Description

The present invention relates to a work support device that reduces a work burden in an upward posture.

In the interior construction of the ceiling surface in the construction industry, work in an upward posture with the operator's waist and neck tilted backward is performed for a long time. Since the human head is heavy, fatigue is accumulated in the neck when the upward work is performed for a long time. The accumulation of fatigue reduces work efficiency and can cause stiff shoulders and headaches.

In order to reduce fatigue during upward work, the apparatus described in Patent Document 1 includes a frame having wheels, a lower frame standing on the frame, and an upper frame standing on the lower frame. The lower frame is provided with a seat plate, and the upper frame is provided with a backrest, an armrest, a head support portion, and a tool post. And by depositing each part of the body in these parts, fatigue during upward work is reduced.

Moreover, in the apparatus described in Patent Document 2, a bar-shaped auxiliary member curved downward is attached to the rear lower edge of the helmet, and the tip of the auxiliary member is brought into contact with the operator's back. Thereby, the load of the head is transmitted to the back, and fatigue during upward work is reduced.

特開2010−119424号公報JP 2010-119424 A 特開2012−82558号公報JP 2012-82558 A

However, since the device of Patent Document 1 has a large structure that surrounds an operator, there is a problem that it takes time to transport and install the device and the usable site is limited. Further, although the device of Patent Document 2 has a simple configuration, the head is supported only by a rod-like auxiliary member, and there is a problem that the position of the head is difficult to be determined and unstable.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an upward work support device that can stably support the head while simplifying the configuration.

In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention provides a work support device that reduces the work load in an upward posture that is mounted on an operator and the upper body of the worker is tilted rearward, and the occipital region of the operator And a first support member that is connected to each of the head support part and a back support part that is disposed on the back of the operator, and that positions the head support part at a predetermined position; And a second support member that is fixed at the waist through the front side of the operator from the head support and transmits a load to the head support to the waist.

According to the present invention, the head support portion is arranged at a predetermined position by the first support member arranged on the back side of the operator. And the load to a head support part is transmitted to a waist | hip | lumbar part via the front surface of an operator's body by the 2nd support member arrange | positioned at the operator's front side. Thereby, the load from the operator's head can be distributed to the operator's back and waist, and the burden on the neck during upward work can be reduced while simplifying the configuration. In addition, since the first support member and the second support member are arranged separately on the back side and the front side of the operator, the head can be stably supported.

In the work support device of the present invention, when the second support member has a waist belt fixing portion fixed to a waist belt worn on the waist by the worker at an end on the waist side, the worker However, it is possible to use a waist belt or a safety belt that is normally worn for fixing the second support member, thereby further simplifying the configuration.

In the work support device of the present invention, when at least a part of the second support member is made of an elastic material having elasticity, the configuration can be further simplified.

In the work support device of the present invention, the second support member is a reel portion that urges the non-stretchable member made of a non-stretchable material and the fed non-stretchable member in a direction to shorten the entire length thereof. Can be pulled to the lower back side with an appropriate force by the reel portion.

In the work support device of the present invention, in the case where the second support member has a locking portion that locks the middle portion of the second support member in the vicinity of the shoulder portion of the worker, the second support member is moved from the head support portion to the shoulder portion. Since it is guided to the chest through the vicinity, the second support member is unlikely to obstruct the upward work, and workability can be improved.

In the work support device of the present invention, when the first support member is made of an elastic member that biases the head support portion forward by elasticity, the head of the operator is also formed by the first support member. Therefore, the degree of freedom in designing the second support member is increased. Furthermore, since the first support member is made of an elastic member, the configuration can be further simplified.

In the work support device of the present invention, the first support member includes a rod-like or plate-like support material having an upper end attached to the head support part and a lower end rotatably attached to the backrest part. In the case of having an urging member for urging the upper end portion of the support member forward, the operator's head can be urged forward also by the first support member. The degree increases.

