Description

This invention divides the internal space of a building or the like in the event of a fire and divides it into a fire compartment with a fire occurrence location and a non-fire division with no fire occurrence location, and smoke is diffused from the fire division to the non-fire division. It relates to smoke prevention equipment.

Conventionally, in order to prevent the spread of fire and the spread of smoke against fires that occurred inside buildings, etc., the space where the fire occurred is partitioned by a fire door, etc. In general, it is classified into a non-fire zone (evacuation zone) that has no fire.

And it is proposed to use a smoke-proof curtain (also referred to as a smoke-proof screen) that is easy to pass when a person evacuates and prevents the diffusion of smoke instead of a fire door (see Patent Document 1). . However, in the case of fire doors and smoke curtains, if an obstacle is placed in the closed position, it cannot be completely closed, and smoke will leak out from the gap between the floor and the obstacle. It will spread to the non-fire compartment.

On the other hand, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-313753 (Patent Document 2), although it relates to equipment provided for a tunnel-shaped structure or the like, smoke is emitted by a water curtain formed by spraying water from a spray head. A technique for flushing and dividing a target space into a plurality of compartments to thereby prevent fire and smoke is disclosed.

実開昭60−071234号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-071234 特開2004−313753号公報JP 2004-313753 A

If the water curtain technology described in Patent Document 2 is used instead of a fire door or smoke curtain, even if an obstacle is placed at the formation position of the water curtain, a gap is not formed, It is possible to form a water curtain.

However, even if the water curtain technology is used, it is considered that the effect of washing off the smoke by the water curtain is actually low, and the water discharged from the spray head is sprayed while drawing the smoke. As a result, smoke is diffused by spraying, and even if a water curtain is formed, the smoke diffuses over the water curtain to the non-fire compartment side.

That is, in the conventional smoke-proof curtains and water curtains, there is a problem that smoke diffuses to the non-fire compartment side even if it is attempted to classify the fire compartment and the non-fire compartment.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention distinguishes between a fire zone and a non-fire zone that is easy to pass when a person evacuates and is not affected by the presence of an obstacle at the closed position. It aims at providing the smoke prevention equipment which can prevent spreading to the fire division side.

In this invention, when a fire breaks out, the internal space of the building or the like is partitioned into a fire compartment with a fire occurrence location and a non-fire division with no fire occurrence location, and smoke diffuses from the fire division to the non-fire division. Smoke-proof equipment for preventing water spraying in the form of a fan-shaped spray pattern in a substantially vertical direction from the ceiling surface to the floor surface in the event of a fire, and the spray patterns overlap each other to form a water curtain A plurality of spraying heads and a fire-resistant sheet are formed and stored in a casing provided over the entire width of the ceiling surface in a normal state, and substantially parallel to the water curtain at a predetermined interval during a fire. So that it hangs vertically from the ceiling side toward the floor surface, so that the top part closes between the ceiling, the bottom part touches the floor and the side edge touches the wall. A smoke-proof curtain Is a smoke facilities and features.

Further, the present invention is the smoke-proof equipment characterized in that the smoke-proof curtains have a vertical cut-out portion that can be passed by one person on both the left and right sides while overlapping each other when closed. is there.

Further, according to the present invention, when the smoke-proof curtain is extended, at least one of the total length of the overlapping portion of the cut portion, the total width of the bottom side, and the total length of both side sides in contact with the wall surface. One or all of the smoke-proofing facilities are characterized by having a water-permeable bag portion containing a water-absorbing resin.

Further, the present invention is the smoke proofing equipment, characterized in that the water curtain is controlled to be formed at least on either the fire compartment side or the non-fire compartment side or both.

Further, the present invention is the smoke-proof equipment, characterized in that the spray head is inclined so that the water curtain is directed in a direction away from the smoke-proof curtain.

