Description

The present invention relates to a lid device including a lid that opens and closes an opening formed outside a support, and the lid is pivotally supported on the support via a hinge, and in particular, the lid is elastically biased in the opening and closing direction. The present invention relates to the lid device.

Generally, when opening and closing the opening formed outside the support body with a lid, the lid is pivotally supported via a hinge so that the lid can be switched between a closed position and an open position. The lid is configured to swing up and down or horizontally. At this time, the lid is given a characteristic that is held in the closed position or the open position according to the purpose of use, thereby improving workability when the lid is opened and preventing flapping when the lid is closed. ing.
In this way, when giving the lid a turning habit, an elastic member is attached to a hinge or its neighboring member that pivots the lid on the opening peripheral portion on the support side, and the lid is closed or opened by the elastic force of the elastic member. To prevent fluttering in the fully open position and the closed position.

Furthermore, in order to relieve the impact when the lid reaches the closed position or the open position, an elastic member for impact relieving that abuts against the end of the lid is provided on the hinge and its neighboring members. The elastic member receives the rotational displacement of the end portion near the hinge of the lid and elastically displaces to suppress and alleviate the impact at the time of opening. An example of such shock mitigation disclosed by the lid is disclosed in Patent Document 1.
This patent document 1 discloses a hinge structure of an upper lid that opens and closes an upper opening of a container. Here, a coil spring is attached to the pivot of the upper lid to facilitate swinging of the upper lid in the opening direction. In addition, when the upper lid is pivoted to the open position, the pivot end of the upper lid near the pivot shaft is brought into contact with the leaf spring to suppress displacement when the upper lid reaches the open position, and the lid is received when opened. The impact is reduced.
By the way, a lid, for example, a recess formed on the side of the outer wall of the vehicle and containing an energy supply connecting member is opened and closed by a lid that swings in the horizontal direction. The lid of the outer wall of the vehicle is attached to the inner wall of the recess through a hinge so as to be swingable in the horizontal direction, and the hinge and its neighboring members are elastic to urge the lid to the closed position or the open position. The equipment is equipped.
Patent Document 2 describes a leaf spring having a structure that reverses the urging force when the lid is opened, but the structure is such that the urging force is simply reversed. The member which suppresses is not described.

By the way, the lid of the outer wall of the vehicle is held by the locking means in the closed position, and is equipped with an elastic member for urging and urging to the closed position or the open position so as to prevent flapping in the fully open position or the closed position. I have to.
For this reason, a plurality of elastic members are attached to the hinge and its neighboring members, and there is a problem that a complicated configuration is adopted and the mounting work is complicated, which is the case of the hinge structure of Patent Document 1. Is the same.
Further, simply using the leaf spring described in Patent Document 2 cannot sufficiently suppress the flutter during the opening operation.
The present invention has been made on the basis of the above-described problems. The object of the present invention is to provide an elastic member that elastically rotates and urges the lid to the fully open position or the closed position, and the lid receives when reaching the fully open position. An object of the present invention is to provide a lid device that simplifies the structure of an elastic member that reduces impact and that facilitates mounting work.

Are both held in a space surrounded by a holding spring.

The invention of claim 5 of the present application is the lid device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the holding spring and the plate spring are integrally formed of a single plate material.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the lid device according to the first aspect, the engaging end of the holding spring that is locked to the swinging piece is locked to the fixed piece of the holding spring. The lid can be held in a half-open position when held on a line connecting the toe and the pivot shaft.

