Abstract
【解決手段】この電池ユニットは、電極組立体が収容され、開口が設けられたケースと、前記開口を覆い、上下方向に貫通された端子挿入部を有するキャッププレートと、集電部と端子部とを連結する連結部を有する端子部材と、前記端子挿入部に位置し、前記端子部材を前記キャッププレートに固定する固定部材と、を備え、前記集電部が、前記端子挿入部を通じて前記ケースの内部に挿入され、前記電極組立体に電気的に接続され、前記端子部が、前記キャッププレートの外部に露出され、前記キャッププレートの上面と並んで延ばされ、前記固定部材は、前記端子部材が前記端子挿入部に挿入された状態で、樹脂を前記端子挿入部に射出することによって形成される。

Claims (16)
- 電極組立体が収容され、開口が設けられたケースと、
前記開口を覆い、上下方向に貫通された端子挿入部を有するキャッププレートと、
集電部と端子部とを連結する連結部を有する端子部材と、
前記端子挿入部に位置し、前記端子部材を前記キャッププレートに固定する固定部材と、
を備え、
前記集電部が、前記端子挿入部を通じて前記ケースの内部に挿入され、前記電極組立体に電気的に接続され、
前記端子部が、前記キャッププレートの外部に露出され、前記キャッププレートの上面と並んで延ばされ、
前記固定部材は、前記端子部材が前記端子挿入部に挿入された状態で、樹脂を前記端子挿入部に射出することによって形成される
ことを特徴とする電池ユニット。 - 前記端子部は、前記キャッププレートの上面から離隔していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記端子部は、前記キャッププレートの長辺方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記連結部は、前記端子部から下方に延びた第1折曲部と、前記第1折曲部から前記長辺方向に延びた第2折曲部と、を備え、前記集電部は、前記第2折曲部の前記キャッププレートの短辺方向の端部から下方に延びることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記第2折曲部は、部分的に前記固定部材に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記第2折曲部は、全体的に前記固定部材に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記固定部材は、前記端子挿入部を充填する第1固定部と、前記端子部と前記キャッププレートの上面との間を充填する第2固定部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記第2固定部は、前記第1固定部の上部まで延びることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記第2固定部は、前記端子挿入部の端部を越えて形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記端子部材は、正極端子部材と負極端子部材とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記正極端子部材と前記負極端子部材とは、同じ金属で形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記正極端子部材と前記負極端子部材とは、異なる金属で形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記正極端子部材は、アルミニウムで形成され、前記負極端子部材は、銅で形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記正極端子部材と前記負極端子部材とのうちいずれか一つの端子部の上面には、前記正極端子部材と前記負極端子部材とのうち、他の一つと同じ金属からなる溶接層が設けられることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池ユニット。
- 請求項1〜14の1項に記載の多数の電池ユニットと、前記多数の電池ユニットのそれぞれの隣接する前記電池ユニットに前記多数の電池ユニットの前記電池ユニットの前記端子部を連結するバスバーと、を備える電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前記端子部に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の電池モジュール。
