Description

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a wall body such as a partition wall that requires finishing not only on one side but also on the other side in a building such as a house, a store, or an office.

As a method of constructing a wall body that requires finishing on both the front and back surfaces, runner members molded in a groove shape are installed on the building frame at the construction site in a vertically opposed manner on the floor side and the ceiling side. There is a construction method in which column base studs are erected at predetermined intervals to form a wall base, and wall plates are attached to both surfaces of the formed wall base to construct a wall body such as a partition wall.

As described above, in the wall body using a metal wall base such as a runner, since the weight of each member is relatively light, it can be easily carried in the construction site and is safe. There is an advantage of being.

However, the above-described method requires a work on one surface side and the other surface side of the wall base, and there is a problem that it takes time to move the worker. In order to solve such a problem, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which an opening is provided in a wall body, and the opening is closed in the final process, thereby reducing the movement burden on the worker. ing.

However, in the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1, in the final process, work from both sides of the field wall is required to close the opening. Therefore, for example, when the wall body is required to have a fire prevention performance according to regulations, although it is a wall body that forms a closed space in the room, it is not possible to construct the wall surface on the closed space side. For this reason, it is necessary to separately provide a space for escaping an operator who finishes the wall surface in the closed space, which causes a problem that the free design of the building is impaired.

Therefore, the present invention solves such problems of the prior art, and even if it is necessary to finish the wall surface on the inner side of the closed space to a predetermined performance, the escape space for the worker who performs the finishing work is created in the building. It aims at providing the construction method of the wall which does not need to be reflected in the floor plan.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the wall construction method according to the present invention is such that a closed space surrounded by at least four circumferences is formed inside the building by the wall body or by the wall body and the staircase equipment. All are a base frame provided from the upper end to the lower end, a plate-like inner wall surface body attached to the base frame from the inside of the closed space, and a plate-like outer wall surface attached to the base frame from the outside of the closed space A method of constructing a wall body formed by a body, in which a base frame is sandwiched between the inner wall surface body and the inner wall surface body from the outside of the closed space, wherein the inner wall surface body is installed in a space that becomes a closed space And an outer crafting step of installing an outer wall surface body. The inner structure process is to form an opening that allows people to enter and exit at least one place on the inner wall surface and attach the inner wall surface to the base frame, or after attaching the inner wall surface to the base frame, A step of forming an opening capable of entering and exiting at least one place, a step of installing a lid covering the opening from the outside of the space to be a closed space, and a surface of the lid and the inner wall surface And finishing to one.

According to the present invention, the worker first enters the space that is closed when the construction of the wall member is completed, and attaches the inner wall surface body to the base frame. At the same time, an opening is formed in the inner wall surface. The opening is formed in the inner wall surface in advance, or is formed in the middle stage of attaching the inner wall surface body or by cutting the inner wall surface body after the attachment. Thereafter, the worker escapes from the space through the opening provided in the inner wall surface. And an operator installs a cover body so that an opening part may be covered from the outside of the space used as closed space.

According to this method, the operator can escape from the region that becomes the closed space through the opening after constructing the inner wall surface in the space that becomes the closed space, and further, the outside of the space that becomes the closed space. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a space for the operator to escape. Moreover, since the opening part provided in an inner wall surface body will be finally plugged up with a cover body, the performance as an inner wall surface body is also securable.

As described above, in the wall construction method according to the present invention, even when it is necessary to finish the wall surface on the inner side of the closed space to a predetermined performance, the escape space of the worker who performs the finishing work is reflected in the floor plan of the building. There is no need to let them.

The inner structure process further includes a step of attaching a base material to a position that is a closed space in the inner wall surface body and is a peripheral edge portion of the opening, and the lid body and the inner wall surface body are flush with each other. Preferably, the step of finishing includes a step of fastening the lid to the base material. In this case, the lid can be reliably fixed to the inner wall surface using the base material.

The lid is preferably made of the same material as the inner wall surface and has the same thickness. In this case, by closing the opening with the lid, the performance as the wall of the inner wall surface can be made the same including the position of the opening.

Moreover, the peripheral part of the opening part of the inner wall surface body is formed in an expanding shape from the inner side to the outer side of the closed space, and the peripheral part of the lid body can be engaged with the peripheral part of the opening part of the inner wall surface body. It is preferable to provide an engaging part. In this case, when the lid body is attached, the engaging portion of the lid body is caught on the peripheral edge portion of the opening portion of the inner wall surface body, and the lid body is accommodated in the opening portion simply by pressing the lid body toward the opening portion. And the lid can be attached to the opening more reliably and easily.

