This multi-purpose, two-compartment personal carrier is worn on the arm secured to the wearer's fingers and forearm. This hands-free carrier provides easy access to a communications or entertainment device, which can be inserted into the upper compartment. The other compartment, located along the side of the bag, can hold items such as currency, identification, and personal effects.
