It is exposed to the outside only when the disinfectant is jetted. That is, the nozzle is exposed only when necessary.

That is, although omitted in FIGS. 3 and 4, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, the disinfecting liquid ejecting means 41 includes the first nozzle group 60 (first ejection nozzle group). A movable plate-like first opening / closing body 71 that opens and closes the opening hole 73 facing the lateral nozzle 57, each second downward nozzle 66 constituting the second nozzle group 70 (second injection nozzle group), and each It has a movable plate-like second opening / closing body 72 that opens and closes the second laterally facing nozzle 67 and the opening hole 73 facing each other. The disinfectant spray means 41 includes a first driving body 74 such as a motor that moves the first opening / closing body 71 relative to the opening hole 73 and a motor that moves the second opening / closing body 72 relative to the opening hole 73. And a second driving body 75 such as the above.

The driving bodies 74 and 75 may be individually moved (opening / closing operation) through the opening / closing bodies 71 and 72 provided corresponding to the respective opening holes 73, and a plurality of opening / closing bodies 71 and 72 may be used. May be connected by connecting means and moved together (opening / closing operation). The opening hole 73 opens larger than the injection port 76 of the nozzles 57, 66, and 67, and faces the injection port 76 in the vicinity thereof.

In addition, predetermined portions of the nozzle mounting tubes 53 and 63 are covered with a cylindrical tube cover body 77. An opening hole portion 73 is formed in a portion of the plate portion 78 of the tube cover body 77 facing the injection ports 76 of the nozzles 57, 66, and 67. The space between the tube cover body 77 and the nozzle mounting tubes 53 and 63 may be filled with, for example, a heat insulating material.

Based on the control of the drive bodies 74 and 75 by the control means 42, the opening hole 73 is opened and closed by the opening and closing bodies 71 and 72 that slide and move with respect to the plate portion 78 of the tube cover body 77. That is, the first opening / closing body 71 is opened when the first nozzle group 60 is jetted, and is closed when the first nozzle group 60 is not jetted, and the second opening / closing body 72 is jetted by the second nozzle group 70. Sometimes it is open, and when the second nozzle group 70 is not injecting, it is closed.

The vehicle disinfection device 1 is disposed near one end in the longitudinal direction of the floor 2 (the vehicle entrance side at the time of entry) and detects the presence or absence of the vehicle S. The first detection means 81 and the second detection means 82 of the optical system. A third detecting means 83 and a fourth detecting means 84 of an optical system that are arranged near the other end in the longitudinal direction of the floor portion 2 (the vehicle exit side at the time of entry) and detects the presence or absence of the vehicle S; For example, lighting means 85 that lights red when disinfecting is provided.

As shown in FIG. 1, each of the detection means 81, 82, 83, 84 is disposed near one end side in the short side direction of the floor 2 and emits detection light 81 a, 82 a, 83 a, 84 a, Light receiving portions 81b, 82b, 83b, and 84b are provided near the other end in the short side direction of the floor portion 2 and receive detection light from the light emitting portion.

The second to fourth detection means 82, 83, 84 are composed of a pair of light emitting / light receiving parts disposed at the same height, but the first detection means 81 has different heights. It is composed of a plurality of pairs arranged at positions, that is, for example, two pairs of light emitting units and light receiving units. That is, as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 4B, the first detection means 81 includes a lower light emitting part 81a and a light receiving part 81b, and a light emitting part 81a and a light receiving part 81b on the upper side. It is configured.

The upper light-emitting portion 81a and light-receiving portion 81b are disposed at a height position where the detection light is not blocked by a small vehicle (including ordinary automobiles and light automobiles) S having a relatively low vehicle height. That is, the upper light emitting unit 81a and light receiving unit 81b are arranged at a height position where the detection light is blocked by only a large vehicle (including a truck) S having a relatively high vehicle height. In addition, it is preferable that the height positions of the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit of the first detection unit 81 are adjustable. In addition, the light emitting / receiving portions of the second to fourth detecting means 82, 83, 84 are disposed at the same height as the light emitting / receiving portions below the first detecting means 81, for example.

