Claims (6)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成された電極と、
前記基板上に形成され段状の形状を有する補助電極と、
前記電極及び前記補助電極上に積層され、前記段状の形状の段差の厚さよりも薄い有機層と、
前記有機層及び前記補助電極上に積層された共通電極と
を有する表示装置。 - 前記有機層の厚さ及び前記共通電極の厚さの合計が、前記段状の形状の段差の厚さより厚い請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記補助電極の上の前記共通電極上の部分に積層された導電層を有する請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記有機層の厚さ及び前記共通電極の厚さの合計が前記段状の形状の段差の厚さより薄い請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 基板上に、電極と補助電極とを、形成し、
前記補助電極に段状の形状を形成し、
前記電極及び前記補助電極上に、前記段状の形状の段差の厚さよりも薄い有機層を積層し、
前記有機層及び前記補助電極上に共通電極を積層する
ことを含む、表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記補助電極の上の前記共通電極上の部分に導電層を積層することを含む請求項5に記載の、表示装置の製造方法。
