:ミニトマト「シュガーランプ」サカタのタネ(登録商標))を栽培した。Gu#11水は、温度25℃、明期16時間、相対湿度60%のグロースチャンバー室内で養液栽培したGu#11株の植物体の茎部を、株の根元より切除し、さらに、茎部からすべての葉を切除して2節を含む茎切片60切片を調製し、調製した茎切片60切片を直ちに2Lの純水に浸け、25℃、60分間、静置して、調製した茎切片60切片から滲出した水滲出液である。
純水、Gu#11水を用いて、POACEAEイネ科トウモロコシ属のトウモロコシ(学名:Zea mays L.、商品名:トウモロコシ「スイートコーン、ピーターコーン、ハニーバンタム」サカタのタネ(登録商標))を栽培した。Gu#11水は、上述したミニトマトを栽培した水滲出液と同一であり、Gu#11株の植物体から滲出した水滲出液を用いた。アクアプランターのそれぞれのスポンジに、純水、Gu#11水を十分保持させたのち、それぞれのスポンジ上にトウモロコシ種子12粒を置床し、純水、Gu#11水で栽培を開始した。乾燥防止のため、播種から10日目までは、アクアプランターにポリエチレン製ラップ(草丈が伸びたものについてはプラカップ)をかけて、温度25℃、明期16時間、相対湿度60%の条件のグロースチャンバーで栽培を行った。
純水、Gu水を用いて、ARALIACEAEウコギ科トチバニンジン属のオタネニンジン(学名:Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.)を栽培した。Gu水は、温度25℃、明期16時間、相対湿度60%のグロースチャンバー室内で養液栽培したGuIV1株、GuIV2株、Gu#11株の植物体の茎部を、株の根元より切除し、さらに、茎部からすべての葉を切除して2節を含む茎切片約14g(約50〜70本)を調製し、調製した茎切片約14gを直ちに2Lの純水に浸け、25℃、60分間、静置して、調製した茎切片約14gから滲出した水滲出液である。
Claims (3)
- 配列表の配列番号1〜9のいずれかの配列を有するカンゾウ属植物株の茎部に含まれる成分を含有する、ことを特徴とする植物生長促進剤。
- 前記配列は、ウラルカンゾウGu2−2−1株、Gu2−3−2株、GuTS71−08IV1株(GuIV1株)、GuTS71−08IV2株(GuIV2株)、又は、GuTS71−08系統実生クローンの株識別番号11の株(Gu#11株)におけるSQS(スクアレン合成酵素)2遺伝子、CYP88D6遺伝子又はCYP72A154遺伝子の部分配列である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物生長促進剤。
- 前記成分は、前記カンゾウ属植物株の茎部を水に浸漬し、15〜35℃、10分間〜48時間、静置して滲出した水滲出液に含まれる成分である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の植物生長促進剤。