And the control means 42 is the large vehicle S in the discrimination | determination part 86 which discriminate | determines whether the vehicle S is the large vehicle S or the small vehicle S based on the detection of the 1st detection means 81, and the discrimination | determination part 86. If it is determined that the first valve 52 and the second valve 62 are both opened, the disinfecting liquid is injected from both the first nozzle group 60 and the second nozzle group 70, and a small vehicle is detected by the determination unit 86. When it is determined as S, the controller 87 is configured to open only the first valve 52 and inject the disinfectant liquid from only the first nozzle group 60.

As shown in FIG. 9, the control means 42 includes a pump 48, a first valve 52, a second valve 62, a first drive body 74, a second drive body 75, a first detection means 81, and a second detection means. 82, the third detecting means 83, the fourth detecting means 84, the lighting means 85, the driving member 28 of the first opening / closing means 24 and the driving member 31 of the second opening / closing means 25 are electrically connected.

Further, the vehicle disinfection apparatus 1 includes a purifying unit 91 that purifies the disinfecting liquid (disinfecting waste liquid) after disinfecting the vehicle S.

As shown in FIG. 1, the purification means 91 is connected to the end of the concave groove 4 of the floor portion 2 via a pipe 92 and temporarily stores the disinfecting liquid from the concave groove 4. A grease trap 95 connected to the grease trap 95 via a pipe 96, an aeration tank 97 connected to the grease trap 95 via a pipe 96, a septic tank 99 connected to the aeration tank 97 via a pipe 98, and A discharge pipe 100 is connected to the septic tank 99 and discharges the sterilized liquid after purification to, for example, a sewage main pipe. In the warehouse 17, a boiler 12, a header 13, a pump 48, a control means 42, a grease trap 95, and the like are disposed.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1, 13 to 15, the vehicle disinfection device 1 is disposed on the upstream side in the entrance direction with respect to the disinfecting liquid ejecting means 41 and is disinfected with the disinfecting liquid from the disinfecting liquid ejecting means 41. Heating fluid ejecting means 121 for ejecting warm water (for example, 40 degrees to 70 degrees), which is a high-pressure and high-temperature heating fluid, toward the preceding vehicle S, and the disinfecting liquid ejecting means 41 are disposed on the downstream side in the entrance direction. Air injection means 122 for injecting high-pressure air (for example, 5 to 10 degrees) toward the vehicle S after being sterilized by the disinfecting liquid from the disinfecting liquid injection means 41.

The disinfecting liquid ejecting means 41, the heating fluid ejecting means 121, and the air ejecting means 122 are all disposed in the apparatus main body 16, but the heating fluid ejecting means 121 is the first opening / closing means in the apparatus main body 16. The air injection means 122 is disposed at a position near the second opening / closing means 25 in the apparatus main body 16.

The heating fluid ejecting means 121 injects warm water toward the entire surface of the vehicle body of the vehicle S before disinfection, so that the surface temperature of the vehicle body surface of the vehicle S before the disinfection with the disinfectant liquid becomes a predetermined temperature (for example, about 10 In addition to heating up to the above, the adhering matter adhering to the surface of the vehicle S is removed. The deposits are, for example, bacteria, garbage, mud, compost, snow, and the like.

The heating fluid ejecting means 121 has a first fountain pipe 123, which is a first tubular body having a rectangular ring shape in front view shown in FIG. 13, and a U-shape that opens downward in front view shown in FIG. It has the 2nd fountain pipe 124 which is a 2nd pipe body. The vehicle S can pass inside these fountain tubes 123 and 124. And each of these fountain pipes 123 and 124 is supplied with warm water from the boiler 12 side of the heating means 3, for example. In addition, you may make it supply warm water from another heat source different from the boiler 12 of the heating means 3. FIG.