Further, the present invention is a hanging wall provided in contact with the ceiling surface and having a full width up to both wall surfaces, provided on a side different from the smoke-proof curtain at a predetermined interval from the spray head, It has a length from a position lower than the height at which the water curtain is formed by overlapping spray patterns to the ceiling surface, and includes a hanging wall provided substantially parallel to the direction in which the water curtain is formed. The smoke-proof equipment.

According to this invention, the interior space of a building or the like is partitioned by a water curtain and a smoke-proof curtain adjacent to the water curtain at a predetermined interval, and a fire compartment with a fire occurrence location and a non-fire compartment without a fire occurrence location are provided. It is possible to prevent smoke from diffusing from a fire compartment to a non-fire compartment.

Therefore, according to the present invention, when a person evacuates, it is easy to pass through and the fire zone and the non-fire zone are separated from each other, and the smoke is not affected by an obstacle at the closed position. It is possible to provide a smoke-proof facility that can prevent diffusion to the side.

In addition, it has a vertical notch that allows people to pass over either the left or right side when closing, so it can easily pass for people to evacuate and Can block smoke.

In addition, even if there is a gap between the smoke-proof curtain and the wall and floor, and there is an obstacle at the closed position, the space between the wall and floor wet with the water curtain and the smoke-proof curtain Since it is watertight, smoke can be prevented from leaking from the fire compartment to the non-fire compartment.

In addition, the smoke-proof curtain covers at least one, two, or all of the total length of the overlapping portion of the cut portion, the total width of the bottom side, and the total length of both sides in contact with the wall surface in the extended state. Since the water-absorbing resin is stored in the bag, the water-absorbing resin absorbs water due to splashes from the wall and floor surfaces wetted by the water curtain and splashes from the water curtain, increasing the weight. There is an effect that the smoke-proof curtain is more closely attached to the floor surface, and the sealability between the smoke-proof curtain and the floor surface and the wall surface and the cut portion is increased.

Further, by providing the spray head in an inclined manner so that the water curtain moves away from the smoke-proof sheet, an air flow that pushes back the smoke from the fire compartment can be obtained.

Also, a hanging wall provided in contact with the ceiling surface and having a full width up to the wall surfaces on both sides, provided on a side different from the smoke-proof sheet at a predetermined interval from the spray head, and overlapped with a fan-shaped spray pattern Since it has a length from a position lower than the height at which it is formed to the ceiling surface, and has a hanging wall provided substantially parallel to the direction in which the water curtain is formed, a water curtain is formed on the fire compartment side In this case, it is possible to prevent the hot airflow that has rushed from running on the ceiling surface and to prevent the formation of the water curtain by the hot airflow.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

[First Embodiment]
First, based on FIG.1 and FIG.2, the smoke prevention equipment 1-1 of 1st Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.

The smoke-proof equipment 1-1 is provided at a location where an internal space such as a building is to be partitioned and partitioned so as to cross the space. The smoke-proof equipment 1-1 includes a smoke-proof curtain 2 that hangs down in a fire, a housing 3 that houses the smoke-proof curtain 2 in a normal state, a hanging wall 5 that is provided on the ceiling surface C, and a smoke-proof curtain 2 that hangs down. It is comprised with the some spraying head 4 arrange | positioned in parallel with these between walls. Hereinafter, these components will be described in detail.

<Smokeproof curtain>
The smoke-proof curtain 2 is formed of a fireproof sheet, has a width over the entire width of the section to be partitioned and a length from the ceiling surface C to the floor surface F, and an area that completely partitions the space of the section to be partitioned. It has a shape and is normally stored in a housing 3 provided on the ceiling surface C. When a fire occurs, the lower end extends downward so as to hang in the vertical direction from the ceiling surface C side to the floor surface F so as to be substantially parallel to a later-described water curtain WC. The upper part closes the space between the ceiling surface C, the bottom part contacts the floor surface F, and the side edges contact the wall surface and closes, respectively. Separate and block the space on the non-fire section R2 side.

