The water tank is surrounded by a water-shielding layer at a bottom and lateral sides thereof and separated into compartments by a partition in a manner that allows water to move between the compartments. A construction method of the base isolation structure executes construction thereof in the following order: a process 1 to construct the water tank and fill the same with the water; and a process 2 to construct the building on the water tank.

Description

The present invention belongs to seismic isolation technology for structures.

There is a technology for providing a seismic isolation means by providing a water tank with an interior partitioned by a partition that allows water to flow under the foundation of the structure. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-020696 discloses that a seismic isolation effect can be obtained by a rainwater storage tank provided under a building. Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2009-7926 discloses a method for obtaining a seismic isolation effect using a water tank that stores groundwater. Since the former is intended to control the outflow of rainwater, the period in which the water is in the tank is limited, and it is difficult to say that the seismic isolation effect can be always obtained. The latter introduces water into the aquarium due to an increase in the groundwater level, so it cannot be used in places where the groundwater level is low, and since the water is introduced due to an increase in the groundwater level, the seismic isolation effect is obtained until the necessary water accumulates in the aquarium. There were no problems.
There is a need for means that can solve the above problems and provide a seismic isolation effect even after construction, even during construction.

The present invention provides means for obtaining a seismic isolation effect even during construction of a building and after construction.

The first invention is a structure comprising a building on a foundation and a water tank provided under the foundation, the water tank having a bottom surface and side surfaces covered with a water shielding layer, and the inside of the water tank is A seismic isolation structure construction method that is partitioned by a partition that can be moved back and forth, and that constructs the structure according to the following procedure.
Step 1 Build the water tank and fill it with water.
Step 2 Build a building on the aquarium.
The second aspect of the present invention is a structure comprising a building and a water tank provided under the foundation of the building, the water tank being covered with a water shielding layer on the bottom and side surfaces, and the water inside and outside of the water tank can be transferred to and from each other. It is a seismic isolation structure that is partitioned by possible partitions and is always filled with water.

In the present invention, after introducing a necessary amount of water into the aquarium, a building is constructed on the aquarium, so that the seismic isolation effect by the aquarium is exhibited during construction and after construction.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a method of forming a water tank provided under a building foundation among construction means in a seismic isolation structure of the present invention.
1. Excavate underground to form a water tank recess, and lay a water-impervious sheet in the recess to make the bottom and side surfaces of the water tank a water-impervious layer. 1A
2. In order to form a storage space for storing water, blocks that divide the inside of the water tank without hindering the passage of water are filled and arranged using joints as necessary. An example of blocks to be filled is shown in FIG. Generally, a resin block used for constructing a facility for controlling the outflow of rainwater and having a strength necessary to support the load of the building can be used. As for these, the clearance gap which enables the passage of water is formed in the storage space obtained by filling and arrange | positioning a block and a block. 1B
3. Refill the aquarium. 1C
4). Cover the top of the tank with a sheet and introduce the necessary water into the tank. 1D
FIG. 2 shows a state in which a foundation is formed on a water tank to constitute a building.
In addition, since the inflow / outflow port of the water with respect to the water tank shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2 is self-evident and can respond with a prior art, it is not shown.

The seismic isolation effect of installing a water tank under this foundation will be described below.
1. When the ground is replaced with a water tank, a difference in vibration phase occurs between the ground and the water tank when the vibration of the seismic wave is transmitted.
2. S waves (rolling) are not transmitted in water or air.
By installing a water tank under the foundation by the above effects, the impact on earthquake buildings is reduced.

The construction procedure of the present invention constructs a building on a water tank after building a water tank and introducing water into the water tank to obtain a seismic isolation effect. Therefore, even if the building is in the process of building, a seismic isolation effect can be obtained and damage can be reduced. Of course, the effect will continue even after construction.

That is, it is effective for the seismic isolation of the structure to keep the water tank always filled with water. It is desirable to fill the tank with water as early as possible in the construction.

It can be used as a seismic isolation device to protect buildings from earthquake damage.