According to the work support device of the present invention, the first support member is disposed between the head support portion and the backrest portion, and the second support member that transmits the load is disposed between the head support portion and the waist portion. Therefore, the weight of the operator's head can be distributed over the operator's back and waist, and the head can be supported stably.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the work support device 1 includes a back pad 2, a chest pad 3, a chest belt 4, a head support portion 5, a first support member 6, a second support member 7, and a locking bracket 8. And a shoulder belt 9.

The back pad 2 is a cushioning member disposed on the upper back of the worker, and corresponds to a back pad. For example, the back pad 2 is manufactured by wrapping a substantially rectangular cushion material in a bag of mesh material. The chest pad 3 is a cushioning member disposed on the chest of the operator, and is produced by wrapping a substantially rectangular cushion material in a bag made of a mesh material, like the back pad 2.

The chest belt 4 is a belt-like member that connects the back pad 2 and the chest pad 3 at the left and right sides of the operator. The chest belt 4 is provided with an adjuster (not shown) for adjusting the length. The back pad 2 and the chest pad 3 are held in close contact with the operator by adjusting the chest belt 4 to a length suitable for the body shape of the operator with an adjuster.

The head support portion 5 is a portion that supports the back of the head of the worker from behind through the helmet, and exhibits the same function as the headrest. The head support portion 5 of the present embodiment is made of a resin plate bent in a substantially U shape in plan view, and has a main plate portion 5a and side plate portions 5b.

The main plate portion 5a is a horizontally long rectangular plate material whose lateral width is set to be slightly larger than the diameter of the helmet worn by the worker. The main plate portion 5a is provided with four slits 5c that are elongated in the vertical direction. These slits 5c are provided for attaching the elastic belt 7a of the second support member 7. For example, the stretchable belt 7a is attached to the head support portion 5 by passing the stretchable belt 7a in order of the front surface, the back surface, and the front surface of the main plate portion 5a using each slit 5c.

The first support member 6 is a member for positioning the head support portion 5 at a predetermined position, and is connected to the head support portion 5 and the back pad 2. The first support member 6 of the present embodiment is configured by a vertically long rectangular metal plate having an upper end attached to the head support 5 and a lower end attached to the back pad 2. The first support member 6 has elasticity, and when the pressing force from the back head acts on the head support portion 5, the first support member 6 bends and deforms backward. That is, the head support portion 5 moves rearward as the pressing force from the rear head increases, and deforms in the return direction when the pressing force decreases. In this way, the head support portion 5 is moved in the front-rear direction by the elasticity of the first support member 6 that is an elastic member.

In addition, regarding the first support member 6, it has been found that if the rigidity is excessively increased, an excessive burden is placed on the operator's neck. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a metal plate that is rigid enough to bend with a force that the operator faces upward is used for the first support member 6. In the present embodiment, a metal plate having elasticity is used as the first support member 6. However, other materials may be used as long as the head support portion 5 can be urged forward. For example, you may use the elastic material formed in rod shape or plate shape with FRP or resin.

The second support member 7 is a belt-like member that can expand and contract in the longitudinal direction, and is fixed at the waist from the head support portion 5 through the front side of the operator. The second support member 7 of the present embodiment includes an elastic belt 7a, a buckle 7b, and a connecting band 7c.

The stretchable belt 7a is a belt-like member that can be stretched as a whole, and is made of fibrous rubber as a stretchable material in this embodiment. The stretchable belt 7a is hung from the left and right sides of the head support portion 5 at substantially the same length because the middle portion in the longitudinal direction is attached to the main plate portion 5a of the head support portion 5. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, the expandable belt 7a is provided with an adjuster 7d. The length of the elastic belt 7a can be adjusted by the adjuster 7d. The member that adjusts the length of the elastic belt 7a is not limited to the adjuster 7d, and a buckle, a square can, a back can, and the like may be used.

The buckle 7b and the connecting band 7c are parts for removably fixing the telescopic belt 7a to the safety belt 10 worn by the operator. As shown in FIG. 1, the buckle 7b is provided between the elastic belt 7a and the connecting band 7c. A so-called plug-in type is used for the buckle 7b of the present embodiment. That is, the buckle 7b has a male side buckle 7e attached to both left and right ends of the elastic belt 7a, and a female side buckle 7f attached to both ends of the connecting band 7c.

