Description

The present invention relates to a packaging container capable of easily transferring contents having fluidity such as powder, granule, and liquid to another container.

As a packaging container capable of easily refilling a powdery or granular content such as instant coffee into a storage container or a tank of a coffee machine, one described in Patent Document 1 is known. In FIG. 6, the longitudinal cross-sectional view of the packaging container 900 is shown. The packaging container 900 includes a cylindrical container main body 920, a funnel part 930 fixed to the inner wall of the container main body 920, and a seal lid 960. The container body 920 is filled with contents 950 such as powder, and the opening of the container body 920 is sealed with a seal lid 960. The seal lid 960 is provided with a radial cutting line from the center. The seal lid 960 is sealed in the opening of the container main body 920 in a state where the seal lid 960 is in contact with the end 931 of the funnel part.

When the contents 950 of the packaging container 900 are refilled, the funnel part 930 is broken by cutting the seal lid 960 along the cutting line by pushing the seal lid 960 into the opening of the container to be refilled. It is possible to easily refill the contents 950 via.

In the sealed packaging container, the internal pressure varies relative to the external pressure due to environmental changes such as temperature and altitude. FIG. 7 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the packaging container 900 when the internal pressure of the packaging container 900 is higher than a certain level with respect to the external pressure. In this case, the seal lid 960 bulges outward, the contact between the narrow end 931 of the funnel part 930 and the seal lid 960 is released, and a gap is generated. In this state, when the packaging container 900 is laid down, a phenomenon called powdering occurs in which the content 950 moves outside the funnel part 930 through the gap. There is a possibility that the moved contents 950 may spill out around the refill without entering the refill container. If the narrow end 931 of the funnel part 930 and the seal lid 960 are welded and the seal lid 960 is broken when the seal lid 960 is broken, the generation of the gap can be suppressed to some extent, but the internal pressure is reduced. If the pressure is further increased with respect to the external pressure, a gap is generated.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to suppress movement of contents to the outside of the spout, even if the internal pressure fluctuates with respect to the external pressure, in a packaging container having a funnel-shaped spout.

The present invention includes a container main body having a bottom and an opening, a funnel-shaped funnel part having an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the container main body at the wide-mouth side end, and the straight portion abutting against the inner wall of the container main body, The container body is attached to the inner wall on the bottom side from the position where the straight part of the container body abuts, and a stopper that restricts the movement of the funnel part toward the bottom, and the container body while abutting against the narrow end of the funnel part And a sealing lid that seals the container body, and is welded at a location where the sealing lid and the narrow end of the funnel part come into contact with each other.

Moreover, it is preferable that the adhesive strength in the location where the seal lid and the narrow end of the funnel part contact is weaker than the adhesive strength in the location where the seal lid and the opening of the container body are sealed.

Moreover, it is preferable that the length of a straight part is 5 mm or more.

According to the present invention, even when the internal pressure of the packaging container fluctuates with respect to the external pressure, the contact between the seal lid and the funnel part and the container body and the funnel part is maintained, and the movement of the contents to the outside of the funnel part is suppressed. be able to.

(Embodiment)
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the packaging container 100, and FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the packaging container 100 along the line AA ′ of FIG. The packaging container 100 includes a cylindrical container body 120 having a bottom and an opening, a funnel part 130, a stopper 170, and a seal lid 160. The container body 120 is filled with a content 150 such as powder, and the opening of the container body 120 is sealed with a seal lid 160.

The funnel part 130 is a funnel-shaped member having end portions on the wide-mouth side and the narrow-mouth side. The wide-mouth side of the funnel part 130 has the same outer diameter over a predetermined length, and constitutes the straight portion 132. The outer diameter of the straight portion 132 is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the cylindrical side wall of the container main body 120, and the straight portion 132 is fitted into the inner wall that is the inner side of the side wall of the container main body 120. When the internal pressure and the external pressure of the packaging container 100 are equal, the narrow end portion 131 of the funnel part 130 and the opening of the container body 120 are included in the same plane.

The straight portion 132 is in close contact with the inner wall of the container main body 120 but is not fixed, and can move between the stopper 170 (described later) and the opening of the container main body 120 along the inner wall of the container main body 120. ing.

The stopper 170 is a ring-shaped member whose outer diameter is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the side wall of the container main body 120, and is attached to the inner side of the side wall of the container main body 120, for example, by welding. The stopper 170 is fixed to the bottom side of the container body 120 with respect to the straight part 132 of the funnel part 130, and restricts the straight part 132 from moving toward the bottom side of the container body 120. The opening prevents the funnel part 130 from being pushed inward of the container body 120. When the internal pressure and the external pressure of the packaging container 100 are equal, the stopper 170 and the end portion of the straight portion 132 of the funnel part 130 are in contact with each other.

The seal lid 160 includes a lower layer film 161 that is sealed in the opening of the container body 120 and an upper layer film 162 that is detachably laminated on the outer surface of the lower layer film 161. The lower layer film 161 is provided with cutting lines 199 such as perforations in a radial pattern, and is broken by receiving a pressing force from a refill destination container during use. The upper layer film 162 is provided for protecting the cutting line 199 formed on the lower layer film 161 and ensuring the sealing property of the packaging container 100, and is used by being peeled from the lower layer film 161 when used. A tab 105 is provided on a part of the outer peripheral edge of the upper layer film 162 so as to be easily held when peeled from the lower layer film 161.