Further, the smoke-proof curtain 2 has a vertical cut portion 2a that is divided into left and right in a state of being extended and closed, and the cut portion is formed so that the left and right members overlap each other and are closed. It is configured so that either the left or right can be lifted, and a person can easily pass through and evacuate.

<筐体>
<Case>
The housing 3 has a width over the entire width of the section to be partitioned and is provided in the ceiling C, so as to close the space between the housing 3 and the ceiling surface C, or to be embedded in the ceiling, It is attached and always houses the smoke-proof curtain 2.

The storage method of the smoke-proof curtain 2 is appropriately selected, such as winding the smoke-proof curtain 2 around a drum-type rotating mechanism having a central axis, folding the smoke-proof curtain 2 and the like. In the event of a fire, a mechanism for extending the smoke-proof curtain 2 with its lower end facing downward and by touching the floor F by the weight of the smoke-proof curtain 2 and the rotational drive of the rotary mechanism that winds up the smoke-proof curtain 2. Is provided.

For example, the mechanism for extending the smoke-proof curtain 2 may be configured such that the smoke-proof curtain 2 is lowered by its own weight by releasing a locking mechanism that locks the smoke-proof curtain 2 so that it does not fall under its own weight in the event of a fire. good. Further, the smoke prevention curtain 2 may be extended by rotating the rotation mechanism around which the smoke prevention curtain 2 is wound.

In order to automatically extend the smoke-proof curtain 2 in the event of a fire, the locking mechanism may be released by a solenoid that operates in conjunction with a fire alarm of a fire detector (not shown). Similarly, the rotating mechanism may be driven to rotate by an electric motor that operates in conjunction with the motor. Moreover, you may perform the cancellation | release of the said locking mechanism and the rotational drive of the said rotation mechanism using the hydraulic pressure of the water pumped to the spraying head 4 which sprays water at the time of a fire.

In addition, the bottom part of the housing | casing 3 is equipped with the opening covering the whole bottom part, or the slit-shaped opening over the full width, and allows the smoke-proof curtain 2 to hang down and extend at the time of a fire. Then, the smoke-proof curtain 2 suspended from the housing 3 and extending in the event of a fire is supported at its upper end so that it does not fall, and the upper part of the smoke-proof curtain 2 is blocked from the ceiling surface C.

<Spray head>
A plurality of spraying heads 4 are provided on the ceiling surface C, and spray water in a substantially vertical direction A2 from the ceiling surface C side to the floor surface F in the event of a fire. The spray head 4 is composed of nozzles having a fan-shaped spray pattern, and the smoke curtain 2 is formed so that the water curtain WC is formed substantially parallel to the smoke curtain 2 over the entire width of the section to be partitioned. Are arranged in a row in parallel. The fan-shaped spray patterns sprayed by the individual spray heads 4 overlap each other to form a water curtain (see FIG. 2). That is, water sprayed in a fan shape from a plurality of spray heads 4 provided so as to form a line on the ceiling surface C over the entire width of the portion to be partitioned has a fan-shaped spray pattern in the spray head 4. One sheet-like water curtain WC is formed immediately below so as to overlap each other.

In the present embodiment, the water curtain WC is formed on the fire section R1 side of the smoke proof curtain 2 so that the water curtain WC is substantially parallel to the smoke proof curtain 2.

As a modification of the present embodiment, the spray head 4 may be slightly tilted in the direction away from the fire compartment R1, that is, the smoke-proof curtain 2, so that the water curtain WC slightly moves toward the fire compartment R1. .

<垂れ壁>
<Hanging wall>
In the present embodiment, the water curtain WC is formed on the fire section R1 side from the smoke-proof curtain 2. Above the height at which the fan-shaped spray patterns sprayed from the spray head 4 overlap, the formation of the water curtain WC is incomplete, and there is a space in which no water curtain is formed between the spray heads 4.