As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, the connecting band 7c of the present embodiment is attached to the buckle 10b of the safety belt 10 via the ring fitting 10a. For this reason, when the male buckle 7e is inserted into the female buckle 7f, the elastic belt 7a and the connecting band 7c are connected, and the lower end of the second support member 7 is fixed to the waist belt of the safety belt 10. For this reason, the buckle 7b, the connecting band 7c, and the ring metal fitting 10a correspond to a waist belt fixing portion. And since the safety belt | band | zone 10 is mounted | worn with the operator's waist | hip | lumbar part, the force which draws the head support part 5 toward the operator's waist | hip | lumbar part side acts with the contraction force of the elastic belt 7a.

The locking metal fitting 8 is a member that locks the middle portion of the second support member 7 in the vicinity of the shoulder portion of the operator, and corresponds to a locking portion. The shoulder belt 9 is a belt-like member for attaching the locking fitting 8 to the back pad 2. The shoulder belt 9 is attached to each of the upper left end and the upper right end of the back pad 2, and a locking fitting 8 is attached to the tip thereof. The locking metal fitting 8 is constituted by, for example, a flat rectangular metal fitting, and the elastic belt 7a is inserted into the inner space. The position of the locking metal 8 is regulated by the shoulder belt 9 and is positioned in the vicinity of the operator's shoulder.

FIGS. 3A and 3B are diagrams for explaining a state in which an operator wears the above-described work support device 1, wherein FIG. 3A is a front view and FIG. 3B is a side view. As shown in FIG. 3, when the work support device 1 is mounted, the back pad 2 is placed on the back of the worker, the chest pad 3 is placed on the chest of the worker, and the chest belt 4 is tightened. Thereby, the back pad 2 and the chest pad 3 are fixed to the upper body of the worker. Moreover, the head support part 5 supports the part corresponding to the back head part of the helmet HM which the operator has covered from back.

Each male buckle 7e is inserted and fixed into the corresponding female buckle 7f, and when the adjuster 7d is operated to remove the slack of the elastic belt 7a, the locking bracket 8 is pulled and positioned near the shoulder of the operator. It is done. When adjusting the length of the elastic belt 7a, the adjuster 7d is arranged on the front side of the operator, so that it can be adjusted while visually checking and the workability is good.

FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining a state in which the worker wearing the work support device 1 takes an upward posture. By taking such an upward posture, the upper body of the worker is bent backward by an angle θb at the position of the waist. Similarly, the operator's head is bent backward by an angle θh.

Accordingly, the first support member 6 bends backward due to the pressing force from the back of the head. The second support member 7 is extended from the operator's waist. Thereby, part of the load applied to the head support portion 5 is transmitted to the upper back of the operator via the first support member 6 and the back pad 2. The remainder of the load is transmitted to the operator's waist through the second support member 7 and the waist belt of the safety belt 10. That is, the load on the head support 5 is distributed and transmitted to the operator's back and waist.

Further, the elastic force of the first support member 6 and the contraction force of the second support member 7 act on the head support portion 5 to increase the force for supporting the occipital region. As a result, the load borne by the operator's neck can be suppressed, and neck fatigue can be reduced. In addition, since the first support member 6 supports the head support portion 5 from the back side of the operator and the second support member 7 supports from the front side, the magnitude of the support force from the front-rear direction is fishing. The head support part 5 can be supported stably.

Further, since the stretchable belt 7a is pulled out from both the left and right sides of the horizontally long main plate portion 5a, and this stretchable belt 7a is fixed to the operator's waist (safety belt 10), the head support portion 5 is held by the left and right stretchable belts 7a. Can be attracted. Thereby, the wobbling of the head support part 5 in the left-right direction can be suppressed, and the head support part 5 can be stably supported.

