Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a movable step device, and more particularly to a movable step device for a platform used in a station or the like.
In order to reduce the gap generated between the platform and the vehicle, a movable step device is embedded in a platform entrance such as a station. The movable step device is usually composed of a top plate, a base portion, a step, a power portion, and the like. The step of the movable step device is stored between the top plate and the base portion when the vehicle is not stopped on the platform. As the vehicle approaches the platform, the step advances toward the vehicle just before the passenger gets on and off. When the passenger finishes getting on and off the vehicle, the step moves backward toward the platform, and is stored again between the top plate and the base portion (for example,
A gap is provided between the top plate and the step in order to prevent contact and friction between the movable part and the fixed part. This gap creates a step between the top plate edge and the step, so it is assumed that the passenger will be stepped on the step when getting on and off. In addition, foreign matters such as mud, dust, and water enter the movable step device from the gap. The invading foreign matter shortens the life of the device and causes a reduction in operating rate and maintainability.
As described above, the gap generated between the platform and the vehicle is reduced by a series of operations of the movable step device. In such a platform step device, there is a gap between the top plate of the device and the step which is the movable part. Due to this gap, a step is formed between the top edge of the top plate and the step, and there are concerns about safety issues such as platform users taking their feet on the step. In addition, due to the gap generated between the end of the top plate and the step, there is a concern that the failure of the device, the shortening of the life of the device, and the deterioration of the maintainability due to the entry of foreign matter into the device are concerned.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. That is, in the movable step device for a platform, it is intended to improve safety and reduce maintenance of the equipment by reducing equipment failures.
A movable step device for a platform according to the present invention is sandwiched between a top plate and a base portion, and is fixed to a power portion that moves a power transmission portion in the front-rear direction, a front end portion of the top plate, A step in which a comb-like shape having convex portions is connected to the top plate end portion formed on the lower surface side and the power transmission portion, and a plurality of convex portions are repeatedly formed on the upper surface side at intervals. And. The step is arranged with a plurality of convex portions facing the concave portion of the top plate end, and when the power unit moves the power transmission unit forward, the step advances from the top plate end, and the power unit backs the power transmission unit. When moving in the direction, the step is stored between the top and the base.
By arranging the end of the top plate and the step so as to alternately engage with each other, the step becomes inconspicuous. As a result, the safety of passengers using the movable step device is improved. In addition, the entry of foreign matter into the apparatus is reduced.
Embodiments of a movable step device for a platform according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, this invention is not limited to the following description, In the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention, it can change suitably.
FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration of a movable step device for a platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. The platform movable step device 100 includes a
2 and 3 show a state in which the platform movable step device is embedded at the station entrance / exit point. The platform movable step device 100 is installed on the