Therefore, the smoke layer that rides on the thermal airflow A1 from the fire section R1 and rushes along the ceiling surface C passes through the space where the water curtain is not formed, and the smoke protection function of the water curtain WC remains as it is. Does not work well. Moreover, when the hot air flow A1 is strong, the water sprayed from the spray head 4 flows toward the smoke-proof curtain 2, and the formation of the water curtain WC substantially parallel to the smoke-proof curtain 2 is hindered. There is a fear.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, in order to shield the smoke layer that approaches the spray head 4 from the fire section R1 side, the ceiling on the fire section R1 side of the spray head 4, that is, the ceiling on the side different from the smoke-proof curtain 2 of the spray head 4 is used. A hanging wall 5 is provided on the surface C.

Since the hanging wall 5 is installed for the above-mentioned purpose, the width has the full width to form a partition and touches both the left and right wall surfaces, and the upper side touches the ceiling surface C so that smoke passes from above and from the side. Do not. Further, the lower side of the hanging wall 5 is provided below the height at which the fan-shaped spray patterns sprayed from the spray head 4 overlap to form the water curtain WC. That is, the water curtain WC is sufficiently formed in the space below the hanging wall 5.

Further, the interval between the drooping wall 5 and the spray head 4 is set so as not to inhibit water spray from the spray head 4. Here, if the water spray of the spray head 4 is not hindered so that a slight splash is applied, the wet lower side of the drooping wall 5 has an effect of absorbing smoke particles. When the water curtain WC is formed to be inclined to the fire section R1 side, that is, the side away from the smoke-proof curtain 2, the spraying direction of the spray head 4 is similarly inclined so that the lowermost side of the hanging wall 5 is sprayed. It is good to incline in the same direction as the spraying direction of the spraying head 4 or to separate from it so that the water spraying of the head 4 is not inhibited.

By configuring the drooping wall 5 in this way, the smoke layer that rides on the thermal airflow A1 due to the fire from the fire section R1 side and rushes along the ceiling surface C, the space near the spray head 4 where no water curtain is formed. The water sprayed from the spray head 4 does not flow toward the smoke-proof curtain 2 and the formation of the water curtain WC is not hindered even when the hot air flow A1 is strong.

The drooping wall 5 may be stored in the ceiling surface C during normal times and may be drooped during a fire. In this case, similar to the smoke-proof curtain 2, it may hang down in conjunction with a fire detector (not shown).

Next, the effect | action of the smoke-proof equipment 1-1 of this embodiment is demonstrated.

The smoke-proof equipment 1-1 is configured as described above, and the fire curtain WC and the smoke-proof curtain 2 adjacent to the water curtain WC at a distance from the water curtain WC are adjacent to the fire curtain R1. Double prevention of smoke from spreading into the non-fire compartment R2.

If it is only this, it is only a combination of the prior art, but the smoke-proof equipment 1-1 of this embodiment has a new effect by the action which is not in the conventional example.

That is, in the smoke-proof equipment 1-1, the smoke layer A1 that rides on the thermal airflow caused by the fire X and urges along the ceiling surface C is once stopped by the drooping wall 5, and together with the water sprayed from the spray head 4, the direction of the downward flow A2 To the floor F. And the downward flow that has reached the floor surface F tries to diffuse in the A4 direction along the floor surface F, but since there is a smoke-proof curtain 2 on the non-fire compartment R2 side, the flow generally flows to the fire compartment R1 side. Change. That is, the smoke is pushed back to the fire section R1 side. Furthermore, if the direction in which the water curtain WC is formed is slightly inclined toward the fire section R1, it is obvious that the effect of pushing back smoke to the fire section R1 increases.

In addition, it is difficult to completely seal between the smoke-proof curtain 2 formed of a fire-resistant sheet and suspended from the ceiling surface C, the floor surface F, and the wall surface, and a gap is inevitably generated. The shielding with the smoke-proof curtain 2 alone is limited.