Next, a confirmation test for confirming the effect of reducing the burden on the neck will be described. In this confirmation test, the burden on the neck was measured by changing the bending angle θb of the upper body and the bending angle θh of the head. Specifically, a plurality of electrodes were attached to the position of the sternocleidomastoid muscle in the neck, and the electrode potential (surface myoelectric potential) was recorded. The product name BioLog manufactured by S & ME was used for recording myoelectric potential. Then, the magnitude of the myoelectric potential was arranged at the muscle activity levels of level 0 to level 6.

The muscle activity level is an index indicating the activity state of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, and indicates the magnitude of the measured surface myoelectric potential. In this confirmation test, the lowest activity state is set to level 0, and the highest activity state is set to level 6. And the higher the level, the greater the burden on the neck.

As the first support member 6 in this confirmation test, a laminated plate in which three SUS plates having a thickness of 0.5 mm were stacked was used. The reason why the laminated plate is used is that the rigidity can be adjusted by the number of SUS plates to be laminated. By using the laminated plate, it is possible to easily select the rigid first support member 6 suitable for the wearer's neck force.

The second support member 7 was a rubber band having a length of 500 mm and a width of 50 mm. As shown in FIG. 5, the rubber band has a characteristic that the elongation with respect to tension is nonlinear. The length of the rubber band was adjusted so that there was no slack and the elongation was 0% for a wearer in an upright posture (flexion angle θb = 0 °, flexion angle θh = 0 °).

In the measurement, the bending angle θb of the upper body was set to three levels of 0 °, 10 °, and 15 °, and the bending angle θh of the head was set to five levels of 0 °, 10 °, 20 °, 30 °, and 40 °. Each bending angle θb, θh was measured with an inclinometer. Each of (1) a non-mounted state of the work support device 1, (2) a support state by only the first support member 6, and (3) a support state by the combined use of the first support member 6 and the second support member 7. Thus, measurement was performed by a combination of the above 3 levels and 5 levels.

The result of the confirmation test is shown in FIG. Here, FIG. 6A shows the test result in the non-mounted state, FIG. 6B shows the test result of only the first support member 6, and FIG. 6C shows the first support member 6 and the second support member. The test results when 7 is used together are shown.

In these figures, the vertical axis represents the muscle activity level and the horizontal axis represents the bending angle θh of the head. In the figure, the solid line shows the result when the upper body is bent at θb = 0 °, the alternate long and short dash line shows the result when θb = 10 °, and the dotted line shows the result when θb = 15 °.

As shown in FIG. 6 (a), it was confirmed that when the work support device 1 is not worn, the muscle activity level (burden on the neck) increases as the head flexion angle θh increases. Similarly, it was confirmed that the muscle activity level increases as the flexion angle θb of the upper body increases.

The case A1 with the upper body bending angle θb = 0 ° and the head bending angle θh = 20 ° is compared with the case A2 with the upper body bending angle θb = 10 ° and the head bending angle θh = 10 °. As is clear from FIG. 4, in both cases A1 and A2, the bending angle of the head with respect to the vertical line V from the ground surface is equal to 20 °. However, the case A2 in which both the upper body and the head are inclined backward by 10 ° has a muscle activity level of about 1.5, and the case A1 in which only the head is inclined backward by 20 ° has a muscle activity level of about 0.7. Met.

Further, the case A3 with the bending angle θb = 10 ° and the bending angle θh = 20 ° is compared with the case A4 with the bending angle θb = 15 ° and the bending angle θh = 10 °. In this case, the bending angle of the head from the vertical line V is 30 ° in case A3 and 25 ° in case A4, and is smaller in case A4. Nevertheless, the muscle activity level of case A4 is about 2.4, which is higher than the muscle activity level of case A3. This relationship is the same between the case A5 having the bending angle θb = 10 ° and the bending angle θh = 30 ° and the case A6 having the bending angle θb = 15 ° and the bending angle θh = 20 °.

From these results, it was confirmed that the burden on the neck is increased when the upper body is bent backward and the neck is bent backward, rather than the neck alone.

