３に示す折り曲げた側面には、４のように携帯電話入れと５の貴重品入れが上部から出し入れ出来るようになっている。これは防災頭巾として使用する際も図３（Ｍ）（Ｎ）に示す通り、出し入れ口が上を向くことにより携帯電話や貴重品が落下することはないので、そのままかぶることが出来る。
また、本発明を非常時に使用する時には、内袋を取り出し肩から掛け、側面にある７のジッパーを開き、裏返して９の首止めをして防災頭巾として使用するというように、簡易に変換が出来る。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
