Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning composition for removing a polyamide-imide resin, and more specifically, removes a lubricating paint containing a polyamide-imide resin used for forming a lubricating coating at a sliding portion such as a piston constituting an internal combustion engine. The present invention relates to a cleaning agent used in

A sliding portion such as a piston constituting the internal combustion engine has a structure covered with a lubricating coating in order to prevent metal wear, and the lubricating coating is formed by applying a lubricating paint and performing a heat treatment. Lubricating paint is composed of solid lubricant and binder. Solid lubricant plays a role in realizing low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance, and polytetrafluoroethylene, molybdenum disulfide, and graphite are commonly used. Yes. On the other hand, the binder plays the role of suppressing the falling off by sliding by bonding between the solid lubricant particles and between the solid lubricant particles and the metal, and is excellent in heat resistance, durability and lubricity among organic compounds. Polyamideimide resin is generally used (Patent Document 1).

In the step of applying the lubricating paint, a masking jig made of a material such as Teflon (registered trademark) or aluminum is generally used in order to selectively apply the lubricating paint to only the sliding portion. Unnecessary lubricating paint adhering to the masking jig is removed using a cleaning agent, and the masking jig is used repeatedly.

Polyamideimide resins, which are binders for lubricating coatings, exhibit excellent heat resistance and durability, but these resins are difficult to dissolve in common organic solvents. Accordingly, in the field of cleaning of masking jigs for lubricating paint such as molybdenum paste, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), which has excellent resin dissolving power, has been generally used as a cleaning agent. However, NMP has a strong pungent odor and is difficult to handle in the work environment. In 2002, the Japan Society for Occupational Health proposed an extremely low concentration of 1 ppm for work environment, because of the reproductive toxicity and teratogenicity of NMP safety to the human body. Environmental restrictions have become severe, making handling difficult (Patent Document 2). In the United States and Canada, NMP is designated as a substance subject to PRTR (Chemical Release and Transfer Notification System). Furthermore, NMP is registered in the fifth list of substances of very high concern under REACH regulations (May 31, 2011), and there is a great demand for cleaning agents that can replace NMP.

As a general cleaning liquid for removing such polyimide resin, polyamide resin and polyamideimide resin not containing NMP, alkaline compounds such as tetramethylammonium hydroxide and tetraethylammonium hydroxide (Patent Document 3), ethylene glycol monomethyl ether , Glycol ether compounds such as propylene glycol monomethyl ether (Patent Document 4), polar solvent compounds such as N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), etc. Reference 5) may be mentioned. However, these cleaning liquids can satisfy some of the achievement of environmental standards such as REACH regulations, high-grade cleaning properties, and good workability, but not all of them. Issues remain.

First, it is known that alkaline compounds cause corrosion to alkali-sensitive metals such as aluminum, which may corrode metal materials such as masking jigs. Furthermore, since the alkaline cleaning liquid needs to be neutralized when it is discarded, the equipment cost and the work cost increase, so that there is a problem in workability. Next, since glycol ether compounds are chemically neutral, workability is better than that of alkali compounds. However, the dissolving power with respect to the polyimide resin, polyamide resin, and polyamideimide resin is not sufficient, and high-quality detergency cannot be achieved. Subsequently, the polar solvent-based compound is chemically neutral and has high solubility in the polyamideimide resin. However, it has been reported that many of these solvents are highly toxic, and a problem remains in safety. For example, because DMAc has reproductive toxicity, it is registered in the 6th list of substances of high concern (12/19/2011) under the REACH regulation, and DMF is classified as Category 1B for carcinogenicity by GHS classification and Category 2 Classified as 1B. Also, DMSO is unstable to heat and may be decomposed when used for a long time. From the viewpoint of ensuring worker safety, the use of these highly toxic substances is not desirable. Therefore, these cleaning liquids do not satisfy all of the achievement of environmental standards such as REACH regulations, high-quality cleaning performance, and good workability.

特許第3017626号明細書Japanese Patent No. 3017626 特許第5048312号明細書Japanese Patent No. 5048312 特開2012−17465号公報JP 2012-17465 A 特開平7−311469号公報JP 7-311469 A 特許第3386264号明細書Japanese Patent No. 3386264

The present invention achieves environmental standards such as REACH regulations, has high-quality detergency while being chemically neutral, and is excellent in terms of workability such as odor and flammability, for removing polyamideimide resin An object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning composition.

As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above problems, the present inventors have found that the problems can be solved by using a cleaning composition having the following specific composition. That is, the present invention comprises (A) 60 to 90% by weight of 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone (hereinafter referred to as component (A)), (B) 5 to 30% by weight of the following general formula (1) The polyamidoimide resin removal characterized by containing the alkylene oxide compound (henceforth (B) component) represented by these, and (C) 5-10 weight% of water (henceforth (C) component). A cleaning composition (Invention 1).
(In the formula, R 1 represents an alkyl group having 3 to 5 carbon atoms, R 2 represents an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and n represents 1 to 3).

Invention 2 is a cleaning composition for removing polyamideimide resin, wherein the cleaning composition in Invention 1 is for removing polyamideimide resin-containing lubricating paint.

The present invention 3 is a cleaning composition for removing polyamide-imide resin in which the cleaning composition in the present invention 2 is a molybdenum paste.

