Description

The present invention provides a soft magnetic material that can be magnetized to a wall or the like by sticking it to a smooth surface such as a wall or the like that does not have a magnetizing effect, and can use a thumbtack (push pin) It relates to a composite sheet.

Conventionally, a soft magnetic sheet has been proposed that can be used with permanent magnets such as magnet sheets and sintered magnets, or various magnet application products using these magnets that are extremely easily magnetized even in places where there is no magnetic surface. (Patent Document 1).

However, the soft magnetic sheet according to claim 1 of Patent Document 1 is a mixture of kneaded soft magnetic powder such as soft ferrite powder and iron powder with a high magnetic permeability and a small coercive force, and a synthetic resin material among ferromagnetic materials. Since the magnetic sheet has a thickness of 0.1 to 1.0 mm, the magnetic adhesion force is relatively small. In order to solve this problem, in claim 3 of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, a synthetic resin material mixed with magnetic powder is formed in a sheet shape on one surface of the magnetic sheet, and multiple N poles and S poles are alternately magnetized. There has been proposed a soft magnetic sheet characterized in that a magnetic sheet is attached. However, since such a soft magnetic sheet has a magnetic sheet formed by multipolar magnetization, the multipole magnetic sheet is provided. The magnet sheet is expensive, and there is a problem that the cost is high as a soft magnetic sheet.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is a soft magnetic composite sheet having a soft magnetic layer mainly composed of a soft magnetic material powder and an organic polymer elastomer. Another object of the present invention is to provide a soft magnetic composite sheet that can improve the magnetic adhesion force to the screen and can use a thumbtack (push pin).

The invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that a surface layer is formed on a soft magnetic layer mainly composed of a soft magnetic material powder and an organic polymer elastomer, and a soft magnetic metal foil is provided under the soft magnetic layer, Provided is a soft magnetic composite sheet characterized in that a base fabric layer is provided under a soft magnetic metal foil.

The invention according to claim 2 provides the soft magnetic composite sheet according to claim 1, wherein the soft magnetic metal foil is a steel foil or a magnetic stainless steel foil.

The invention according to claim 3 provides the soft magnetic composite sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the base fabric layer is made of a knitted fabric.

The invention according to claim 4 provides the soft magnetic composite sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an adhesive layer is provided under the base fabric layer.

The invention according to claim 5 is the soft magnetic composite sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the surface layer is made of any one of coated paper, resin film, and wall decorative paper. I will provide a.

In the soft magnetic composite sheet according to the present invention, since the soft magnetic metal foil is provided under the soft magnetic layer, the magnetic adhesion force to the magnet member disposed on the surface layer side is improved. In addition, since the base fabric layer is provided under the soft magnetic metal foil, there is an effect that even if a bending stress is locally applied to the soft magnetic metal foil, a folding trace or a horseshoe-shaped trace does not occur. Unlike the metal, the soft magnetic layer is composed mainly of a soft magnetic material powder and an organic polymer elastomer. Therefore, a sharp needle can be pierced, and the thumbtack (push pin) can be pierced. There is an effect that the (push pin) can be held in that state.

In particular, the soft magnetic composite sheet according to claim 3 has high flexibility because the base fabric layer is made of knitted fabric, and even when local deformation stress is applied to the soft magnetic metal foil, the stress is more flexibly dispersed. For this reason, the soft magnetic metal foil is not locally bent, and there is an effect that a horseshoe-shaped mark or a bent mark remains less.

In the soft magnetic composite sheet according to claim 4, since the adhesive layer is provided below the base fabric layer, the soft magnetic sheet can be adhered to the wall or the like via the adhesive layer. There is no need to apply an adhesive, and there is an effect that the soft magnetic composite sheet can be quickly adhered to a wall or the like.

The soft magnetic composite sheet according to claim 5 has an effect that the surface layer is made of any one of coated paper, resin film, and wall decorative paper, so that it can be used for the interior of a building.

It is a section state figure of a soft magnetic material composite sheet concerning the present invention. It is a section state figure of the soft magnetic material composite sheet according to claim 4 concerning the present invention.

Next, an embodiment for carrying out the soft magnetic composite sheet according to the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a soft magnetic composite sheet 1 according to the present invention, and 2 is a surface layer. The surface layer 2 may be any of coated paper, resin film, wall decorative paper, and the like. In the case of a resin film, the surface layer 2 can be written with an aqueous marker.

