A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a pouch container 1 of the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the pouch container 1 includes a container body 10 that is flexible and filled with contents such as beverages and fluid foods, and a cap 20 attached to the container body 10. ing.

The container body 10 has a known configuration formed of a film-like material, and the contents are filled in a sealed state in the internal space. The film-like material may have a metal layer such as an aluminum layer in order to improve the light shielding property, the storage stability of the contents, etc. In that case, the pouch container is a so-called aluminum pouch container. FIG. 1 shows an example of a container body that can be self-supported by the bottom being separated from the front side and the rear side by the filled contents, but this is not essential, and one material is used. It is good also as a structure which does not become independent of a container main body by bend | folding or joining the peripheral part of two materials of a front side and a rear side by heat sealing | fusion etc. FIG.

FIG. 2 is a front view showing the plug 20 in a partial cross section, and FIG. 3 is a right side view showing the plug 20 in a partial cross section. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the plug 20. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the spigot 20 is formed of a material such as a resin, and includes a base portion 21 joined to the container body 10, a spout portion 22 extending from the base portion 21, and a spout portion 22. And a lid portion 23 that seals the spout portion 22. The lumen through which the contents pass is provided so as to communicate with at least the base 21 and the spout 22.

The spout part 22 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and has a flange 31 protruding outward in the radial direction on the lower end (first end) side close to the base part 21. The upper end (second end) side close to the lid portion 23 becomes thinner as the end portion is approached, and the basic shape gradually decreases in outer diameter. "Inner diameter") is the same over the axial direction.

The lid portion 23 includes a main body portion 41 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and a flange (second flange) 42 protruding outward in the radial direction of the main body portion 41. The basic outer diameter of the main body portion 41 is set slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the spout portion 22. In addition, a part of the intermediate portion in the axial direction of the main body portion 41 is a large-diameter portion 43 formed thick in the circumferential direction. The outer diameter of the large-diameter portion 43 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the spout portion 22. Set to dimensions.

The main body part 41 of the lid part 23 and the upper end part of the spout part 22 are connected so as to ensure watertightness in the circumferential direction at the thin part 44, and the thin part 44 provides a sealing property before opening the cap 20. Is retained. In the present embodiment, the thin portion 44 is formed by integrally molding the spout portion 22 and the lid portion 23.

A rib 45 for adjusting the rigidity is formed in a part of the thin portion 44, and only the portion where the rib 45 is formed is thicker than other portions. The rib 45 can be provided at any even number of 2 or more so as to be symmetric with respect to the axis X of the lumen. In this embodiment, four ribs 45 are provided every 90 degrees about the axis X. Yes. The rib 45 is formed when the spout part 22 and the lid part 23 are integrally molded.

The flange 31 of the spout 22 and the flange 42 of the lid 23 are connected by a linear connecting member 46. The length of the connecting member 46 is set longer than the distance between the flange 31 and the flange 42 by, for example, being formed to meander as shown in FIG. The connection member 46 may be in the form of a string or a band, and is preferably formed together with the spout portion 22 and the lid portion 23 in an integrated manner, which is preferable.

The pouch container 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above is completed when the container body 10 is filled with the contents, the stopper 20 is attached, and the container body 10 is sealed. Either the filling of the contents or the attachment of the stopper 20 may be performed first. When the stopper 20 is attached first, after filling the contents from the bottom side of the container body 10, the bottom part is joined and sealed. Good.

Operation during use of the pouch container 1 will be described.
When opening the pouch container 1, the user applies a force to the lid portion 23 while holding the base portion 21 or the spout portion 22 of the spout 20. For example, a force is applied to the spout portion 22 such that the lid portion 23 is rotated about the axis X of the lumen or tilted with respect to the axis X. Then, the thin portion 44 is broken by the force, the lid portion 23 is separated from the spout portion 22, and the contents in the container body 20 can be taken out from the spout portion 22.

When it is desired to temporarily seal the pouch container 1 after opening, the main body portion 41 of the lid portion 23 is inserted into the lumen of the spout portion 22 from the lower end side. Then, the lid portion 23 is locked to the spout portion 22 by the frictional force generated between the inner surface of the lumen and the outer surface of the large diameter portion 43, and the spout portion 22 is resealed and the sealed state is maintained. The
Since the connection member 46 that connects the lid portion 23 and the spout portion 22 is longer than the distance between the flange 31 and the flange 42, the above-described opening operation and resealing operation are not hindered, and the operation is preferably performed. Can do.

