(D)冷感剤、温感剤、殺菌剤、制汗剤、収斂剤、消臭剤、美白剤、セラミド類、抗炎症剤、血行促進剤、紫外線防御剤、酸化防止剤及び粉体から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の有効成分、
(E)水
