Abstract
Description
Aspects of the invention generally relate to bathroom door structures.
There is a joinery in which a shoji has an aluminum shape upper and lower wings, left and right vertical folds, and a translucent synthetic resin plate material (Patent Document 1). In the joinery described in Patent Document 1, an airtight material is provided on each of the upper frame, the lower frame, and the left and right vertical frames of the joinery frame. By contacting the side surfaces of the left and right vertical spats, the dressing room and the bathroom are partitioned airtight and watertight.
As described above, a general bathroom door has elasticity formed by, for example, EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber) between the four-sided collar of the door body and the frame body that supports the door body. The tight material is provided and the tight material is pressed against the door main body by its elasticity to maintain airtightness.
On the other hand, recently, it has been proposed to remove the wrinkles and use a transparent material such as tempered glass as a face material for the bathroom door body. In this case, in order to respect the design, for example, the door body is not provided with a ventilation structure called a louver. Instead, a ventilation gap is provided between the upper edge of the door body and the frame that supports the door.
However, there is a problem in that a so-called mist sauna that discharges hot water in the form of a mist cannot be used in the bathroom because the airtightness in the bathroom is lost when a gap for ventilation is provided.
The present invention has been made based on recognition of such a problem, and uses a mist sauna that eliminates wrinkles and maintains the airtightness in the bathroom while using a transparent or translucent surface material such as tempered glass. An object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom door structure that can be used.
1st invention is the door structure for bathrooms provided in the entrance / exit between a bathroom and a dressing room, Comprising: The frame provided in the circumference | surroundings of the said entrance / exit, It is attached to the said frame so that opening and closing is possible, Tempered glass, A door body having a face material formed of any of polycarbonate and acrylic resin, a hinge for attaching the door body to the frame body so as to be openable and closable, and provided in the frame body from the dressing room to the bathroom. A ventilator that allows air flow while preventing air flow from the bathroom to the dressing room, and has elasticity, between the door body and the frame body in a closed state. A tight material that maintains airtightness, and a holder that is provided on the frame body and maintains the posture of the door body in a state where the tight material retains the airtightness by closing the door body. A bathroom door structure.
According to this bathroom door structure, when the door body is closed, the tight material maintains an airtightness between the door body and the frame. Moreover, the ventilation part which permits the flow of air from the dressing room to the bathroom suppresses the flow of air from the bathroom to the dressing room. Therefore, when the door body is closed, air does not leak from the bathroom to the dressing room, and the airtightness in the bathroom is maintained.
The retainer maintains the position of the door body in a state where the tight material keeps the airtightness between the door body and the frame body by the closing operation of the door body. Can be produced. In addition, since the holder is provided not on the door body but on the frame body, it is not necessary to provide accessories other than the hinge and the grip portion on the door body. Therefore, the end surface of the face material formed of any of tempered glass, polycarbonate, and acrylic resin can be used as the end surface of the door body. Therefore, it is possible to provide a luxury bathroom door structure in which the entire door body exhibits transparency or translucency. And it can suppress that air leaks from a bathroom to a dressing room by closing a door main body, using the door main body which exhibits transparency or translucency as a whole. Therefore, a mist sauna can be used in the bathroom.
A second invention is a bathroom door structure according to the first invention, wherein the hinge is a gravity hinge that supports the door body so that the door body moves in a closing direction by its own weight. is there.
According to this bathroom door structure, the hinge is a gravity hinge that is closed by its own weight when a person releases the hand from the door body. Therefore, it can suppress that the door main body does not close completely but loses the airtightness in the bathroom. For this reason, the inside of the bathroom can be kept airtight except when a person goes in and out.
According to a third invention, in the first or second invention, at least one of an upper end portion, a right end portion and a left end portion of the door body which is provided on the door body side of the frame body and is closed. An inner frame having an open portion that is formed of a channel material formed by bending a stainless steel material and that overlaps the side of the dressing room, and a tight portion that has a groove portion that is provided inside the inner frame and engages with an attachment portion of the tight material. The frame body is formed of a material including at least one of an angle material obtained by folding a stainless steel material and a channel material obtained by folding a stainless steel material, and the opening portion is in the closed state. The bathroom door structure is characterized by being arranged facing the door body, and the groove is arranged on the open part side.
According to this door structure for a bathroom, since the frame is made of stainless steel, it is combined with a door body that is formed of any one of tempered glass, polycarbonate, and acrylic resin and exhibits transparency or translucency. A comfortable bathroom door structure can be provided.
In a frame made of stainless steel, for example, as in an extruded product of aluminum, a groove portion into which a tight material attachment portion (for example, an H-shaped cross section) is directly inserted is formed in the frame. It is not easy. On the other hand, in this bathroom door structure, an inner frame formed of a channel material made of stainless steel is attached to the frame body, and a tight material receiving portion having a groove portion for attaching the tight material is provided in the inner frame. ing. Thereby, even if the frame is formed of a stainless steel material, the existing tight material can be easily used.
In a fourth aspect based on the third aspect, the tight material receiving portion has a screw hole formed on a surface of the frame body in a state of being provided inside the inner frame, and the inner frame The tight material receiving portion is a bathroom door structure in which a screw is fixed to the frame body by being screwed into the screw hole.
According to this bathroom door structure, the tight material receiving portion is screwed to the frame body together with the inner frame using a screw hole formed in advance. Therefore, the tight material can be easily attached to the frame with relatively high accuracy. Thereby, the tight material can be more reliably elastically deformed by the closed door body, and the airtightness in the bathroom can be more reliably maintained.
According to a fifth aspect of the invention, in any one of the first to fourth aspects of the invention, the attachment position of the holding tool with respect to the closed door body can be adjusted in the entrance / exit direction of the doorway. Structure.
According to this bathroom door structure, even if the door body has some distortion, the airtightness in the bathroom can be maintained by adjusting the mounting position of the holder in the front-rear direction.
According to the aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bathroom door structure that eliminates wrinkles and uses a transparent or translucent material such as tempered glass, while maintaining airtightness in the bathroom and enabling the use of a mist sauna. Is done.

The
The
The door
In the present specification, the term “tempered glass” refers to a glass in which a compressive stress layer is formed on the surface of the glass and the strength against the action of external force and temperature change is increased compared to a glass having no compressive stress layer. It shall be said.
In the specification of the present application, “transparency or translucency” is not limited to the property that the transmittance is 100 percent (%), and the transmittance is not zero at least for light having a wavelength of visible light. It shall be a property.
The
The
When the pressure in the bathroom and the pressure in the dressing room are substantially the same, the
On the other hand, for example, when a ventilation fan in the bathroom is driven and the atmospheric pressure in the bathroom becomes negative, the
In addition, the
As shown in FIG. 2, an
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a tight
The tight
As shown in FIG. 3, the
When the door
When the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the door
According to the present embodiment, when the door
The
Further, the

FIG. 6 is a schematic perspective view in which a region B2 shown in FIG. 3 is enlarged as viewed from below.
In FIG. 6, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
A tight
As described above with reference to FIG. 5, the
According to the holding structure of the
In order to hold the
In this embodiment, the
Further, the tight
Next, the attachment structure of the
FIG. 7 is a schematic perspective view illustrating the attachment structure of the holder according to the present embodiment.
As described above with reference to FIG. 3, the
On the other hand, the
When the
At this time, since the first fixing
According to this, even if the door
In a state where the
In this state, as described above with reference to FIG. 3, when the
