Abstract
Description
本発明は、補強部材付きサポータ生地及び補強部材付きサポータに関する。 The present invention relates to a supporter fabric with a reinforcing member and a supporter with a reinforcing member.
医療用やスポーツ用などに用いられるサポータには、関節の動きを制限したり、圧迫するなどして保持する補強部材付きサポータがある。 Supporters used for medical use and sports use include supporters with reinforcing members that hold joints by restricting movement of the joints or pressing them.
さらに、表面の摩擦抵抗を小さくするため、補強部材の表面に多数のガラスビーズを設けることも提案している(特許文献3) As a manufacturing method of the supporter with a reinforcing member, there is a method of sewing a reinforcing member made of cloth or metal to the supporter. However, this process is extremely inefficient and requires a high degree of skill in the work. As a manufacturing method for solving this inconvenience, a method in which a liquid elastic material is attached to a supporter and cured to form a reinforcing member has been proposed and widely used by the present inventors (Patent Document 1). This manufacturing method is efficient and easy to work. However, in this manufacturing method, since the elastic material is attached to form a plate, if a large deformation is applied when the supporter is attached / detached, the plate-shaped elastic material will be fatigued, causing cracks or damage. There is. Therefore, the inventor of the present application applies a liquid elastic material on the surface of the supporter by coating, screen printing, or the like, a surface composed of a large number of points, a surface composed of a large number of lines, or a large number of surfaces. A method of manufacturing a supporter with a reinforcing member is proposed and put into practical use by adhering so as to form a surface having a hole, and then curing the elastic material to provide a reinforcing member that bears tension, bending rigidity, or compression force. (Patent Document 2). Furthermore, in order to reduce the frictional resistance of the surface, it has also been proposed to provide a large number of glass beads on the surface of the reinforcing member (Patent Document 3).
On the other hand, in
By the way, the supporter is required to have excellent stretchability. However, in the planar heating element as in
そこで本発明の目的は、抵抗体に割れや剥がれが生じ難く、かつ、筋肉の腱や膝頭などを強い伸縮力によって保護することができるサポータ生地及びサポータを提供することにある。 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a supporter fabric and a supporter that are unlikely to be cracked or peeled off from a resistor and that can protect muscle tendons, kneecaps, and the like with a strong stretching force.

以下、本発明を適用した具体的な実施の形態について図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。 Hereinafter, specific embodiments to which the present invention is applied will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a usage mode of the supporter 1 according to the first embodiment of this invention. The example shown in FIG. 1 is a knee supporter. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the supporter fabric 1 in the present embodiment, FIG. 2 (a) is a vertical cross-sectional view, and FIG. 2 (b) is a cross-sectional view. Here, for the sake of convenience, the supporter and the supporter fabric are represented by the same reference numerals (reference numeral 1,

Examples of the rubber material include silicone rubber, urethane rubber, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, and elastomer.
本実施形態によれば、前記導電性樹脂には、ゴム質材を含んでいることから、伸縮性が高い生地2においても、これに追従して伸縮する構成となる。
According to the present embodiment, since the conductive resin includes a rubber material, the
前記導電性樹脂は、導電性微粒子と、その導電性微粒子の表面を被覆する保護剤または分散剤と、溶剤と、ゴム質材を含有してなるペースト状の組成物であり、熱硬化することで高導電性を発現する導電膜を形成する。前記導電性樹脂中に含有される導電性微粒子としては、金属微粒子が用いられている。前記金属微粒子は、例えば粒径100nm以下の金属微粒子である。 The conductive resin is a paste-like composition containing conductive fine particles, a protective agent or dispersant that covers the surface of the conductive fine particles, a solvent, and a rubbery material, and is thermally cured. A conductive film that exhibits high conductivity is formed. Metal fine particles are used as the conductive fine particles contained in the conductive resin. The metal fine particles are, for example, metal fine particles having a particle size of 100 nm or less.
本実施形態は、前記導電性樹脂には発熱材が含有されている。前記発熱材としては、カーボン、銅、銀、金、アルミニウム、鉄、ニッケル、チタン、コバルト、ビスマス等や、これらの複合材料などが挙げられる。これらの金属微粒子は発熱材として機能し、通電によって抵抗体5が発熱する。ここでは、パルス電源9が用いられる。

Examples of the heat generating material include carbon, copper, silver, gold, aluminum, iron, nickel, titanium, cobalt, bismuth, and composite materials thereof. These metal fine particles function as a heat generating material, and the

According to the present embodiment, a magnetic field is formed in the
本実施形態は、サポータ1の縁かがり部6には、電極4が配されている(図1、図2(a))。電極4と抵抗体5とは互いに接着されて電気接続されている。電極4の材質としては、カーボン、銅、銀、金、アルミニウム、鉄、ニッケル、チタン、コバルト、ビスマス等や、これらの複合材料などが挙げられる。電極4の形状としては、板状、線状、コイル状、箔状などが挙げられる。
In this embodiment, the
電極4は、配線91,92を介して電源9と接続されている(図1)。本実施形態の電極4は、導電ペーストに導電性の金属短線を付加し熱硬化させて線状としたものであり、抵抗体5を形成する際に同時に形成している。
The
本実施形態は、前記電極4は、サポータとする際に縁かがりする位置に配されている(図1、図2(a))。サポータとしての縁かがり部は、厚手の生地で構成されることから、電極4を埋設させることができる。また、サポータとしての縁かがり部は、幅広で構成されることが通例であり、高い伸縮力を有するが、この縁かがり部では金属線としての電極は破断するような事態を生じさせない。
In the present embodiment, the
本実施形態のサポータ1によれば、生地2の表面に補強部材8があるので、着脱時に大きな変形を加えても、補強部材8の伸びは制限され、弾性材に劣化、ひび割れ等を生じることが防止される。
According to the supporter 1 of the present embodiment, since the reinforcing
ここで、本明細書中におけるサポータとは、患者やスポーツ選手が関節や局部を保護する為のゴムを織り込んだ布というような狭い意味ではなく、身体を保護するための布状のものや、関節の動きを制限したり、骨を一定方向に付勢して保持する機能を備えたものをも含み、そのための形状としては、筒状のみならず、上着や下着の形をして、身体と密着した状態を維持するものを含む概念である。例えばスパッツやゲートルについても本願に含まれる。 Here, the supporter in the present specification is not a narrow meaning such as a cloth woven with rubber for protecting a joint or a part by a patient or a sports athlete, but a cloth-like thing for protecting the body, Including those that have the function of restricting the movement of joints and urging and holding bones in a certain direction, the shape for that is not only cylindrical, but also in the form of outerwear and underwear, It is a concept that includes things that maintain a close contact with the body. For example, spats and gaiters are included in the present application.
FIG. 3 is another example of a cross-sectional view of the supporter fabric 1 in the supporter of the above embodiment, FIG. 3 (a) is a vertical cross-sectional view, and FIG. 3 (b) is a cross-sectional view. In the present embodiment, the
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the application state of the conductive resin in the supporter fabric of this embodiment. When the conductive resin is applied to the
As a method for forming the
図15は、上記第1の実施形態のサポータの他の例における使用態様を示す図である。図16は、記第1の実施形態のサポータにおけるサポータ生地1の断面図であり、図16(a)は縦断面図であり、図16(b)は横断面図である。 FIG. 15 is a diagram illustrating how the supporter according to the first embodiment is used in another example. FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of the supporter fabric 1 in the supporter of the first embodiment, FIG. 16A is a vertical cross-sectional view, and FIG. 16B is a cross-sectional view.
In the example shown in FIGS. 15 and 16A and 16B, a large number of
