In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, A suitable design change is possible.

For example, FIG. 2 shows a modification of the cover member 36. In this example, a fixed piece 70 having an L-shaped cross section is extended from the upper end of the first cover 38, and the fixed piece 70 is fixed to the indoor side surface of the base 16. The cover member 36 of this example is not provided with the airtight material 48 integrally.

Moreover, in the basic heat insulation structure of this embodiment, although the cover member 36, the decorative cover 50, the draining piece 56, etc. are provided, the structure which is not provided with these may be sufficient.

For other configurations, appropriate design changes can be made within the range intended by the present invention.

As described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the basic heat insulating structure of the present embodiment is the foundation 4 having the outer peripheral foundation 6 that supports the building 2 protruding upward from the ground 200, and the outer side of the outer peripheral foundation 6. An outer heat insulating material 28 covering the surface 12 and an inner heat insulating material 30 covering the indoor side surface 14 of the outer peripheral foundation 6 are provided. And the lower end of the outer side heat insulating material 28 is located away from the ground 200 and positioned.

In the basic heat insulating structure of the present embodiment, the outer heat insulating material 28 that is likely to make an ant path by termites is located a predetermined distance away from the ground 200, so that termites enter the ground 200 through the outer heat insulating material 28. Can be suppressed by simple enforcement. Thereby, the area | region which is not covered with the outer side heat insulating material 28 is made in the lower part of the outer periphery base 6. As shown in FIG. However, since the inner heat insulating material 30 is located on the back side of this region, the heat insulating property of the outer peripheral foundation 6 is ensured.

Furthermore, in the basic heat insulating structure of the present embodiment, the upper end of the inner heat insulating material 30 is positioned below the upper end of the outer peripheral foundation 6.

Thereby, the heat under the floor of the building 2 is easily transmitted to the upper end portion of the outer peripheral foundation 6. When the temperature of the outer periphery foundation 6 is lowered, the temperature of the anchor bolt 18 embedded in the outer periphery foundation 6 is lowered and condensation is likely to occur. However, dew condensation is suppressed by suppressing the temperature decrease of the upper end portion of the outer periphery foundation 6. be able to.

Furthermore, the basic heat insulating structure of the present embodiment further includes a cover member 36 that is mounted on the indoor side of the outer peripheral foundation 6. The cover member 36 includes a first cover 38 that abuts a portion of the indoor side surface 14 of the outer peripheral foundation 6 that is above the inner heat insulating material 30, and a second cover 40 that presses the upper end of the inner heat insulating material 30 against the outer peripheral foundation 6. Are integrally formed.

By providing this cover member 36, the workability of the inner heat insulating material 30 can be further improved.

Further, in the basic heat insulating structure of the present embodiment, the cover member 36 further includes a third cover 42 extending from the first cover 38 and an airtight material 48 fixed to the third cover 42. The hermetic material 48 is provided so as to be sandwiched between the upper end face 10 of the outer peripheral foundation 6 and the base 16 disposed above the upper end face 10.

Thereby, the airtight material 48 and the cover member 36 provided integrally therewith can be attached to the outer peripheral foundation 6 with simple enforcement.

The basic heat insulating structure of the present embodiment further includes a nonflammable decorative cover 50 that covers the surface of the outer heat insulating material 28.

Thereby, the external appearance of the whole building 2 can be improved by further suppressing the formation of termite ants on the outer heat insulating material 28 and coordinating the decorative cover 50 with the exterior material 26 and the like.

Further, the basic heat insulating structure of the present embodiment further includes a draining member 52 attached to the outdoor side of the outer peripheral foundation 6. The draining member 52 has a function of pressing the upper end portion of the outer heat insulating material 28 against the outer peripheral foundation 6.

Thereby, it becomes possible to attach the outer side heat insulating material 28 to the outer periphery foundation 6 more stably by simple enforcement using the draining member 52.