Case A7 with bending angle θb = 10 ° and bending angle θh = 40 °, case A8 with bending angle θb = 15 ° and bending angle θh = 30 °, bending angle θb = 15 °, bending angle θh = 40 ° In all cases A9, the muscle activity level was 5.5 or higher, which was the highest value. From this, it was confirmed that the burden on the neck becomes maximum when the upper body and the head are bent backward by a certain angle or more.

As shown in FIG. 6B, in the state where only the first support member 6 is used, the muscle activity level varies according to the flexion angle θb of the upper body, but the change in the muscle activity level due to the flexion angle θh of the head. Became smaller in each step than the unmounted state.

For example, when the bending angle θb = 0 °, the muscle activity level was constant at about 0.5 regardless of the bending angle θb. When the bending angle θb = 10 °, the muscle activity level was around 1.0 regardless of the bending angle θh. In addition, although slightly, there was also a tendency for the muscle activity level to decrease as the bending angle θh increases. In addition, when the bending angle θb = 15 °, the muscle activity level showed a slight variation of about 1.0 at the bending angle θh = 30 °, but in other cases, the muscle activity level was a little less than 2.0.

From these results, it was confirmed that the burden on the neck due to the bending of the head can be reduced by using the first support member 6. However, it was also confirmed that the neck was left with a burden caused by flexion of the upper body.

As shown in FIG. 6 (c), in the case where the first support member 6 and the second support member 7 are used together, the muscle activity level is about 0.5 in any case, and the muscle activity level in the upright state is It was confirmed that it was comparable. That is, it was confirmed that the burden on the neck can be suppressed to the same level as the upright state.

Here, the factor which has suppressed the burden to a neck by using together the 1st supporting member 6 and the 2nd supporting member 7 is considered.

First, a factor is that the load on the head of the wearer (operator) is transmitted separately to the upper back and the waist. That is, a part of the load from the head acting on the head support portion 5 is transmitted to the upper back of the wearer via the first support member 6 and the back pad 2, and the remaining load is transmitted to the second support member. 7 and the waist belt of the safety belt 10 are transmitted to the wearer's waist. Thus, it is considered that the load on the neck is reduced because the load is distributed to the distant parts such as the upper back and the waist.

The first support member 6 transmits the load on the back surface of the wearer, and the second support member 7 transmits the load on the front surface of the wearer. That is, since the load of the head is transmitted on each of the back surface and the front surface of the wearer, the transmitted load can be dispersed in the front-rear direction of the wearer. Thus, it is considered that the burden on the neck is also reduced by the fact that the neck of the wearer is also supported in the front-rear direction.

Moreover, the 2nd support member 7 has a stretching property, The point which draws the head support part 5 to the wearer's waist | hip | lumbar part side by shrink | contracting in a longitudinal direction is also mentioned as a factor. That is, since the head support part 5 is pulled toward the wearer's waist, the second support member 7 is replaced with a head instead of a muscle such as the sternocleidomastoid muscle when continuously working upward. It is thought that the load from the part was borne.

The above description of the embodiment is for facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and does not limit the present invention. The present invention can be changed and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and the present invention includes equivalents thereof. For example, you may comprise as follows.

Regarding the second support member 7, the whole of the second support member 7 is configured by the expandable / contractible belt 7 a in the above-described embodiment, but is not limited to this configuration. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the second support member 7 includes a first belt member 7g made of a non-stretchable material and a second belt member 7h made of a stretchable material such as a rubber band. The second belt member 7h may be attached in the middle of the first belt member 7g. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the stretchable part of the second support member 7 may be constituted by a spring SP.

In addition, regarding the second support member 7, in the above-described embodiment, the one attached to the waist belt of the safety belt 10 is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, a mounting bracket included in the suspender may be attached to the lower end of the second support member 7. In this case, the mounting bracket corresponds to the waist belt fixing portion. Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the lower end of the second support member 7 may be sewn to the waist belt 11.

