Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a joining structure for dissimilar metal members in a vehicle such as an automobile.
Conventionally, in the side door and back door of a vehicle, while the inner panel is made of a steel plate, the outer panel is made of an aluminum alloy plate, thereby making it possible to reduce the weight while ensuring the rigidity of the door. Yes. In this case, there is a problem of deformation due to dissimilar metal bonding as a matter to be examined. In other words, since the thermal expansion coefficient differs between the steel sheet and the aluminum alloy sheet, if the vehicle body is heated during the paint baking process during production or parking under hot weather, thermal distortion such as bending at the joint due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient. May occur. Therefore, recently, a technique disclosed in
However, since the thermal expansion of the aluminum roof panel also occurs in the vehicle front-rear direction, it is difficult for the technique disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and in a dissimilar metal member joined to each other at a plurality of positions in a specific direction, thermal strain in the specific direction is generated while ensuring its rigidity. It aims at providing the technology which suppresses.
As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the dissimilar metal member joining structure of the present invention comprises a first member made of a metal plate and a metal plate having a higher thermal expansion coefficient than the metal plate, A first bulging portion that bulges in a direction away from the second member and extends in the first direction, and a top portion of the first bulging portion. A second bulging portion bulging in a direction away from the second member and extending in the first direction, and a first flange connected to both ends of the first bulging portion in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; And a second flange portion, wherein the second member has a plurality of bead portions formed at a plurality of positions in the first direction and extending in the second direction, and the first member and the second flange portion. Two members are adjacent to each other among the second members. By at least a first flange portion of the flange portions of the the portion between the de section first member is a point bonded, but are joined to each other.
According to this structure, since the first bulging portion and the second bulging portion are formed in the first member, the bending rigidity at the joint portion between the first member and the second member is improved. And each bead part formed between the junction parts absorbs the thermal expansion of the 2nd member in the 1st direction, and the 1st member by the difference of the thermal expansion coefficient of the 1st member and the 2nd member and Generation | occurrence | production of the distortion of the junction part with a 2nd member, especially the distortion of the alignment direction (1st direction) of the point junction part in a 2nd member is suppressed.
More specifically, the second member bulges in a direction away from the first member at a position facing the first bulge portion, and extends in the first direction, and the second bulge portion. A third flange portion connected to one end of the third bulging portion in the direction and overlapping the second flange portion of the first member, and an end on the other side of the third bulging portion in the second direction An extended portion connected to the first portion and extending in the second direction and overlapping the first flange portion of the first member, wherein the bead portion is formed only in the extended portion, and the first member and The second member includes a portion between the adjacent bead portions and the second flange portion of the extended portion, and the second flange portion and the third flange portion are connected to each other. What are joined together by point joining at multiple positions in one direction A.
According to this joint structure, since the third bulge portion is formed on the second member, the joint portion between the first member and the second member has a hollow cross section, and thus the bending rigidity of the joint portion is effective. Enhanced. In addition, since the bulging portion of the second member absorbs the thermal expansion in the second direction, the occurrence of distortion at the joint portion between the first member and the second member is also suppressed in the second direction.
In the above-described joining structure, the second member has a pair of bead portions that are close to the first direction and extend in parallel with each other in the second direction as a pair of bead portions, and have a predetermined interval in the first direction. A plurality of bead portion pairs arranged at intervals, and joined to the first flange portion of the first member at a position between adjacent bead portion pairs.
According to this structure, the portion of the bead portion pair is easily deformed locally, and the thermal expansion of the second member in the first direction can be more effectively absorbed.
In the above-described joining structure, the first member extends in the first direction adjacent to the second bulge portion at the top of the first bulge portion and is opposite to the second bulge portion. You may provide the groove part dented in the side.
According to this joint structure, it is possible to further increase the bending rigidity of the joint portion between the first member and the second member.
As a more specific configuration, the first member and the second member constitute a rear package tray disposed behind the rear seat of the vehicle by being joined to each other, and the vehicle width direction is As the first direction, point joining is performed at the plurality of positions.
According to this joining structure, distortion in the rear package tray is effectively suppressed due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the first member and the second member in the vehicle manufacturing process, for example, the paint baking process. It becomes possible. In this case, it is preferable that the first member is superimposed on the upper side of the second member.
Various specific materials are conceivable. For example, the first member is made of a steel plate and the second member is made of an aluminum alloy plate. That is, since the aluminum alloy plate has a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than that of the steel plate, according to the above-described joining structure, it is possible to suppress the distortion of the joining portion between the first member and the second member.
As described above, according to the joining structure of dissimilar metal members of the present invention, the first member and the second member are formed by forming the first bulging portion and the second bulging portion on the first member. The bending rigidity at the joint portion is improved. And each bead part formed between the point joining parts absorbs the thermal expansion of the 1st direction of the 2nd member, and the 1st member by the difference of the thermal expansion coefficient of the 1st member and the 2nd member The distortion of the joint portion between the first member and the second member, in particular, the generation of the strain in the arrangement direction (first direction) of the point joint portions in the second member is effectively suppressed.
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a rear package tray of a vehicle to which the present invention is applied. As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The side /
The
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a joint portion P (first embodiment) between the
As shown in the figure, the
On the other hand, the
As shown in the drawing, the
In this example, the flange portion 18 of the
According to such a joining structure between the
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing another embodiment (second embodiment) of a joint structure (joint portion P) between the
The joint structure of the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the following points. That is, in the second embodiment, as shown in the figure, narrow-
A plurality of
Even in the joint structure of the second embodiment, the basic structure is the same as the joint structure of the first embodiment, so that the same effects as those of the first embodiment are achieved as shown in the results of thermal strain analysis described later. . That is, while increasing the bending rigidity of the joint portion P between the side /
7 and 8 show a modified example (third embodiment) of the joint structure (joint portion P) of the second embodiment. That is, in the joint structure of the second embodiment, as described above, the
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a fourth embodiment of a joint structure (joint portion P) between the
The bulging
Even in such a joint structure of the fourth embodiment, the same effects as those of the first to third embodiments are exhibited as shown in the results of thermal strain analysis described later. However, according to the joint structure of the fourth embodiment, since the
FIG. 11 shows the result of thermal strain analysis at the joint P between the side / rear panel 10 (rear part 14) and the center panel 20 (rear end part 24) described above. That is, in FIG. 11, the
As shown in this result, according to the joining structure of
The above-described joining structure of the side / rear panel 10 (rear part 14) and the center panel 20 (rear end part 24) is an example of a preferred embodiment of the joining structure of dissimilar metal members according to the present invention. The specific structure can be changed as appropriate without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in each of the above-described embodiments, the
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the example in which the joining structure of dissimilar metal members of the present invention is applied to the
Further, in each of the first to fifth embodiments, the side /