The first fountain pipe 123 has a lower horizontal pipe portion 125 positioned below the vehicle running surface 2a, and a pair of left and right vertical pipe portions 126 that are spaced apart from each other are connected to the left and right ends of the lower horizontal pipe portion 125. The upper ends of these vertical pipe portions 126 are connected to each other by an upper horizontal pipe portion 127. The lower horizontal pipe part 125 and the two vertical pipe parts 126 are formed with a plurality of injection ports (not shown) for injecting a large amount of hot water in the form of mist or jet toward the vehicle body surface of the vehicle S before disinfection. ing.

The second fountain pipe 124 has a pair of left and right vertical pipe portions 128 that are spaced apart from each other, and the upper end portions of both vertical pipe portions 128 are connected by an upper horizontal pipe portion 129. The vertical pipes 128 and the upper horizontal pipe part 129 are formed with a plurality of injection ports (not shown) for injecting hot water in the form of mist or jet toward the vehicle body surface of the vehicle S before disinfection. .

And when the discrimination | determination result of the discrimination | determination part 86 of the control means 42 is the large vehicle S, it is on the vehicle body surface of the large vehicle S before disinfection from the injection port of both the 1st fountain pipe 123 and the 2nd fountain pipe 124. Hot water is jetted towards. When the determination result of the determination unit 86 of the control means 42 is the small vehicle S, hot water is injected from the injection port of only the first fountain pipe 123 toward the vehicle body surface of the small vehicle S before disinfection. .

The air ejecting means 122 ejects air toward the entire surface of the vehicle body of the vehicle S after disinfection, thereby removing droplets of the disinfecting liquid adhering to the vehicle body surface of the vehicle S after disinfection with the disinfecting liquid. .

The air ejecting means 122 has an air pipe 131 that is a U-shaped tubular body that opens downward in a front view shown in FIG. The vehicle S can pass inside the air pipe 131. Air is supplied to the air pipe 131 from an air pump side (not shown).

The air pipe 131 has a pair of left and right vertical pipe sections 132 that are spaced apart from each other, and the upper ends of both the vertical pipe sections 132 are connected by an upper horizontal pipe section 133. A plurality of injection ports (not shown) for injecting air toward the vehicle body surface of the sterilized vehicle S are formed in both the vertical pipe parts 132 and the upper horizontal pipe part 133.

Regardless of whether the discrimination result of the discrimination unit 86 of the control means 42 is the large vehicle S or the small vehicle S, air flows from the injection port of the air pipe 131 toward the vehicle body surface of the vehicle S after disinfection. Be injected. The control means 42 controls the heating fluid ejecting means 121 and the air ejecting means 122 in addition to the disinfecting liquid ejecting means 41.

Next, the operation of the vehicle disinfection device 1 will be described.

First, the case where the vehicle S enters a livestock facility such as a ranch will be described.

When the vehicle S travels in the entrance direction and enters one end in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle travel surface 2a of the floor 2 and the first detection means 81 and the second detection means 82 simultaneously detect the vehicle S, based on this detection, The control means 42 determines that the vehicle S has entered and determines whether the vehicle S is the large vehicle S or the small vehicle S by the determination unit 86.

When the control means 42 determines that the vehicle S has entered, the control means 42 starts to raise the opening / closing member 26 of the first opening / closing means 24 and the opening / closing member 29 of the second opening / closing means 25, and turns the lighting means 85 red. Turn on. Then, the control means 42 operates the pump 48 when the opening and closing members 26 and 29 are raised to a predetermined fully open position.

When the control means 42 does not receive the vehicle presence detection signals from both the detection means 81 and 82 at the same time and determines that a person other than the vehicle S has entered, for example, the opening / closing means 24 and 25 and the lighting means Do not operate 85. That is, it does not malfunction due to an approaching object other than the vehicle S.

When the determination result of the determination unit 86 of the control means 42 is a large vehicle S, first, disinfection from both the first fountain pipe 123 and the second fountain pipe 124 of the heating fluid injection means 121. Hot water is sprayed for a predetermined time toward the front surface of the large vehicle S. As a result, the body surface of the large vehicle S before disinfection cooled by the outside air is heated, and the deposits attached to the body surface of the large vehicle S are removed.