In the first aspect of the invention, the lid is elastically biased to the closed position side or the fully open position side by the elastic force of the holding spring, so that the position holdability of these open / close chain positions can be ensured, and the lid is opened. The protruding end of the leaf spring comes into contact with the swing piece, and at this time, the relative approaching displacement between the swing piece and the holding spring is elastically suppressed, thereby suppressing the lid open displacement and reaching the fully open position.
Hereinafter, the lid device which is an embodiment of the present invention is explained.
FIG. 1 is an overall configuration diagram of an electric vehicle (hereinafter simply referred to as a vehicle) C to which a lid device according to a first embodiment of the present invention is attached.
The vehicle C travels by rotating the wheels 1 by supplying power to a motor generator (not shown) in a timely manner from a power supply circuit 2 having a battery (battery) BT. On the outer surface of the rear fender 3 (support) of the vehicle C, a charger connection chamber (also simply referred to as a connection chamber) 4 which is a recess is formed. The connection chamber 4 serving as a recess is recessed in the vehicle width direction Y toward the center of the vehicle body, and the connection chamber can be opened and closed by a lid 7.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, two vehicle body side connectors 5 and 6 for connecting a charger are attached and supported in the connection chamber 4 of the vehicle C. For this reason, when the lid 7 is opened at the time of charging, the charger connection operation to the vehicle body side connectors 5 and 6 is performed, and the battery BT charging is performed through the power supply circuit 2. Of the vehicle body side connectors, reference numeral 5 denotes a mounting connector for the quick charging charging gun g1, and reference numeral 6 denotes a mounting connector for the 100V charging charging gun g2.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the opening 402 of the connection chamber 4 is closed by the lid 7 so as to be openable. The lid 7 is substantially oval when viewed from the front, and includes a lid main body 701, a reinforcing plate 702 formed on the inner surface thereof, a lid hinge 8 that pivotally supports the reinforcing plate 702, and locking means 21 that locks the reinforcing plate 702. And a locking projection 12 on the reinforcing plate 702 side.
The lid hinge 8 pivotally supports the front side (the right side in FIGS. 1 to 3), which is the base end side of the reinforcing plate 702, on the inner wall in the connection chamber 4.
The lid hinge 8 pivotally supports the front side (right side in FIGS. 1 to 3), which is the base end side of the reinforcing plate 702, on the inner wall in the connection chamber 4.
The locking means 21 locks the rear side (left side in FIG. 3) that is the rotation end side of the reinforcing plate 702 to the inner wall 403 of the connection chamber 4. The movable hook 14 of the locking means locks the lid 7 by locking the locking protrusion 12 protruding from the reinforcing plate 702.

The lid 7 rotates its rear end side horizontally around the rotation center line L1 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) set by the lid hinge 8 in the horizontal direction to open the fully open position P2 (see FIG. 3), the closed position P1, It is switched and held at the half-open position P3 in the meantime.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lid 7 is pivotally supported on the inner wall 403 of the connection chamber 4 via a lid hinge 8 in the vicinity of the front end (right side in FIGS. 1 to 3).
As shown in FIG. 3, a locking port 121 is formed on the protruding end side of the locking protrusion 12 of the lid 7. By pushing the lid 7 into the closed position P1, the hook 14 is elastically moved in and out, and is locked to the locking port 121 so that the lid 7 is held at the locked position P1.
Locking means 21 for locking the lid 7 projects and holds the hook 14 so as to be elastically retractable. The lock means 21 is driven by a solenoid (not shown) in response to a release signal from a control means (not shown) to retreat the hook 14, and at this time, the locking projection 12 on the lid 7 side is opened. Thus, the lid 7 is allowed to rotate. At that time, the lid 7 rotates the rotation end (rear end) around the rotation center line L1 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) set by the lid hinge 8. The lid hinge 8 rotates the lid 7 in the horizontal direction around the rotation center line L1 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) to fully open a position P2 (see FIG. 3), a closed position P1, and a half-open position P3 (see FIG. 3) therebetween. Switch to and hold.

Here, the lid hinge 8 is fixed to and supported by the inner wall 403 (inside the connection chamber 4), the fixed piece 30 on one end side, the swing piece 40 on the other end side pivoted on the pivot shaft 330, A holding spring 50 engaged therewith and a leaf spring 550 supported by the spring are provided.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the fixed piece 30 has a protruding portion 320 that bends and extends from a fixed base end (base end) 310. The tip of the projecting part 320 branches and extends a vertical branch part e1 that supports the pivot shaft 330 and an intermediate branch part e2 between the vertical branch part e1.

