Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a galvanic anode for cathodic protection that is attached to a metal structure such as a steel pipe pile or steel sheet pile installed in the ocean or river. More specifically, the present invention relates to a galvanic anode for cathodic protection that is fixed to a metal structure using a magnet.
As a corrosion prevention method for metal structures such as steel pipe piles and steel sheet piles installed in the ocean or rivers, a metal having a lower potential than the metal structure (galvanic anode) is connected to cause corrosion protection current to flow. There are known galvanic anode methods for preventing corrosion of metal structures caused by water and water. In this galvanic anode method, underwater welding is generally used as a method of attaching the galvanic anode to a metal structure.
However, in recent years, a case has been reported in which a steel sheet pile structure is broken from a part welded underwater by a large-scale earthquake (
For this reason, in recent years, a method has been proposed in which a galvanic anode is attached to a metal structure such as a steel sheet pile using a magnet (Patent Document 3). In this fixing method, magnet rubber sheets are attached to both ends of a cored bar penetrating an galvanic anode made of a lump of aluminum alloy or the like, and both ends of the cored bar are attached to a steel sheet pile by means of a magnet rubber sheet. A common metal plate is used to connect the cored bar and the steel sheet pile. However, the galvanic anode for cathodic protection is heavy and the galvanic anode for cathodic protection of metal structures that are constantly immersed in seawater is generally subjected to the action of waves and tidal currents. In some cases, the electrogalvanic anode for cathodic protection cannot be firmly fixed to the metal structure and may be peeled off by high wave waves.
Therefore, the use of strong magnets using rare metals such as neodymium magnets has been proposed (
However, since magnets using rare metals are very expensive, there is a demand to reuse them as they are without being removed. In other words, there is a desire to replace only the anode part by reusing it like a stud bolt while it is attached to the steel sheet pile once it is attached. However, since the work in seawater is affected by waves and tidal currents, the electroprotective galvanic anode for the body of the worker (submersible) is pressed against the metal structure even during the work. Unlike the work on land, it is extremely difficult and may not be able to work because it is separated, further left and right, pushed up and down. In particular, removing the bolts or nuts in seawater or underwater, once removing the core of the current-carrying anode for electro-corrosion protection from the bolt on the yoke side of the magnet, and replacing it with a new current-carrying anode for electro-corrosion is difficult. I will master it. It is difficult and troublesome to align the bolts on the yoke side through the bolt holes of the core of the cathodic protection anode in the seawater subjected to the action of waves and tidal currents, and tighten the removed nuts to the bolts again. Therefore, there is a demand for easy replacement by all means because it is underwater work.
The present invention responds to such a demand, and it is possible to easily fix a current-carrying anode for electrocorrosion that can be easily replaced in water while a magnet is attached to a steel sheet pile. The purpose is to provide a structure.
In order to achieve such an object, the invention described in
Here, the core metal fixing tool can be of any structure as long as it is a fastening means that can removably fix the core metal to the base member. However, in order to simplify the work and structure, It is preferable to be composed of a bolt that is screwed into and out of the member side, or a combination of a screw shaft fixed to the base member side and a nut screwed to the screw shaft. Furthermore, it is preferable that the metal core fixture is provided with a stopper that prevents the metal core fixture from falling off the base member.
In addition, the engaging groove opens an insertion port through which the shaft portion of the metal core fixture can be introduced at the periphery of the metal core, and also has a core in both the metal core fixture, the gravity action direction, and the horizontal direction perpendicular to the gravity action direction. Although it is not limited to a specific shape and direction as long as it is an open hole having at least a vertical engagement portion that engages with the shaft portion of the metal fixture, it is preferably formed at both ends of the core metal in the same direction. More preferably, it is L-shaped.
The base member is a magnet board in which a high holding force magnet is housed in a case that also serves as a yoke. A cored bar fixing tool projects from the surface of the case opposite to the magnet attracting surface, and the cored bar is placed between the case and the case. It is preferable to be provided so as to be clamped and tightenable. The base member is composed of a magnet board in which a high holding force magnet is housed in a case that also serves as a yoke, and a reinforcing plate that connects the magnet board. The reinforcing plate is provided with a metal core fixture, and the metal core is a reinforcing plate. You may make it fix to. Further, the reinforcing plate is provided with a stabilizer comprising a stabilizing plate projecting in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and parallel to the metal structure, and jack-up bolts protruding toward the metal structure at both ends of the stabilizing plate. Each is preferably provided.