Further, both the first valve 52 and the second valve 62 are switched from the closed state to the open state, and as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the first nozzle 56 of the lower first nozzle group 60 is provided. , 57 is sprayed from the second nozzles 66, 67 of the upper second nozzle group 70 toward the large vehicle S. As a result, the large vehicle S immediately passes through the vehicle passage space 23 in the apparatus main body 16 and is heated by warm water and immediately after the deposits are removed, the entire outer surface of the vehicle (the vehicle body surface of the vehicle) is Disinfection treatment is performed with a desired amount of disinfectant from the nozzle groups 60 and 70.

The control means 42 opens the corresponding opening / closing portion 73 of the tube cover body 77 by opening the corresponding first opening / closing body 71 and second opening / closing body 72 before the nozzle groups 60, 70 spray the disinfectant. Keep open.

Next, air is injected from the injection port of the air pipe 131 of the air injection means 122 toward the vehicle body surface of the sterilized large vehicle S for a predetermined time. As a result, the disinfectant liquid droplets adhering to the surface of the large vehicle S immediately after disinfection are removed.

If the control means 42 determines that the large vehicle S has passed through the vehicle passage space 23 based on the detection of both the detection means 83 and 84, it stops the pump 48 and closes both valves 52 and 62 from the open state. Switch to the state, lower both open / close members 26 and 29 to a predetermined fully closed position, return the first open / close body 71 and the second open / close body 72 to the closed state, and close the opening hole 73 of the tube cover body 77. .

On the other hand, when the determination result of the determination unit 86 of the control means 42 is the small vehicle S, first, from the injection port of the first fountain pipe 123 of the heating fluid injection means 121, the small vehicle S before disinfection Hot water is sprayed toward the vehicle body surface for a predetermined time. As a result, the body surface of the small vehicle S before disinfection cooled by the outside air is heated, and the deposits attached to the body surface of the small vehicle S are removed.

Further, only the first valve 52 is switched from the closed state to the open state, and as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the disinfecting liquid is supplied from only the first nozzles 56 and 57 of the lower first nozzle group 60. Is injected. As a result, the small vehicle S passes through the vehicle passage space 23 in the apparatus main body 16 and is heated by warm water and immediately after the deposits are removed, the entire outer surface of the vehicle (the vehicle body surface of the vehicle) Disinfection treatment is performed with a desired amount of disinfectant solution from one nozzle group 60.

The control means 42 opens the corresponding opening / closing portion 73 of the tube cover body 77 by opening the corresponding first opening / closing body 71 before the first nozzle group 60 ejects the disinfectant.

Next, air is injected from the injection port of the air pipe 131 of the air injection means 122 toward the vehicle body surface of the sterilized small vehicle S for a predetermined time. As a result, the disinfectant liquid droplets attached to the surface of the small vehicle S immediately after disinfection are removed.

When the control means 42 determines that the small vehicle S has passed through the vehicle passage space 23 based on the detection of both the detection means 83 and 84, the control means 42 stops the pump 48 and closes the first valve 52 from the open state to the closed state. And the both opening and closing members 26 and 29 are lowered to a predetermined fully closed position. Further, the first opening / closing body 71 is returned to the closed state, and the opening hole 73 of the tube cover body 77 is closed.

The heated waste liquid after heating the vehicle S and the waste liquid after disinfection after disinfecting the vehicle S are supplied to the purification means 91 through the concave groove 4 and purified by the purification means 91. For example, it is discharged to a discharge section such as a sewage main. Further, for example, in winter, the heating means 3 operates to heat the floor 2 so that the temperature in the apparatus main body 16 (room temperature) is maintained at a predetermined temperature or higher.

Next, the case where the vehicle S leaves the livestock facility such as a ranch will be described. In this case, the disinfection process is basically not performed. However, even in the case of exit, disinfection processing may be performed as in the case of entrance.

When the vehicle S travels in the entry direction and enters the other end in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle travel surface 2a of the floor portion 2, and the third detection means 83 and the fourth detection means 84 detect the vehicle S simultaneously, based on this detection. The control means 42 determines that the vehicle S has entered, starts raising the opening / closing member 26 of the first opening / closing means 24 and the opening / closing member 29 of the second opening / closing means 25, and lights the lighting means 85 in red.