Under the surface layer 2, there is provided a soft magnetic material layer 3 mainly composed of soft magnetic material powder and organic polymer elastomer. Under the soft magnetic material layer 3, a steel foil or magnetic material which is a soft magnetic metal foil is provided. A stainless steel foil 4 is formed. A base fabric layer 5 which is a knitted fabric is formed under the steel foil or magnetic stainless steel foil 4, and the thickness of the steel foil or magnetic stainless steel foil 4 is suitably 0.05 to 0.5 mm. If it is less than 0.05 mm, the effect of improving the magnetizing force of the soft magnetic layer 3 on the magnet member is insufficient, and if it exceeds 0.5 mm, the flexibility of the steel foil or magnetic stainless steel foil 4 is insufficient, and it is wound in a roll shape. Handling such as taking is inconvenient. In this embodiment, steel foil or magnetic stainless steel foil is used, but other soft magnetic metal foil on which a magnet is magnetically attached may be used.

The ratio of the soft magnetic material powder and the organic polymer elastomer of the soft magnetic layer 3 is preferably 10 to 20 parts by weight of the organic polymer elastomer with respect to 80 to 90 parts by weight of the soft magnetic material powder. The soft magnetic layer 3 has good soft magnetic properties. The thickness of the soft magnetic layer 3 is preferably 0.5 to 5.0 mm. If the thickness is less than 0.5 mm, the holding force of a thumbtack or a push pin is insufficient, and if it is 5.0 mm or more, the cost is high.

The surface layer 2 can be applied with coated paper, resin film, wall decorative paper, or the like, and the thickness of the surface layer 2 causes the soft magnetic layer 3 below to magnetize the magnet member satisfactorily. Therefore, it is preferable that it is 80 micrometers-250 micrometers. If it is less than 80 μm, the design property is insufficient, and if it exceeds 250 μm, the magnetizing force of the magnet member becomes weak.

The base fabric layer 5 is preferably a knitted fabric. Because it is a knitted fabric, it is more flexible than ordinary paper, and there are no local wrinkles or fold marks left in the same way as knit clothing. As a result, the steel foil or magnetic stainless steel foil 4 is locally localized. Even when bending stress is applied, the base fabric layer 5 adjacent to and integrated with the steel foil or the magnetic stainless steel foil 4 disperses the stress, and the horseshoe-shaped mark or the bending mark is left on the steel foil or the magnetic stainless steel foil 4. There is no remaining.

The base fabric layer 5 is preferably 0.2 to 0.7 mm from the viewpoint of effective stress dispersion, and if it is less than 0.2 mm, the stress dispersion becomes insufficient, and the steel foil or the magnetic stainless steel foil 4 has a fold mark or the like. May remain. If it exceeds 0.7 mm, the weight becomes heavy, and the workability when sticking to a wall or the like is lowered.

When the base fabric layer 5 is a double-sided knitted fabric, the number of loops per 10 cm is preferably 90 to 100. If it is less than 90, the stress dispersion ability may be lowered, and if it exceeds 100, the flexibility is lowered. It may not be preferable. The material of the yarn used for the knitting is preferably rayon / polyester (blend). The thickness of the yarn is preferably 20 to 40, and less than 20 is unfavorable, for example, the strength may be excessive and the flexibility may be reduced. If the thickness is over 40, the strength may be insufficient and the stress dispersion capacity may be reduced. It is not preferable, for example.

FIG. 2 is a sectional state view of the soft magnetic composite sheet 10 according to claim 4 of the present invention. Reference numeral 12 denotes a surface layer. A soft magnetic layer 13 mainly composed of a soft magnetic material powder and an organic polymer elastomer is provided below the surface layer 12, and a soft magnetic metal layer 13 is provided below the soft magnetic layer 13. A steel foil or magnetic stainless steel foil 14 which is a foil is formed. A base fabric layer 15 which is a knitted fabric is formed under the steel foil or the magnetic stainless steel foil 14. The structures of the surface layer 12, the soft magnetic layer 13, the steel foil or magnetic stainless steel foil 14, and the base fabric layer 15 are the same as described above.

Under the base fabric layer 15, an adhesive layer 16 mainly composed of acrylic resin, urethane resin, silicone resin or the like is provided. Usually, release paper (not shown) covering the adhesive layer 16 is further provided, and immediately before the soft magnetic composite sheet 10 is attached, the release paper is removed and attached to a wall or the like.

Hereinafter, the soft magnetic composite sheet according to the present application will be specifically described in Examples and Comparative Examples.