According to the galvanic anode fixing structure for cathodic protection of the present invention, in the state of being fixed by the metal core fixture, the shaft portion of the metal core fixture and the metal core introduced into the vertical engagement portion of the engagement groove Engages in both the gravitational action direction and the horizontal direction perpendicular to the gravitational action direction, so that even if the core metal fixture is not sufficiently fastened to the base member, the core metal and the current flow due to waves and tides. The electric anode does not fall off from the base member. In addition, when replacing the electroplating anode for cathodic protection, the cored bar is loosened to such an extent that the cored bar can be moved without removing the cored bar fixing tool from the base member. The cored bar can be easily removed from the base member by sliding along. And, when replacing the current-carrying anode for cathodic protection, by sliding the new current-carrying anode along the base member so as to introduce the shaft part of the metal core fixture from the insertion port of the core metal edge, The shaft portion of the metal core fixture can reach the vertical engagement portion, and the metal core can be hooked and supported on the shaft portion of the metal core fixture. Thereafter, the galvanic anode can be fixed at a predetermined position simply by tightening the metal core fixture.
That is, it is possible to easily replace the electroplating anode in water while the base member including the high holding force magnet is attached to the metal structure / steel sheet pile.
Further, according to the present invention, a combination of a bolt that can be screwed into and out of the base member side as a metal core fixture, or a bolt that is fixed to the base member side and a nut that is screwed to the bolt. When used, the exchange of the electroplating anode in water only requires tightening or loosening bolts or nuts and sliding the core bar along the base member, so the core bar can be easily moved relative to the base member. Can be desorbed. Moreover, if the bolts or nuts described above are provided with a stopper, the bolts or nuts will not loosen and fall off the magnet panel, so there is no need to pay attention to the loss of the bolts or nuts due to excessive loosening. Thus, the work can be simplified and the trouble of the work can be reduced.
Further, when the engaging grooves are formed at both ends of the cored bar in the same direction, the movement of both ends of the cored bar with respect to the cored bar fixing tool becomes the same, so that the core bar can be easily attached and detached.
Furthermore, when the engagement groove is formed in an L shape, the cored bar can be removed from the base member by simply lifting the cored bar in the vertical direction with the cored bar fastener loosened and further moving it laterally. . When installing a new electroplating anode for cathodic protection, align the shaft of the metal core fixture and the insertion slot of the metal core engagement groove at the same height, and then use the metal core as the base member. If the core bar is released when it is fully inserted, the whole anode including the core bar settles down due to gravity and is hooked at the back of the vertical engagement part. Become.
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, since the core metal is fixed to the magnet panel from which the metal core fixing tool is protruded, a high holding force magnet can be applied to the metal structure / steel sheet pile with a minimum number of parts. It is possible to easily replace the galvanic anode in the water while the base member including is attached.
In addition, according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, since all the magnetic panels are connected by the reinforcing plate and the cored bar is fixed to the reinforcing plate, the rigidity is increased and it is possible to withstand greater waves. .
According to the ninth aspect of the invention, the lateral force applied to the anode by the stabilizing plate projecting laterally from the base member and the jack-up bolts protruding toward the metal structure at both ends of the stabilizing plate. Therefore, the galvanic anode is stabilized against the tidal current that flows laterally along the steel sheet pile.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail based on embodiments shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a galvanic anode for cathodic protection according to the present invention. This galvanic anode for cathodic protection is fixed to a metal structure using a high holding force magnet. The galvanic anode supported by a
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Here, the
The
In the case of the present embodiment, the core
The movable part of the cored
The
In addition, a conductive anticorrosive member is provided in the gap between the
The
On the other hand, the cored
The engaging
The
According to the current-carrying anode for cathodic protection constructed as described above, the
On the other hand, for the replacement work of the anode
Thereafter, a
As described above, the replacement operation has been mainly described by taking the L-shaped
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment. The galvanic anode fixing structure for cathodic protection of this embodiment includes a reinforcing
Furthermore, another embodiment is shown in FIG. In this embodiment, a
Here, when attaching the electroplating anode to the steel sheet pile, the