According to the present invention, since the cleaning composition of the present invention does not contain harmful substances such as NMP, it is highly safe and complies with REACH regulations. Furthermore, it has excellent detergency with respect to polyamideimide resin. Furthermore, since the cleaning composition of the present invention is chemically neutral, it does not cause corrosion to the material of the masking jig. Further, neutralization is not required at the time of disposal, and the workability such as flammability, rinsing property and odor is excellent.

The cleaning composition for the polyamide-imide resin of the present invention has a component (A) of 60 to 90% by weight, component (B) of 5 to 30% by weight, and (C ) The component is contained in an amount of 5 to 10% by weight.

The compounding quantity of (A) component of this invention is 60 to 90 weight%. If it is less than 60% by weight, the resin stains cannot be sufficiently cleaned. If it exceeds 90% by weight, the melting point of the cleaning composition increases, and it becomes easy to freeze in a low temperature environment. There is a problem in terms.

The blending amount of the component (B) is 5 to 30% by weight. If it is less than 5% by weight, the melting point of the cleaning composition increases, and it becomes easy to freeze in a low temperature environment, which is problematic in terms of workability. If it exceeds 30% by weight, the resin stains cannot be sufficiently cleaned.

The component (B) is not particularly limited as long as it is an alkylene oxide compound represented by the general formula (1). In the general formula (1), R 1 is an alkylene group of 3 to 5. If the carbon number of R 1 is less than 3, reproductive toxicity becomes strong and there is a problem in terms of workability. If the carbon number exceeds 5, the hydrophobicity increases, so the water solubility of the cleaning liquid composition decreases. As a result, sufficient detergency cannot be obtained. R 2 is an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms from the viewpoint of ease of production. N is a positive integer of 1 to 3. When n exceeds 4, the water-solubility of the cleaning liquid composition becomes low, so that sufficient cleaning properties cannot be obtained. In a normal cleaning process, a pre-rinsing / finish rinsing water rinsing process is performed after cleaning with the cleaning liquid composition, and the cleaning composition is completely removed to increase the cleanliness of the masking jig. By repeating this cleaning step, the concentration of the cleaning liquid composition contained in the water in the pre-rinse tank is increased. Therefore, when the water solubility of the cleaning composition is low, the resin (cleaning target) dissolved in the pre-rinse tank is deposited and reattached to the masking jig.

Specific examples of the component (B) include ethylene glycol monopropyl ether, diethylene glycol monopropyl ether, triethylene glycol monopropyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, triethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylene glycol monopentyl ether, Examples include diethylene glycol monopentyl ether, triethylene glycol monopentyl ether, and compounds in which the ethylene chain of these ethylene oxide compounds is a propylene chain or a butylene chain. These compounds can be used singly or in appropriate combination of two or more. Of these compounds, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether or diethylene glycol monobutyl ether is preferred because of its high flash point, excellent safety, and good detergency.

The blending amount of the component (C) is 5 to 10% by weight. If the amount is less than 5% by weight, the flammability becomes high and dangerous from the viewpoint of workability.

The blending method of the components (A) to (C) is not particularly limited, and a general liquid mixing method is used. A specific mixing method includes a stirring method.

It is preferable that the cleaning agent composition for removing polyamideimide resin of the present invention is for removing a lubricating paint containing a polyamideimide resin. The lubricating paint is used for a coating formed to prevent metal wear at a sliding portion such as a piston constituting an internal combustion engine. The lubricating paint is composed of a solid lubricant and a binder. The solid lubricant is used for imparting a low friction coefficient and high wear resistance, and specific examples include polytetrafluoroethylene, molybdenum disulfide, and graphite. The binder plays the role of suppressing the falling off by sliding by bonding between the solid lubricant particles and between the solid lubricant particles and the metal. Polyamideimide resin with excellent heat resistance, durability and lubricity is used. It is done.

The cleaning composition for removing polyamideimide resin of the present invention is preferably for removing molybdenum paste. Molybdenum paste is a kind of polyamideimide resin-containing lubricating paint, and is a lubricating paint containing molybdenum disulfide in a solid lubricant.

Various cleaning methods can be employed for cleaning an object to be cleaned using the cleaning composition of the present invention. Examples of the method include an immersion method, an immersion rocking method, a spray method, and an ultrasonic cleaning method. The conditions for applying the cleaning composition may be appropriately selected depending on the type of polyamideimide resin to be removed, etc., and the cleaning agent is generally used at a temperature and time effective for cleaning and removing the polyamideimide resin to be removed. Contact with polyamideimide resin.

The temperature at the time of use of a cleaning composition is about 20-80 degreeC. This is because the solubility of the polyamide-imide resin is poor when the use temperature is lower than 20 ° C., and when the temperature is higher than 80 ° C., the evaporation of moisture is quick, and the composition management of the cleaning agent becomes complicated. Because. Usually, it is preferably about 50 to 70 ° C. For example, when removing by an ultrasonic cleaning method at a temperature of about 60 ° C., it is generally good if the masking jig having the polyamideimide resin-containing molybdenum paste adhered to the cleaning composition of the present invention is cleaned for about 1 to 5 minutes. Can be removed.

In this way, the masking jig from which the polyamideimide resin has been removed is subjected to a pre-rinsing treatment and a water rinsing treatment of the final rinsing treatment after the cleaning with the cleaning composition, and a cleaning composition that may remain. Remove completely. By such a water washing process, the cleanliness of the masking jig becomes very high.