However, in this embodiment, the water curtain WC is formed, and the water curtain WC extends to the floor surface F and the wall surface, so that water can enter the gap and be watertight. For example, when the water curtain WC hits the wall surface, the water hitting the wall surface is reflected and a part of the water heads in the direction A3 of the smoke-proof curtain 2 along the wall surface, so that the space between the wall surface and the smoke-proof curtain 2 is watertight. There is an effect. As for the floor surface F, since the water curtain WC is sprayed toward the floor surface, it is obvious that a water layer accumulated on the floor surface F enters between the smoke-proof curtain 2 and the floor surface F. Needless to say, this can also prevent the inflow of smoke from the fire compartment R1 side to the non-fire compartment R2 side by watertightly sealing the gap.

Thus, the smoke-proof equipment 1-1 of this embodiment has the effect which is not in the past exceeding the effect which each of the conventional smoke-proof curtain and the smoke-proof equipment by the conventional water curtain has.

Next, one modified example of the smoke prevention equipment 1-1 will be described.

The smoke-proof curtain 2 may be provided with a water-permeable bag portion containing a water-absorbing resin over the entire width of the bottom in the extended state. The water-absorbing resin absorbs the water accumulated on the floor surface F, so that the weight of the smoke-proof curtain 2 increases, and it becomes difficult to form a gap in close contact with the floor surface F. The bag portion containing the gel-like water-absorbing resin acts to fill the gap.

As the water-absorbing resin, for example, a material mainly composed of a highly water-absorbing polymer substance such as polyacrylic acid sodium salt which is widely used as a paper diaper or a cooling agent may be used. The reason for storing the water-absorbing resin in the submerged bag is to allow water to be absorbed by the water-absorbing resin stored in the bag. Moreover, you may use the cherry which is a high molecular substance as a substitute for the said water absorbing resin. Since the cherry can absorb as much as 6 kg of water with only 1 g, the amount used is small and the water absorption is greater than that of the conventional water-absorbent resin, so that the effects of increasing the weight and expansion can be enhanced.

Further, the smoke-proof curtain 2 may be provided with a water-permeable bag portion containing a water-absorbing resin over the entire length of both sides in contact with the wall surface in the extended state. When the water curtain WC reflects on the wall surface and reaches the smoke-proof curtain 2, the water-absorbing resin absorbs the water and expands, and the bag portion containing the gel-like water-absorbing resin forms the smoke-proof curtain 2 and the wall surface. Acts to fill the gap. As described above, as the water-absorbent resin, it is preferable to use a material mainly composed of a highly water-absorbing polymer such as polyacrylic acid sodium salt or cherry.

Moreover, you may make it the smoke-proof curtain 2 provide the water-absorbing bag part which accommodated the water absorbing resin over the full length of the overlap part of the said notch part in the state when extended. When the splashes of the water curtain WC reach the smoke-proof curtain 2, the water-absorbent resin absorbs the water and expands, and the bag portion containing the gel-like water-absorbent resin is the cut-out portion of the smoke-proof curtain 2. It works to fill the gaps in the overlapping parts. As described above, as the water-absorbent resin, it is preferable to use a material mainly composed of a highly water-absorbing polymer such as polyacrylic acid sodium salt or cherry.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, based on FIG. 3, the smoke-proof installation 1-2 of 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. About the same component as the smoke-proof equipment 1-1 of 1st Embodiment, the same drawing code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

The smoke-proof equipment 1-2 of the second embodiment is different from the smoke-proof equipment 1-1 of the first embodiment. First, a water curtain WC is formed on the fire compartment R1 side of the smoke-proof curtain 2. Instead, the water curtain WC is formed on the non-fire section R2 side of the smoke-proof curtain 2. Secondly, as the position of the water curtain WC is changed, the spray head 4 is replaced with the fire compartment R1 side of the smoke-proof curtain 2, and the spray head 4 is replaced with the non-fire section R2 of the smoke-proof curtain 2. It is in the side. Thirdly, the drooping wall 5 that has become unnecessary due to the provision of the spray head 4 on the non-fire section R2 side is excluded.

