Description

The present invention relates to a waterproof material for joints of a siding material, a waterproof structure including the waterproof material, a building including the waterproof structure, and a waterproofing method using the waterproof material.

As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional building is provided with a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 2 as a base on the outer wall side of the pillars 1 provided at intervals, and a trunk edge made of plywood or the like from above. 3, a siding material mounting bracket 4 is fixed by a nail 5 or the like, a siding material 6 is fixed to the mounting bracket 4, and an air passage 7 is provided between the trunk edge 3 and the siding material 6.
As shown in FIG. 2, the joint 8 of the upper and lower siding members 6 is provided with a groove 9 on the outer wall side of the lower end portion of the upper siding member, and the convex portion 10 on the outer wall side of the upper end portion of the lower siding member. By providing the end portions of the upper and lower siding members 6 and 6 so as to be stacked in the vertical direction on the outer wall surface, water can be prevented from entering the air passage 7. Moreover, when a vertical joint arises between siding materials, it waterproofs with the caulking material.

In buildings that use ceramic siding materials, even if water enters the back side of the outer wall, there is a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet, so far it has not been sufficiently waterproofed .
However, as described above, since the trunk edge is simply a plywood or the like fixed with a nail or the like, there is a problem that it easily corrodes if water enters, so that it is disclosed in, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2. Such waterproofing methods have been proposed.

By the way, conventionally, in the frame wall construction method, for example, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a dry waterproof structure in which a resin waterproof material 11 is fixed to a joint with an adhesive 12 is also employed.
In the example shown in FIG. 3, adhesives 12, 12 are provided on the opposing siding members 6, 6 constituting the joint 8, and the resin waterproofing members 11, 11 having a J-shaped cross section are connected to the nails 5, 11. It is fixed by 5 to have a waterproof structure. In the example of FIG. 4, adhesives 12, 12 are provided on the opposing siding members 6, 6 constituting the joint 8, and a resin waterproof material 11 having a W-shaped cross section is inserted between the joints 8. It has a waterproof structure.

The waterproof structure shown in FIG. 3 has a problem that there are many fixing parts of the waterproof material 11 and work efficiency is very poor.
In the case of the waterproof structure shown in FIG. 4, as shown in FIG. 5, the gasket 14 inserted into the waterproof material 11 tries to return to the original shape, and the adhesive 12 on the near side (surface of the outer wall surface) side. 12 move to the back and jump out of the joint 8.

In addition, when coking to a joint, it is necessary to perform operations such as stratification of the coating surface of the caulking material, masking, filling of a backup material, and application of a primer.
In addition, ceramic-type siding materials are fixed only by mounting brackets despite being heavy, so that there is a problem that if the siding material vibrates, the load becomes high and deterioration occurs quickly. In addition, when the caulking material is applied again, it has been necessary to completely remove the previously applied caulking material, resulting in a problem that the efficiency is extremely low.

Therefore, the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and prevents the infiltration of moisture into the back surface of the siding material, and the waterproof material for the joint of the siding material that can be efficiently constructed in a dry manner. Further, the waterproof material does not protrude outward from the joint even after construction, and can prevent deterioration of the joint waterproof over time.

FIG. 6 is a horizontal cross-sectional view of a building outer wall structure for explaining a construction site to which the waterproof material of the present invention is attached, and is a so-called vertical joint cross-sectional view.
The body rim 3 is fixed to the column 1 with nails 5, and mounting brackets 4, 4 are provided on both sides of the body rim 3, and siding materials 6, 6 are mounted on the mounting brackets 4, 4. Although not shown, a waterproof sheet is provided between the pillar 1 and the edge 3. Further, for use in the following description, the distance between the mounting bracket 4 and the back surface of the siding material 6 is (H), and the width between the siding materials 6, 6, that is, the joint width is (W).
As described above, the siding materials 6 and 6 are provided at a distance (H) from the trunk edge 3 at the construction site, and the air passage 7 is formed on the back side of the siding materials 6 and 6.

The waterproofing material 15 of the present invention to be disposed at the construction site is formed by bending a resin sheet having elasticity, extending in the joint direction as shown in a sectional view in FIG. The first slope of the bottom wall (A) having a wider width, the side wall (C) joined to the opposing portion constituting the joint of the siding material, and the side wall connected to the bottom end and bent upward A part (B) and the 2nd inclination part (D) of the side wall formed by bending the open end side of the side wall located on the opposite side to a bottom to the siding material side are formed.
The side wall (C) is provided with an adhesive 16 provided with a release sheet 17 as shown in FIG.

Next, a waterproofing method for constructing the waterproofing material 15 to ensure waterproofing will be described.
As shown in FIG. 8, the waterproof material 15 is inserted from the outside of the joint, and the bottom (A) is brought into contact with the mounting bracket 4. And the release sheet 16 between the 2nd inclination part (D) of the waterproof material 15 and the adhesive 17 is peeled from the outside of a joint.
Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the gasket 14 is inserted inside the waterproof material 15. The illustrated gasket 14 is configured by providing a substantially arc-shaped member with a plurality of intervals with respect to the shaft portion. The substantially arc-shaped member is formed from the front end side of the gasket 14 toward the rear end side. It is in a relationship that gradually increases.
According to this waterproof structure, the first inclined portion (B) is in contact with the corner on the base side of the siding materials 6 and 6. For this reason, even if the gasket 14 is deformed so as to return to the original shape or to expand in the joint direction, the inclined portion (B) is caught by the base side of the siding materials 6 and 6, and the waterproof material 14 is located outside the joint 8. It will not jump out.
Moreover, if it constructs by the method as mentioned above, the waterproof construction of the joint of the siding material 6 can be performed rapidly and reliably by dry construction.
According to the waterproof structure of the present invention, it is possible to prevent water from entering the air passage 7 inside the siding material 6 and to prevent corrosion of members such as the trunk edge.