When the control means 42 does not receive the vehicle presence detection signals from both the detection means 83 and 84 at the same time and determines that a person other than the vehicle S, for example, has entered, the opening / closing means 24 and 25 and the lighting means Do not operate 85.

Thereafter, when the control means 42 determines that the vehicle S has passed through the vehicle passage space 23 based on the detection of both the detection means 81 and 82, the control means 42 lowers both the opening and closing members 26 and 29 to a predetermined fully closed position. Both openings 21 and 22 of the main body 16 are closed.

And according to such a vehicle disinfection apparatus 1, the fluid injection means 121 for heating which injects warm water toward the vehicle S, and the disinfection liquid injection which injects disinfection liquid toward the vehicle S heated by warm water For example, in the winter when the temperature is low, the disinfecting liquid can be prevented from coming into contact with the body surface of the vehicle S and freezing instantly, thereby preventing the disinfection effect (sterilizing effect) from being reduced by the disinfecting liquid. Can perform appropriate disinfection work.

Further, the heating fluid ejecting means 121 heats the vehicle S by ejecting warm water toward the vehicle S and removes deposits such as dust and snow adhering to the vehicle S, thereby reducing the disinfection effect. It can be effectively prevented and appropriate and efficient disinfection work can be performed.

Further, since the air injection means 122 for removing the liquid droplets of the disinfecting liquid adhering to the vehicle S by injecting air toward the vehicle S after disinfection is provided, the liquid droplets of the disinfecting liquid can be removed by air injection, and the disinfection The liquid can be effectively prevented from freezing on the surface of the vehicle body of the vehicle S, and more appropriate disinfection work can be performed.

Further, based on the control by the control means 42, in the case of the large vehicle S, hot water is injected from the injection ports of the first fountain pipe 123 and the second fountain pipe 124 and the first nozzle group 60 and the second nozzle group 70. In the case of the small vehicle S, the hot water is injected only from the injection port of the first fountain pipe 123 and the sterilizing solution is injected only from the first nozzle group 60. Appropriate disinfection work can be performed while preventing waste of liquid.

Further, the first opening / closing body 71 is opened when the first nozzle group 60 is jetted and closed when the first nozzle group 60 is not jetted, and the second opening / closing body 72 is opened when the second nozzle group 70 is jetted. Since the second nozzle group 70 is in a closed state when not injecting, for example, it is possible to prevent the disinfectant from freezing in the nozzle attachment pipes 53 and 63 or in the nozzle in winter, and more appropriate disinfection work can be performed.

Moreover, since the heating means 3 for heating the floor 2 on which the vehicle S travels is provided, freezing of the disinfectant solution in winter can be effectively prevented, and more appropriate disinfection work can be performed. That is, in the conventional vehicle disinfection device, the disinfecting solution may freeze and become unusable in winter in areas such as Hokkaido. However, in this vehicle disinfection device 1, the disinfecting solution nozzles in winter also in the region such as Hokkaido. There is no freezing in the mounting pipes 53, 63 and the nozzles 56, 57, 66, 67, so that the disinfecting liquid can be surely prevented from freezing and more appropriate disinfection work can be performed.

Further, since the purifying means 91 for purifying the disinfecting liquid after disinfecting the vehicle S is provided, the disinfecting liquid after disinfecting the vehicle S can be purified and detoxified by the purifying means 91. And natural destruction by disinfectant can be prevented.

In the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the heating fluid ejecting unit 121 ejects warm water toward the vehicle S before disinfection has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to warm water. For example, warm air (warm air) is used as the heating fluid. ) May be used.

Further, the injection pressure of the injection means 41, 121, 122 is not necessarily high, and may be low.

Furthermore, the nozzle attachment pipes 53 and 63 are not limited to the cylindrical pipes as shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, but may be quadrangular cylindrical pipes as shown in FIGS. In the case of this configuration, the nozzle mounting pipes 53 and 63 have a plurality of concave portions 101, and nozzles 57, 66, and 67 are attached to the bottom surface portion 102 of the concave portions 101, and the nozzles 57, 66, and 67 are concave portions. Located in 101. In addition, in the internal space 104 in the concave portion 101, a portion located on the same plane as the plate portion 103 that constitutes a part of the nozzle attachment pipes 53 and 63 is an opening hole portion 73.