As described above, according to the pouch container 1 of the present embodiment, since the lid portion 23 is connected to the spout portion 22 by the connecting member 46 in the spout 20, the lid portion 23 remains after the opening. The state of being connected to the spout portion 22 without being completely separated from the port 22 is maintained. Therefore, the number of garbage at the time of disposal does not increase, and disposal after use can be easily performed. Moreover, the loss of the cover part 23 can be prevented, and the situation where it cannot be resealed can be suitably prevented.

Moreover, since the spout part 22 and the cover part 23 are connected to the thin-walled part 44 while maintaining watertightness in the state before opening, the sealed state can be maintained more securely than the screw-type plug. .
Furthermore, since the rib 45 is formed in the thin part 44, the rigidity of the thin part 44 can be adjusted freely by adjusting the number and dimension of the rib 45 suitably. Such adjustment is useful for improving usability by adjusting the amount of force required for the opening operation, or for preventing the thin portion 44 from being damaged when the pouch container 1 drops from the spigot 20 side. It is.

In the present embodiment, the shape of the rib 45 is not limited to that illustrated, and can be changed as appropriate in view of the set strength of the thin portion 44 and the like. For example, as in the modification shown in FIG. 5, the rib 45 </ b> A may be formed so as to be continuous with the large diameter portion 43. If it does in this way, while being able to increase the intensity | strength of a rib, a rib can be utilized for adjustment of the frictional force which latches the cover part 23 on the spout part 22 at the time of resealing.
Of course, it is also possible to provide a combination of a rib that is continuous with the large-diameter portion and a rib that is not continuous.

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The difference between the pouch container of this embodiment and the pouch container 1 of the first embodiment is that the plug further includes a second rib in addition to the above-described rib. In the following description, components that are the same as those already described are assigned the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

FIG. 6 is a front view showing the plug 60 in the pouch container of the present invention in a partial cross section. The spigot 60 includes the spout portion 22 and the lid portion 23, similar to the spigot 20, but two plate-like second ribs 61 are formed from the flange 42 of the lid portion 23 toward the lower end. It extends. Of the side surfaces extending in the longitudinal direction in each second rib 61, the two major surfaces 61 </ b> A and 61 </ b> B (surfaces on the back side of 61 </ b> A) are arranged in a virtual plane intersecting the outer peripheral surface of the spout portion 22. Yes.

Each second rib 61 is connected to the outer surface of the spout part 22 via the connection part 62. The connecting part 62 is formed so that the user can break it by applying a force having a magnitude equal to or greater than a predetermined value, and it is preferable that the connecting part 62 is formed at the time of molding the plug 60. There is no restriction | limiting in particular in the specific structure of the connection part 62, For example, well-known various easily breakable structures, such as a half cut, may be employ | adopted.

When opening the pouch container of the present embodiment, force is applied to the lid portion 23 to destroy the connecting portion 62 and the thin portion 44. Other points are the same as in the first embodiment.

Also in the pouch container of this embodiment, like the pouch container 1 of the first embodiment, disposal after use can be easily performed, and loss of the lid portion 23 can be prevented.
Moreover, since the cover part 23 and the spout part 22 are connected via the 2nd rib 61, when a pouch container falls from the stopper 60 side, it is not a thin part 44 but a certain probability. The two ribs 61 come into contact with the floor surface. At this time, the impact received by the second rib 61 is transmitted from the second rib 61 to the outer peripheral surface of the spout portion 22 and does not directly act on the thin portion 44, so that the thin portion can be more reliably prevented from being damaged by dropping. Can do.

Furthermore, since the main surfaces 61A and 61B of the second rib 61 are arranged so as to intersect the outer peripheral surface of the spout portion 22, the user can apply a force to the main surface 61A or 61B, thereby 62 can be easily broken and the opening operation can be easily performed.

In the present embodiment, as in the modification shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the second rib main surfaces 61 </ b> A and 61 </ b> B are arranged so as not to be located in a virtual plane intersecting the outer peripheral surface of the spout portion 22. May be. In this case, when the pouch container drops from the side of the spigot 60, the probability that the second rib 61 contacts the floor surface or the like can be increased, and the thin wall portion can be suitably protected.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described above. However, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications may be made to each component without departing from the spirit of the present invention. It is possible to delete or combine the configurations of the embodiments.

For example, in the mouthpiece of the pouch container of the present invention, the lid portion may be a bottomed cylindrical shape having a lumen, or may be configured in a solid substantially columnar shape. However, in the former case, materials such as a resin necessary for forming the plug can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