The swinging piece 40 is pivotally supported on the pivot shaft 330, and the extension-side tip of the extension 410 serving as a curved plate extending from the pivot end is connected to the reinforcing plate 702 of the lid 7. They are joined together. Here, a concave locking portion 420 (see FIG. 8) is formed in the middle of the extending portion 410 (curved plate portion).
In addition, the latching protrusion 340 of the intermediate branch part e2 on the fixed piece part 30 side has a function of positioning the lid 7 at the fully open position P2 as a position restricting member (stopper).
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the holding spring 50 has a curved plate shape, and the locking portions 510 and 520 at both ends are locked to the fixed piece 30 and the swinging piece 40 arranged opposite to each other. Formed to be.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, a locking hole 321 is formed in the protruding portion 320 of the fixed piece 30, and the base end locking portion 510 that forms one base end of the holding spring 50 is locked.

The holding spring 50 extends in a U-shape so that the curved middle portion 530 reaches the opposite side of the pivot shaft 330 from the base end locking portion 510, and a swing locking end 520 is formed at the end thereof. The curved plate-like holding spring 50 has one end locked to the fixed piece 30 and the other end locked to the swing piece 40.
The swing locking end 520 of the holding spring 50 has a shape that is locked to a concave locking portion 420 formed in the extending portion 410.
A spring base end (base end) 551 of a cantilevered plate spring 550 is welded to the inner wall surface of the holding spring 50 so that the spring protrusion end (protrusion end) 552 can come into contact with the extension 410 of the swing piece 40. Installed.
Here, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the extending portion 410 of the swinging piece portion 40 faces the curved intermediate portion 530 of the holding spring 50 through the predetermined gap ts, and the extending portion 410 rotates to the open side. In accordance with the movement r1, the curved middle portion 530 of the holding spring 50 approaches and the gap ts is narrowed. That is, in response to the rotation of the swing piece 40 (showing the gap ts at the half-open position P3 in FIG. 9) and approaching the fully open position P2 (showing the gap ts at the fully open position P2 in FIG. 10). The spring protruding end 552 of the leaf spring 550 is in contact with the extending portion 410 to increase the amount of elastic displacement.
Next, the operation of the lid device of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 8, 9, 10.

As shown in FIG. 8, when the lid 7 is in the closed position P <b> 1, the swing piece 40 and the holding spring 50 pivotally supported via the pivot shaft 330 are connected to the fixed piece 30 of the lid hinge 8. 4 is held on the relatively back side.
In this state, the holding spring 50 is elastically enlarged so that the fixed piece portion 30 and the swing piece portion 40 are separated from each other, and then the locking hole portion 321 and the swing piece portion 40 of the fixed piece portion 30. It is latched in the state which elastically displaced to the concave latching part 420 of this. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the holding spring 50 applies an initial load fb <b> 1 to the fixed piece 30 and the swing piece 40. At this time, the rocking engagement end of the rocking piece 40 as viewed from the straight line (line) Lc connecting the base end locking portion (locking portion) 510 of the fixed piece 30 of the holding spring 50 and the pivot shaft 330. When 520 (locking end) is located inside the connection chamber (recessed portion) 4, the lid 7 is urged toward the closed position side P1.
On the contrary, the rocking | fluctuation locking end 520 (locking end) of the rocking | fluctuation piece part side is located in the outer side of the connection chamber (recessed part) 4 seeing from the straight line Lc (it is located in the fully open position P2 side of the lid 7). At that time, the lid is urged in the opening direction.
When the lid 7 is in the closed position P1, as shown in FIG. 8, the holding spring 50 exerts the initial load fb1, and the closing direction component force fr1 corresponding to this generates the closing direction torque tc, and the lid 7 is closed. Rotating bias in the direction.