16 to 18, the opening / closing body 71 slidably moved with respect to the plate portion 103 of the nozzle mounting pipes 53, 63 based on the control of the driving bodies 74, 75 by the control means 42. The opening hole 73 is opened and closed by 72.

Further, for example, all the nozzles 56, 57, 66, 67 may be exposed (opened) only when the disinfecting liquid is ejected. For example, the nozzles 56, 57, 66, 67 are not covered with the tube cover body 77. A configuration in which all or a part is always exposed may be used.

Further, the detection means 81, 82, 83, 84 are not limited to the opposed type comprising a light emitting part and a light receiving part that are spaced apart from each other. For example, a regression reflection type using a reflection plate or a reflection plate is used. Instead, a diffuse reflection type that detects a change in reflected light from the vehicle may be used.

Moreover, the heating means 3 for heating the floor 2 may use, for example, photovoltaic power generation.

Furthermore, the modification of the vehicle disinfection apparatus 1 is shown in FIG. 19 and FIG.

In this vehicle disinfection device 1, the first nozzle mounting tube 53 and the second nozzle mounting tube 63 are each formed in a loop shape (rectangular ring or the like) and heated by a disinfectant heating means (not shown) to set temperature. The disinfectant set to (for example, about 70 degrees) is circulated through the nozzle mounting tubes 53 and 63 at a low pressure. In addition, nozzles 56, 57, 66, and 67 are attached to the nozzle attachment portions of the nozzle attachment pipes 53 and 63 via the pressure valve 110. The pressure valve 110 automatically switches from the closed state to the open state when the pressure of the disinfecting liquid circulating through the nozzle mounting pipes 53 and 63 reaches a preset set pressure. The outer peripheral surfaces of the nozzle mounting tubes 53 and 63 are covered with a heat insulating material 111.

In such a vehicle disinfection device 1, a high temperature disinfectant that is a set temperature circulates in the nozzle mounting pipes 53 and 63 at a low pressure when no disinfectant is ejected. In this case, the control means 42 raises the pressure of the disinfecting liquid in both nozzle attachment pipes 53 and 63 to the set pressure when it is determined that the vehicle that is the disinfecting liquid injection target is a large vehicle. Disinfecting liquid is injected from both the group (first nozzles 56, 57) 60 and the second nozzle group (second nozzles 66, 67) 70, and the vehicle that is the disinfecting liquid injection target is determined to be a small vehicle. In this case, the disinfecting liquid is sprayed from only the first nozzle group (first nozzles 56 and 57) 60. For this reason, not only can the waste of the disinfectant be prevented, but also the disinfectant does not freeze in the nozzle mounting pipes 53, 63 and the nozzles 56, 57, 66, 67 even in the winter, and the disinfectant is injected. The reactivity is good, and furthermore, the disinfecting liquid can be reliably prevented from freezing on the surface of the vehicle S.

An open / close valve is provided in the middle of the loop-shaped nozzle attachment pipes 53 and 63, and the open / close valve is closed except in winter, and the open / close valve is opened only in winter to circulate high-temperature disinfectant. Good.

Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 21, a hot water pipe 11 of the heating means 3 is disposed in the vicinity of the nozzle mounting pipes 53 and 63 in order to prevent the disinfecting liquid from freezing in the nozzle or the like. The nozzle mounting pipes 53 and 63 may be covered with the heat insulating material 111. That is, for example, in winter, the heating means 3 that is a floor heating device uses warm water to heat the floor portion 2 and heats the disinfectant (nozzle attachment tubes 53 and 63) to a predetermined temperature (for example, about 70 degrees). It is good also as composition to do. Further, for example, in the configuration of FIG. 21, a heating wire heater may be provided instead of the hot water pipe 11 to heat the disinfecting liquid in the nozzle mounting pipe.