Furthermore, as shown to Fig.9 (a), regarding the 2nd supporting member 7, it is good also as a structure provided with the non-stretchable belt-shaped member 7g and the reel part 20 which winds up the extended belt-shaped member 7g. In this configuration, female side buckles 7 f are attached to both ends of a belt-like member 7 g that hangs down from the left and right sides of the head support portion 5. On the other hand, a pair of left and right reel portions 20 is attached to the waist belt 11.

As shown in FIG. 9B, the reel unit 20 has a reel 21 in the case 22 for winding the belt-shaped member 7g. A rotational force is applied to the shaft of the reel 21 by a spiral spring (not shown). That is, when the belt-shaped member 7g is drawn out, the spiral spring is wound in the tightening direction, and the rotational force is stored. The stored rotational force serves as an urging force for reducing the overall length of the fed belt-like member 7g.

When the fed belt-like member 7g is released, the spiral spring is deformed in the return direction, and the reel 21 is rotated. As the reel 21 rotates, the base end portion of the belt-like member 7 g is wound around the shaft of the reel 21. Since the male-side buckle 7e is attached to the belt-like member 7g on the reel 21 side, when the belt-like member 7g is released in a state where the male-side buckle 7e is attached to the female-side buckle 7f, the belt-like member 7g is wound by a spiral spring. The overall length of the second support member 7 can be reduced, and appropriate tension can be applied to the second support member 7.

In this embodiment, the belt-like member 7g is urged toward the reel by using a spiral spring as power, but other power may be used. For example, the belt-like member 7g may be biased toward the reel by using a motor as power. Further, the non-stretchable belt-like member 7g can be used in place of the reel portion 20 as long as it is urged so as to reduce its entire length.

In the present embodiment, the reel unit 20 is provided with a lock mechanism 23 that prevents the belt-like member 7g from being fed out and wound up. The lock mechanism 23 includes, for example, a gear 23a that rotates together with the reel 21, and a lock pin 23b that can be moved forward and backward with respect to the gear 23a. Then, the reel 21 is fixed by pushing the lock pin 23b and meshing with the gear 23a, and the belt-like member 7g cannot be paid out or taken up. On the other hand, by retracting the lock pin 23b from the gear 23a, the reel 21 can be rotated, and the belt-like member 7g can be fed and taken up.

By providing such a lock mechanism 23, the belt-like member 7g is fixed at a predetermined length, and the head support portion 5 is fixed accordingly. Thereby, even if the upward work is performed for a long time, the head support portion 5 is prevented from wobbling and the burden on the neck of the operator can be reduced.

Regarding the first support member 6, in the above-described embodiment, the metal plate that bends like a leaf spring by the pressing force from the back of the head is illustrated, but the configuration is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the first support member 6 is composed of a rod-shaped member 6a and a biasing member 6b of a U-shaped leaf spring, and the lower end of the rod-shaped member 6a is interposed via a hinge portion 6c and a base plate 6d. You may attach to the back pad 2 so that rotation is possible, and may urge the upper end part of the rod-shaped member 6a ahead with the urging | biasing member 6b. The urging member 6b is not limited to the U-shaped leaf spring, and a coil spring, rubber or the like can be used. Even if comprised in this way, there exists an effect similar to the above-mentioned embodiment. Further, a plate-like member may be used instead of the rod-like member 6a. That is, a rod-like or plate-like support material can be used.

In the above-described embodiment, the first support member 6 is configured to bias the head support portion 5 forward. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the first support member 6 fixes the position of the head support portion 5. Even if it is the composition which urges head support part 5 ahead only by the 2nd support member 7, it is possible to reduce the burden of the worker at the time of upward work. In short, the 1st support member 6 should just position the head support part 5 in an operator's back head. In addition, if the head support part 5 is urged | biased ahead by the 1st support member 6, the load which the 2nd support member 7 bears will reduce. Thereby, the restrictions of the 2nd support member 7 can be eased, and the freedom degree of design can be increased.

Regarding the back pad 2 and the chest pad 3, in the above-described embodiment, the pads 2 and 3 are connected by the chest belt 4. However, the configuration is not limited to this. For example, the back pad 2 and the chest pad 3 may be attached to the vest and integrated.