As a result of the above changes, a part of the water reflected by the water curtain WC hitting the wall surface and the floor F is fired from the non-fire section R2 side of the smoke-proof curtain 2, although it is no longer possible to generate an air flow that pushes back smoke in the fire section R1. The directions A5 and A6 flow toward the section R1. As a result, there is an effect that smoke from the fire compartment R1 side that is about to leak out to the non-fire compartment R2 side from the gap between the smoke-proof curtain 2, the wall surface, and the floor surface F can be pushed back by the flow of water. . Other configurations, operations, and effects are the same as those of the smoke-proof equipment 1-1 of the first embodiment.

[Third Embodiment]
Next, based on FIG. 4, the smoke-proof equipment 1-3 of 3rd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. About the same component as the smoke-proof equipment 1-1 of 1st Embodiment, the same drawing code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

The smoke-proof equipment 1-3 of this embodiment is different from the smoke-proof equipment 1-1 of the first embodiment in that the water curtain WC is first formed on the fire compartment R1 side of the smoke-proof curtain 2. In addition, the water curtain WC is also formed on the non-fire section R2 side. Second, with the addition of the water curtain WC, the spray head 4 is also provided on the non-fire section R2 side of the smoke-proof curtain 2.

Other configurations are the same as those of the smoke-proof equipment 1-1 of the first embodiment.

According to the smoke proofing equipment 1-3, as with the smoke proofing equipment 1-1 of the first embodiment, the smoke on the fire compartment R1 side is pushed back by the water curtain WC formed on the fire compartment R1 side, and the smoke proof curtain. 2 and the wall surface and the floor surface F can be watertight. In addition, as with the smoke-proof equipment 1-2 of the second embodiment, the space between the smoke-proof curtain 2 and the wall surface and the floor surface F is watertight, and the space between the fire compartment R1 side and the non-fire compartment R2 side is removed. The smoke to be pushed can be pushed back to the fire section R1 side.

The above smoke-proof equipment 1-1 to 1-3 also has an effect of preventing not only smoke but also combustion products such as harmful gas and fire caused by fire, and hot air flow from flowing into the non-fire compartment R2 side. In addition, the water curtain WC shields the radiant heat from the fire compartment R1 to the non-fire compartment R2, and the non-fire compartment R2 can be secured. In addition, the water spray for forming the water curtain WC also has an effect of suppressing the expansion of the fire.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described in detail, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, A various change etc. are possible within the range of the summary of this invention.

For example, instead of water discharged from the spray head 4, a gas may be used. The gas is not limited to normal air, and may be air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, or the like with a low oxygen concentration so as not to supply oxygen to the fire source.

In addition, for example, when the fire occurrence place is reversed, the dripping wall 5 and the spray head 4 are provided on both the R1 side and the R2 side, and when the fire X occurs on the R1 side, the R1 side spray head 4 is provided. Accordingly, when the fire X is generated on the R2 side, the spray curtain 4 on the R2 side may be controlled so that the water curtain WC is formed on the fire compartment side as in the first embodiment.

Further, for example, the spray heads 4 are provided on both the R1 side and the R2 side. When the fire X is generated on the R1 side, the spray head 4 is provided on the R2 side. Conversely, when the fire X is generated on the R2 side, the R1 side is provided. The spray head 4 may be controlled to form the water curtain WC on the non-fire compartment side as in the second embodiment.

In addition, for example, in case the fire occurrence place is reversed, the dripping wall 5 and the spray head 4 are provided on both the R1 side and the R2 side, and the fire X occurs on either the R1 side or the R2 side. The water curtain WC may be controlled to be formed on both the fire compartment side and the non-fire compartment side by the spray heads 4 on the R1 side and the R2 side as in the third embodiment.

In addition, for example, at this time, the hanging wall 5 is stored in the ceiling surface C in normal times, and when the fire breaks out, the hanging wall 5 on the fire compartment side or on both the fire compartment side and the non-fire compartment side is placed. You may control so that it may hang down.