In the above-described example, the bottom (A) of the waterproof material 15 passes through the joint 8, and further, the first inclined portion (B) is in contact with the base side of the siding material 6. It is necessary to change according to the elasticity and thickness of the object, the viscosity and thickness of the adhesive, the joint width (W), and the distance (H).
For example, when the width (W) of the joint 8 is 10 mm and the distance (H) between the joint 8 and the base (mounting bracket 4) is 5 mm, an elastic sheet-like material having a thickness of 0.4 mm is used. When an unvulcanized butyl rubber-based adhesive having a thickness of 1.5 mm, a width of 8 mm, and a length of 11 mm (the length of the side wall portion (B)) is used, the opposite side wall portion (B ) And the width of the bottom (A) are set to 1: 1.3 to 2.0.
Further, the ratio of the length of the first inclined portion (B) to the width of the bottom (A) is set to 1: 2.0 to 4.0.
The length (D) of the second inclined portion of the waterproof material is not particularly limited as long as the gasket 14 can be smoothly inserted, but is 0.3 times the width (W) of the joint 8. The above is preferable.

In the example described above, the waterproof structure of the vertical joint has been described. However, this may be applied only to the horizontal joint, and the waterproof between the siding materials adjacent in the vertical direction may be a waterproof structure as shown in FIG.
In FIG. 10, a groove 9 is provided on the outer wall side of the lower end portion of the upper siding material 6 and a convex portion 10 is provided on the outer wall side of the upper end portion of the lower siding material 6 so that the ends of the upper and lower siding materials are outside. A waterproof structure that is configured to overlap the wall surface in the vertical direction, and is provided with another pressure-sensitive adhesive 18 provided with a cured resin film 18a having a film thickness of 5 to 20 μm on the exposed surface side in the groove 9 of the upper siding material. doing.
According to this structure, the joining positions of the upper and lower siding members 6 and 6 can be adjusted. Moreover, after joining, the resin-made cured coating 18a is torn by the dead weight of the siding materials 6 and 6, and the adhesive 18 adheres also to the upper end portion of the lower siding material 6. Further, the other adhesive 18 is provided on the waterproofing material 15 by adjusting the amount of the other adhesive 18 to such an extent that the other adhesive 18 is pushed out to the joint sides of the upper and lower siding materials 6, 6. By adhering to the adhesive materials 16 and 16, the entire periphery of the siding materials 6 and 6 is waterproofed.

In the case of the resin sheet-like material in the present invention, when the waterproof material 15 is used, the first inclined portion (B) is elastically deformed so that it can pass through the joints 8. If it has a physical property of the grade which water does not permeate into the side, there will be no restriction | limiting in particular. Moreover, it is preferable to use a synthetic resin sheet having transparency in order to easily grasp the construction position when inserted into the joint 8. In addition, when using a polypropylene sheet as a synthetic resin sheet, for example, a sheet formed into a uniform thickness in an unstretched state without orientation of a crystalline mixture having a propylene unit component of 50 mol% or more is used. It is preferable to do. The synthetic resin sheet preferably has a thickness of about 0.3 to 3.0 mm.
In addition, in order to make the resin sheet into the shape of the waterproof material, the sheet material may be folded to obtain the waterproof material in addition to general molding.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive is not particularly limited as long as it can adhere the waterproof material and the siding material, but it is preferable to join using a butyl pressure-sensitive adhesive having excellent sealing properties.
The gasket is also tapered, elastic enough to press the waterproof material against the siding material on both sides, and protects the resin sheet from being damaged by external factors, and is attached manually. -There is no restriction | limiting in particular about constituent materials, such as rubber | gum and resin, as long as it has the intensity | strength which can be removed. In addition, when casting polypropylene is used as the material for the resin sheet, the main component is heat-resistant EPDM in order to prevent flames from moving into the sheet or being deformed by heat in the event of a fire. It is desirable that the gasket be made of a material obtained by adding graphite to TPO. Further, since casting polypropylene has low light resistance, the gasket is preferably made of an opaque material so that light can be blocked.
Other adhesives are not particularly limited as long as they have adhesiveness and sealing properties, but the exposed surface can be covered by using an adhesive in which unvulcanized butyl rubber formed into a cylindrical shape is connected. This is preferable because the cured resin film is easily broken. Examples of the resin constituting the cured resin film include polyurethane, acrylic resin, gelatin, cellulose, starch, and water glass. Moreover, the film thickness of the resin cured film is appropriately selected depending on the type of resin, but the film thickness is set to 5 to 20 μm as a thickness that is easily broken when the upper and lower siding materials are joined.
The siding material of the present invention can be applied to all commercially available products, but it is particularly suitable because the ceramics siding material is hardly waterproofed.