When the lid 7 is rotated in the horizontal direction (opening operation) and reaches the half-open position P3, the lid 7 swings on a straight line Lc connecting the base end locking portion 510 and the pivot shaft 330, as shown in FIG. The swinging locking end 520 (locking end) on the one part 40 side is held and overlapped. In this case, the distance between the fixed piece 30 and the oscillating piece 40 of the holding spring 50 is maximum displaced and exhibits the maximum load fb3. However, since it is on the straight line Lc connecting the pivot shaft 330, the pivotal support by the maximum load fb3 is achieved. The component force around the shaft 330 is zero, and the biasing force in the opening / closing direction of the holding spring is eliminated. For this reason, the torque tc in the opening / closing direction is not generated, and the lid 7 is held relatively stably at the half-open position P3.
Since the lid 7 is rotated in the horizontal direction and is in the half-open position P3, the rotational force due to its own weight and the opening / closing torque by the holding spring 50 do not act on the lid 7 at this position, and the half-open position P3 can be held relatively stably. It is.

Furthermore, here, in the state of the half-open position P3, the spring protruding end 552 of the leaf spring 550 supported by the holding spring 50 is set so as to contact the swinging piece portion 40. In this way, the half-open position P3 can be held relatively stably even when the elastic force of the holding spring 50 is canceled and the leaf spring 550 is brought into contact therewith. In this case, the lid 7 can be held in a single-stage usage mode in which the opening degree is half-opened, and the charging gun g2 is easily attached to the 100V charging connector 6 separately from the two-stage full-open usage mode described later. There is no need to fully open the lid 7 too much.
Next, it is assumed that the lid 7 is rotated in the horizontal direction toward the fully open position P2 through the half-open position P3.
In this fully open position P2, as shown in FIG. 4, the holding spring 50 applies a fully open load fb2 to the fixed piece 30 and the swing piece 40 as a clamping force. In response to this, the opening direction ineffective force fr2 around the pivot shaft 330 generates the opening direction torque to, and the lid 7 is elastically biased in the fully opening direction.

At the same time, the gap ts between the extending portion 410 of the swing piece 40 and the holding spring 50 is narrowed, and the protruding end of the leaf spring 550 supported by the holding spring 50 remains in contact with the extending portion 410. Sliding displacement. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the elastic return force fn of the leaf spring 550 increases, and the maximum value becomes fn1.
Here, since the elastic displacement amount of the leaf spring 550 is increased by the maximum return force fn1, the opening-direction ineffective force fr2 due to the holding spring 50 is decreased and is decreased to fr2 ′ (= fr2-fn1). For this reason, the relative approaching displacement of the swing piece 40 and the holding spring 50 can be suppressed, the opening displacement of the lid 7 can be suppressed smoothly, and the impact when reaching the fully open position P2 can be mitigated.
Moreover, since the impact when the swing piece 40 abuts against the intermediate branch portion e2 is alleviated, a high quality feeling can be given to the operator. Furthermore, the lid 7 receives the torque to in the opening direction of the holding spring 50 at the fully open position P2, and can hold the fully open position P2 without play. Further, at this time, as shown in FIG. 10, the lid-side swinging piece portion 40 abuts on the intermediate branching portion e2 functioning as a stopper, and the lid 7 can be positioned in the fully open position P2 without backlash.

In this way, the lid 7 can be held at the fully open position P2 and can be stably held in a two-stage usage form. In this state, the charging gun g1 can be easily attached to the quick charging connector 5 with good workability.
On the other hand, when the lid 7 is closed after the charging guns g1 and g2 are removed, the lid 7 is rotated toward the closed position P1. As a result, the lid 7 receives the torque tc in the closing direction with the closing direction component force fr1 corresponding to the initial load fb1 of the holding spring 50, and rotates the lid 7 to the closing position P1. In this state, the operator presses the lid 7 to the closed position P1, and the locking projection 12 causes the hook 14 to retreat and move against the elastic force of the return spring s. Next, when the hook 14 at the tip faces the locking port 121, the hook 14 is engaged with the locking port 121 by the elastic force of the return spring s. Thereby, the lid 7 on the side of the locking projection 12 can be locked at the closed position P1.