According to the present invention, even when it is necessary to finish the wall surface on the inner side of the closed space to a predetermined performance, it is not necessary to reflect the escape space of the worker who performs the finishing work in the plan of the building.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a building to which a wall construction method according to the present invention is applied will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the building 1 is a building having two or more floors, and includes an entrance, a living room partitioned by an inner wall (wall body, wall member) 12, a watering facility, a staircase facility 15, and the like. Yes. Here, for convenience, the arrangement of the walls around the staircase facility 15 will be described with the upward direction in FIG. The staircase facility 15 is installed in the building 1 so that the ascending direction is from the south side to the north side. The west side of the staircase facility 15 is in contact with the outer wall (wall body) 11 of the building 1. Around the staircase facility 15, the inner wall 12 includes a first inner wall 12a and a second inner wall 12b. The first inner wall 12 a is disposed on the north side of the staircase facility 15. The second inner wall 12 b is disposed on the east side of the staircase facility 15. That is, the staircase facility 15 is surrounded by the outer wall 11, the first inner wall 12 a, and the second inner wall 12 b except for a south region that serves as an entrance to the staircase facility 15 from the first floor.

A closed space 20 is provided below the staircase facility 15 (under the staircase). The closed space 20 is surrounded by the outer wall 11, the first inner wall 12 a, the second inner wall 12 b, and the staircase facility 15. In the present embodiment, the second inner wall 12b disposed on the east side of the staircase facility 15 has a predetermined finish on the surface on the closed space 20 side and the outer surface of the closed space 20, and has a predetermined performance. It has become. The first inner wall 12a disposed on the north side of the staircase facility 15 has the same configuration as the second inner wall 12b.

Next, the construction process around the staircase facility 15 on the first floor will be described. First, the worker erects columns and lays beams so as to straddle the columns. And an operator installs the staircase equipment 15 which connects the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. Moreover, an operator forms the floor of each floor by laying a floor slab. These operations can be performed in order from the lower floor.

Next, the worker installs the outer wall 11 of the building 1. Thereafter, the worker installs a base material for the inner wall 12 in order to form the inner wall 12 on the first floor. As shown in FIG. 2, the base material spans between the lower runner 121 laid on the first floor slab, the upper runner attached to the lower surface of the second floor slab, and the upper and lower runners 121. And a plurality of columnar studs 122 provided. A plurality of studs 122 are erected at a position where the inner wall 12 is formed, so that a fence-like base frame for installing a wall surface body constituting the inner wall 12 is formed.

Hereinafter, the finishing process in the closed space 20 formed on the lower side of the staircase facility 15 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), an operator stands upright at a position that becomes the first inner wall 12a and a position that becomes the second inner wall 12b in the space that becomes the closed space 20 when the construction is completed. The plate-like inner wall surface body 123 is attached to the stud 122 (inner crafting step). 2A is a view of the lower side of the staircase 15 as viewed from the outside of the building 1, but the outer wall 11 and the first inner wall 12a are omitted to illustrate the closed space 20, and the staircase 15 The tread board is also omitted. The same applies to FIGS. 3A and 4A.

The inner wall surface 123 is composed of, for example, two gypsum boards. By installing the inner wall surface 123, the closed space 20 surrounded by the outer wall 11, the inner wall surface 123, and the staircase equipment 15 is formed.

Next, an operator forms the opening part 123a which a person can enter / exit in the inner wall surface body 123 by cutting etc. FIG. At least one opening 123a is formed in the inner wall surface 123. The opening 123a is provided at a position between the adjacent studs 122. In the present embodiment, the case where the opening 123a is provided in the second inner wall 12b will be described as an example, but the opening 123a may be provided in the first inner wall 12a. Further, the opening 123 a is provided after the inner wall surface 123 is attached to the stud 122, but the inner wall surface 123 provided with the opening 123 a in advance may be attached to the stud 122.

Moreover, as shown in FIG.2 (b), the peripheral part of the opening part 123a provided in the inner side wall body 123 is formed in an expanded shape toward the outer side from the inner side of the closed space 20. As shown in FIG. In this embodiment, the peripheral part of the opening part 123a is expanded stepwise by shifting the positions of the end parts of the two plaster boards constituting the inner wall surface body 123. However, the shape of the peripheral edge of the opening 123a is not limited to a step shape, and can be formed in an appropriate shape such as a tapered shape.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the worker attaches the lower runner 131 on the floor slab below the opening 123a. The lower runner 131 is in contact with the surface of the inner wall surface 123 that becomes the closed space 20. Further, the worker attaches the upper runner 132 to the upper surface of the opening 123a, which is the surface of the inner wall surface 123 that becomes the closed space 20. The lower runner 131 and the upper runner 132 have a U-shaped cross section. The lower runner 131 is attached to the floor slab so that the open side having a U-shaped cross section faces upward, and the upper runner 132 is attached to the inner wall surface 123 so that the open side having a U-shaped cross section faces downward.

Next, the worker attaches a stud (base material) 133 and a stud (base material) 134 across the lower runner 131 and the upper runner 132 as shown in FIGS. The studs 133 and 134 are attached so that at least a part or the whole overlaps the opening 123a. That is, when the opening 123a is viewed from the outside of the closed space 20, the studs 133 and 134 are attached so as to be exposed.

