A writing notebook having an information transmission function and a communication tool function, wherein the information transmission paper piece is bound by a fastener in the short space.   The information transmission paper piece is formed of a sticky note, and a binding hole to be bound by the fastener is provided on the binding side, and a first perforation is sandwiched by a peelable adhesive portion provided on the edge side near the binding hole. A writing notebook having an information transmission function and a communication tool function according to claim 1, wherein the information transmission function and the communication tool function are provided.   The information transmission paper piece is formed of a message card, and a binding hole to be bound by the fastener is provided on the binding side, and a filing hole is provided on the small edge side near the binding hole so as to be detachable. The front is provided with a field for entering personal information such as e-mail address, mobile phone number, and name, and the back is provided with a message entry field and an image affixing field on which a matrix type two-dimensional code or photographic image is affixed. A writing notebook comprising the information transmission function and the communication tool function according to claim 1.   A small window that is covered with a transparent cover is formed on the front cover of the writing notebook, and a pocket opening for inserting a business card holder and a look back of the notebook is provided on the back, and a notebook is provided on the back of the cover. 4. A writing notebook having an information transmission function and a communication tool function according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a plurality of pocket openings for inserting a part and a magnetic card or the like are formed.   The notebook part in the writing notebook is omitted, and is formed in the form of a binding notebook and a system notebook composed of the information transmission paper piece and the cover cover, and a sticky note and a message constituting the information transmission paper piece. The information transmission according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a plurality of cards are provided in the cover cover, and each of the information transmission paper pieces is bound by a fastener and a binding hole.