The lower layer film 161 of the seal lid 160 and the narrow end portion 131 of the funnel part 130 are welded. It is preferable that the adhesion strength of the welding is weak so that the welding does not come off before the packaging container 100 is opened so as not to obstruct the opening. It is preferable that the adhesive strength of weak welding is weaker than the adhesive strength at least where the lower layer film 161 of the seal lid 160 and the opening of the container body 120 are sealed. If the adhesive strength between the lower layer film 161 and the opening of the container main body 120 is stronger, when the contents are refilled, the lower layer film 161 breaks and the narrow side end of the funnel part 130 is opened. Before it is done, the opening of the container body 120 is opened, and there is a risk that an easy and reliable refilling operation will be difficult.

When refilling the contents 150 of the packaging container 100, the upper film 162 is peeled off and removed, and then the lower film 161 and the funnel parts are pushed into the opening of the refilling container while the lower film 161 is being applied. The packaging container 100 is opened by breaking the lower layer film 161 along the cutting line 199 while removing the weld with the narrow end portion 131 of the narrow mouth 130, and the refill destination container with the contents 150 via the funnel part 130. To pour out.

FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of the packaging container 100 when the internal pressure of the packaging container 100 is higher than the external pressure. In this case, the seal lid 160 swells outward due to the difference between the internal pressure and the external pressure. Since the seal lid 160 and the narrow end portion 131 of the funnel part 130 are welded and the straight portion 132 of the funnel part 130 is not fixed to the container body 120, the funnel part 130 is pulled by the seal lid 160, and the container It moves in the direction of the opening of the main body 120 by a distance equal to the bulge of the seal lid 160. At this time, the straight portion 132 moves while contacting the inner wall of the container body 120. Further, the welding between the seal lid 160 and the narrow end portion 131 of the funnel part 130 does not come off. Thereby, the content 150 does not move to the outside of the funnel part 130 between the funnel part 130 and the container main body 120 and between the funnel part 130 and the seal lid 160. Therefore, powder around can be prevented.

Thereafter, when the internal pressure and the external pressure of the packaging container 100 become equal, the swelling of the seal lid 160 gradually decreases, and the original state shown in FIG. 2 is restored. At this time, the funnel part 130 is pushed by the seal lid 160 and moves toward the bottom of the container body 120. The straight portion 132 is maintained in contact with the inner wall of the container body 120. Further, the welding between the seal lid 160 and the narrow end portion 131 of the funnel part 130 does not come off. Therefore, in this case as well, powdering can be prevented.

In FIG. 4, the longitudinal cross-sectional view of the packaging container 100 when the internal pressure of the packaging container 100 becomes low with respect to an external pressure is shown. In this case, the seal lid 160 is recessed inward due to the difference between the internal pressure and the external pressure, but since the end of the straight portion 132 of the funnel part 130 is in contact with the stopper 170, the funnel part 130 is inside the packaging container 100. Will not be pushed in. Therefore, the seal lid 160 presses the narrow end portion 131 of the funnel part 130. Further, the straight portion 132 of the funnel part 130 is maintained in contact with the inner wall of the container body 120. Further, the welding between the seal lid 160 and the narrow end portion 131 of the funnel part 130 does not come off. Thereby, powder around can be prevented. Thereafter, when the internal pressure and the external pressure of the packaging container become equal, the dent of the seal lid 160 gradually decreases, and the original state shown in FIG. 2 is restored. At this time, the funnel part 130 does not move and the welding between the sealing lid 160 and the narrow end 131 of the funnel part 130 does not come off.

The container main body 120, the funnel part 130, the stopper 170, and the seal lid 160 are formed of paper, resin, or the like. The size of the packaging container 100 is not particularly limited, but the diameter of the container body 120 can be set to, for example, about 100 mm, and the height can be set to, for example, 100 mm or more and 200 mm or less. The length of the straight part 132 of the funnel part 130 may be appropriately designed according to the rigidity of the straight part 132, the particle size of the contents 150, etc. so as to reliably prevent powdering, and is preferably 5 mm or more, for example. However, it may be less than 5 mm and the straight portion 132 may not be provided.

As an example, the funnel part 130 can be formed by winding paper, pasting ends together, and attaching an emboss 133 or a fold 134. FIG. 5 shows a side view of the funnel part 130 formed in this manner.

The shape of the stopper 170 is not particularly limited as long as it can be fixed to the inner wall of the container body 120 and the straight part 132 of the funnel part 130 can be prevented from getting over. Moreover, the stopper 170 may be provided in the perimeter of the inner wall of the container main body 120, and may be provided partially. If the funnel part 130 can follow the swelling of the seal lid 160 and can be prevented from being pushed into the bottom side of the container body 120, the stopper 170 may not be provided. For example, a movable part movable within a predetermined range may be formed on the funnel part 130, and the movable part may be fixed to the inner wall of the container main body 120 instead of the stopper 170.

As described above, the packaging container according to the present invention maintains contact between the seal lid and the funnel part and the container body and the funnel part even when the internal pressure of the packaging container fluctuates with respect to the external pressure, and generates powder around even when the container is laid sideways. In addition, the convenience during transportation, display, storage, etc. can be improved, and the risk of spilling the contents during refilling can be reduced. Moreover, since the packaging container which concerns on this invention can remove a funnel part from a container main body easily after use, it is easy to separate and it is easy to crush small, Therefore The convenience at the time of disposal is high.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is useful for a packaging container or the like for transferring a substance having fluidity such as powder, granule, or liquid to another container.
