Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、タッチコントロールスクリーンおよび移動通信デバイスを提供し、タッチコントロールディスプレイの分野に関している。タッチコントロールスクリーンおよび移動通信デバイスは、液晶ディスプレイによって生成される電磁妨害雑音を効果的に遮蔽することができ、また、処理技法が単純で、かつ、コストが安価である利点を有している。タッチコントロールスクリーンは、金属フレームと、金属フレームに埋め込まれた液晶ディスプレイと、液晶ディスプレイを覆っているタッチコントロールパネルとを含み、タッチコントロールパネルは透明な導電性遮蔽層を含み、また、透明な導電性遮蔽層は金属フレームに電気接続されている。移動通信デバイスはタッチコントロールスクリーンを含む。

Claims (7)
- 金属フレームと、前記金属フレームに埋め込まれた液晶ディスプレイと、前記液晶ディスプレイを覆っているタッチコントロールパネルとを備え、前記タッチコントロールパネルが透明な導電性遮蔽層を備え、前記透明な導電性遮蔽層が前記金属フレームに電気接続されることを特徴とするタッチコントロールスクリーン。
- 前記タッチコントロールパネルが、前記タッチコントロールパネル内の、前記液晶ディスプレイに近い端部に配置された二酸化ケイ素遮蔽層をさらに備え、前記透明な導電性遮蔽層が、前記二酸化ケイ素遮蔽層上の、前記液晶ディスプレイから離れた端部に配置され、前記二酸化ケイ素遮蔽層が複数の貫通孔を有し、前記透明な導電性遮蔽層が前記貫通孔を介して前記金属フレームに電気接続される、請求項1に記載のタッチコントロールスクリーン。
- 前記二酸化ケイ素遮蔽層が前記複数の貫通孔を有し、前記複数の貫通孔のうち、2つの隣接する貫通孔の間の距離が前記液晶ディスプレイの妨害電磁波の波長と1/20の積である、請求項2に記載のタッチコントロールスクリーン。
- 前記複数の貫通孔が前記二酸化ケイ素遮蔽層の縁の近傍に位置している、請求項3に記載のタッチコントロールスクリーン。
- 前記複数の貫通孔と前記二酸化ケイ素遮蔽層の縁の間の距離が、前記タッチコントロールスクリーン上で静的試験が実施される場合の試験電圧のクリーページ距離より長いか、あるいはクリーページ距離に等しい、請求項4に記載のタッチコントロールスクリーン。
- 前記透明な導電性遮蔽層が、導電性接着剤または導電性フォームを介して前記金属フレームに接続される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のタッチコントロールスクリーン。
- 請求項1から5に記載の前記タッチコントロールスクリーンを備える移動通信デバイス。