After attaching the studs 133 and 134 to the peripheral edge of the opening 123a, the worker moves out of the space that becomes the closed space 20 through the opening 123a. Then, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the operator causes the lid 135 covering the opening 123 a to come into contact with the studs 133 and 134 from the outside of the space that becomes the closed space 20. . Then, the operator screws the lid body 135 to the studs 133 and 134 to finish the lid body 135 and the inner wall surface body 123 at least on the surface side. However, when the opening 123a is covered with the lid body 135, for example, the surface on the closed space 20 side of the lid body 135 protrudes toward the closed space 20 side with respect to the surface on the closed space 20 side of the inner wall surface body 123. It is good also as a state. On the contrary, the outer side surface of the closed space 20 in the lid body 135 may protrude from the outer side surface of the closed space 20 in the inner wall surface 123 to the outer side of the closed space 20.

As shown in FIG. 4B, the lid body 135 has an engaging portion 135 a formed at the peripheral edge portion so as to be engageable with the opening portion 123 a of the inner wall surface body 123. In the present embodiment, the lid body 135 is composed of the same two gypsum boards as the inner wall surface body 123 and has the same thickness. Moreover, the engaging part 135a is formed in the shape engaged with the opening part 123a of the inner wall surface body 123 by shifting the position of the edge part of two gypsum boards.

Further, in this embodiment, the lid body 135 is screwed to the studs 133 and 134. However, after the lid body 135 is brought into contact with the studs 133 and 134, the lid body is opened from the outer side of the closed space 20. 135 may be fixed to the inner wall surface 123 with an adhesive tape. Further, after the lid body 135 is screwed to the studs 133 and 134, an adhesive tape may be attached so as to cover the joint between the lid body 135 and the inner wall surface body 123.

After covering the opening 123a with the lid body 135, the operator installs a plate-like outer wall surface body so as to sandwich the stud 122 with the inner wall surface body 123 from the outside of the closed space 20 (outside construction process). . The outer wall surface body is fastened to the stud 122. The same outer wall surface body as the inner wall surface body 123 can be used. Through the above steps, the closed space 20 is formed on the lower side of the staircase facility 15.

The present embodiment is configured as described above, and after the operator constructs the inner wall surface body 123 in the space that becomes the closed space 20 on the lower side of the staircase facility 15, the worker starts from the space that becomes the closed space 20 through the opening 123 a. Since the opening 123a can be closed from the outside of the space that becomes the closed space 20, there is no need to separately provide a space for the operator to escape in the building 1. Moreover, since the opening part 123a provided in the inner wall surface body 123 is finally closed by the lid body 135, the performance as the inner wall surface body 123 can be ensured.

As described above, in the wall construction method according to the present embodiment, even if it is necessary to finish the wall surface on the inner side of the closed space 20 to have a predetermined performance, the space for the worker performing the finishing work is defined as a plan of the building 1. There is no need to reflect it.

Further, by providing the studs 133 and 134 so as to overlap the opening 123 a and attaching the lid body 135 to the studs 133 and 134, the lid body 135 can be securely fixed to the inner wall surface body 123.

The lid body 135 is made of the same material as the inner wall surface body 123 and has the same thickness. In this case, by closing the opening 123a with the lid 135, the performance as the wall of the inner wall surface 123 can be made the same including the position where the opening 123a is formed.

Further, the peripheral edge of the opening 123 a of the inner wall surface 123 is formed in an expanding shape from the inner side to the outer side of the closed space 20, and is engaged with the opening 123 a of the inner wall surface 123 on the peripheral edge of the lid 135. The engaging portion 135a having a shape is formed. As a result, when the lid body 135 is attached, the engaging portion 135a of the lid body 135 is caught by the peripheral edge portion of the opening portion 123a of the inner wall surface body 123, and the lid body is simply pressed against the opening portion 123a. 135 can be accommodated in the opening 123a, and the lid 135 can be attached to the opening 123a more reliably and easily.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the closed space 20 is surrounded by the outer wall 11, the inner wall 12, and the staircase equipment 15, but when forming the closed space surrounded by the outer wall 11 and the inner wall 12, or the inner wall 12 When the closed space surrounded by the four sides is formed, the above-described wall body construction method may be used.

Moreover, the stud 122 that fastens the inner wall surface body 123 may be different from the stud that fastens the outer wall surface body. In this case, first, the stud 122 is erected and the inner wall surface 123 is fastened to the stud 122. Thereafter, a stud for the outer wall surface body for fastening the outer wall surface body is erected apart from the stud 122, and the outer wall surface body can be fastened to the standing stud for the outer wall surface body.

The building 1 described in the embodiment can be used for appropriate applications such as a house, a store, and an office.