As described above, according to the lid device of the first embodiment, the retainability of these two positions can be secured by elastically biasing the lid 7 to the closed position P1 or the fully opened position P2 by the elastic force of the holding spring 50. Moreover, the half-open position P3 between these two positions can also be maintained. Further, when the lid 7 is rotated to the fully open position P2, the protruding end of the leaf spring 550 comes into contact with the swing piece 40, and at this time, the relative approaching displacement between the swing piece 40 and the holding spring 50 is maximized. It can be suppressed by the force fn1 (elastic). Thereby, the sudden open displacement of the lid 7 can be suppressed, and the impact when reaching the fully open position P2 can be mitigated. Furthermore, a holding spring 50 that elastically pivots and biases the lid 7 to the fully open position P2 and the closed position P1, and a leaf spring 550 (elastic member) that reduces the impact received by the lid 7 (lid) when reaching the fully open position P2. ) Structure can be made compact. For this reason, the assembly of the holding spring 50 to the lid hinge 8 is facilitated, and the layout is good.

As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the position where the spring protruding end 552 of the leaf spring 550 contacts the extending portion 410 (curved plate portion) and the extending portion 410 is the intermediate branching portion e <b> 2 (stopper) of the fixed piece portion 30. A position where the end portion 341 contacts with the end portion 341 is disposed in a space surrounded by the holding spring 50. In this respect as well, the lid hinge 8 can be simplified in a compact manner, and the layout is not limited.
In the first embodiment described above, the lid 7 swings in the horizontal direction, but instead, the lid 7a rotates in the vertical direction as in the second embodiment as shown in FIG. You may comprise.

In this case, the lid 7a, the lid hinge 8a, and the lock means 21 shown in FIG. 11 have the same configuration except that they are mounted on the lid 7a that rotates in the vertical direction, and the lid 7 of the first embodiment. Since they are used in the same manner and have similar functions, redundant description is omitted here.
In the lid device according to the second embodiment, the lid 7a rotates in the vertical direction, not in the horizontal direction, so that the behavior in the closed position P1 and the fully opened position P2 is substantially the same as that in the horizontal direction. Note that the half-open position P3a in the second embodiment is set so as to cancel the amount of weight applied to the lid 7 and hold the half-open position P3a. In other words, the half-open position P3a in this case is set to a position shifted by a predetermined amount α from the half-open position P3 in the first embodiment to the upper side (open side) on which the opening-direction ineffective force fr2 acts. In this way, by holding the lid 7a in a one-stage use state in which the lid 7a is half-opened, the charging gun g2 can be easily attached to the charging connector 6 on the 100V side, and the lid 7 does not need to be fully opened. In addition, the use form in the half-open state of the first stage and the use form in the full-open state of the two stages can be separated, and the work inside the lid can be easily performed according to each stage and can be used rationally.

As described above, the spring base end 551 of the cantilevered plate spring 550 is welded to the inner wall surface of the holding spring 50 and integrated. Instead of this, as a modification, the holding spring 50a may be configured as shown in FIG.
A holding spring 50a as a modified example is formed by punching out the intermediate portion 501a and projecting and forming a leaf spring portion 502a inside the inner wall surface of the intermediate portion. In this case, the protruding end 503a of the leaf spring portion 502a is formed so as to be disposed at a position where it can abut on the extending portion 410 of the swing piece portion 40 shown in FIG. In this way, the holding spring 50a is formed so that the leaf spring portion 502a protrudes (is integrally formed) from a single plate material, so that the number of parts can be reduced, the cost can be reduced, and the mounting operation can be facilitated.
