以下、本発明の実施形態について説明する。

この双方のクロスナットは図6にて示すように、押圧にて嵌入されるが、これは押圧時に膨大部が歪んで変形することによりなされ、嵌入後は膨大部がその弾性にて元の形に復帰して、双方のナットは相互に回動可能でありながら上下に離れることはない関係となる。なお、嵌入時の歪みを助長するために、スリット部を設けており、既述例では3個としたが、より多数分割として4個以上に設けてもよい。

押圧前には膨大部外径は小径部内径より少し大径であるが、押圧にてこの膨大部は弾性変形して小径部をくぐり抜けて大径部に到達し、圧力から解放されてその弾性にて復元され、元の形状へと戻り、大径部からの脱落は阻止される。また、嵌入凸部はスリットにて分割されているので、この押圧変形は助長される。
そしてこのクロスボルト凹型の上からクロスナットを回し入れて、下延ねじ部は嵌合ナット凹型に螺合し、締め込んでクロスナットと嵌合ナット凹型は一体化する。
以上にて、4個の部品がクロスボルトを介して一体化的に位置することとなる。

なお、本発明は右ねじの標準ナットに対して左ねじのクロスナットを、嵌合ナット凹型と凸型を介して重ねて用いるが、右ねじナットのピッチは左ねじナットのピッチに比べて小さい。これは、まず右ねじナットにて固定対象物を強固に押圧固定し、左ねじナットを締め込んで双方のナットを一体化的にするためにピッチを変えて設けたのである。
以上記したように、本発明はクロス雄ねじを利用し、互いに逆ねじとなるナットを用いる方式のために、ナット締め込みによる双方ナットの固定にて各ナットの緩みを防止することができる。なお、ナット材質は、金属、合成樹脂などにて適度の弾性と剛性を有するものが望ましい。
以上のごとく、本発明によって緩み止め効果大なるナット部材を得ることができる。
