(ロ)文献2に示されるものは、電磁波からの身体防護用の諸品を製作するにおいて、電磁波シールドクロスを用いるのが有効であるという主張であり、この素材の利用に適した製作用途の一つとして、たまたまポーチが挙げられているに過ぎず、ポーチの具体的な構成は考慮の外にある。
(ハ)文献3に示されるものは、様々な袋物を製作するにあたって、生地素材の間にアルミ箔をサンドイッチしたものを利用することで、袋の中の収容物を電磁波から遮蔽しようというものであり、そうした袋物の一つとしてポーチが挙げられているに過ぎず、ポーチの具体的な構成は考慮の外にある。
(二)文献4に示されるものは、便利な間仕切り自在の構成を有するポーチであって、本体に撥水性の素材を用いる可能性にもチラッと触れているが、本発明とは構造的には大きく異なるものであり、電磁波に対する防護に関しては考慮されていない。
本発明は、これらの問題点を解決するためになされたものである。
