Abstract

Description
(1) 眼科用レンズであって、
第1の材料から形成され、少なくとも光学部及び周辺部を有し、耐用期間を有する、コンタクトレンズと、
前記コンタクトレンズ内に埋め込まれる使用適合標識であって、外部刺激を受けたときに、前記コンタクトレンズの前記耐用期間に等しい所定の期間にわたって不可視状態と可視状態との間で変化可能な材料を含む、使用適合標識と、
を備える、眼科用レンズ。
(2) 前記使用適合標識が、前記コンタクトレンズの前記周辺部の少なくとも一部内に埋め込まれる、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(3) 製造業者によって規定される前記コンタクトレンズの前記耐用期間が、数日から数か月の範囲内であり得る、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(4) 前記材料が、光バンドギャップ材料を含む、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(5) 前記光バンドギャップ材料が、分子配向の所定の周期を有するコレステリック液晶材料を含む、実施態様4に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(7) 前記1つ又は2つ以上のドーパントが、アゾベンゼン部分を含む、実施態様6に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(8) 前記アゾベンゼン部分が、トランス異性体形態及びシス異性体形態を含む、実施態様7に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(9) 前記アゾベンゼン部分の前記トランス異性体形態及び前記シス異性体形態が、前記外部刺激から異性化(isisomerization)を受ける、実施態様8に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(10) 前記外部刺激が、可視光を含む、実施態様9に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(12) 周辺光にさらされたとき、前記アゾベンゼン部分が、光異性化を受け、それにより前記コレステリック液晶材料の前記所定の分子周期を変更する、実施態様11に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(13) 前記材料が、ポリマーの構造に組み込まれる、実施態様12に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(14) 前記材料が、所定の分子配向及びコマンド層を有するコレステリック液晶材料を含む、実施態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(15) 前記コマンド層が、前記外部刺激を受けたときに、前記コレステリック液晶材料の前記所定の分子配向を変更するように構成されたアゾベンゼン部分を含む、実施態様14に記載の眼科用レンズ。
(17) 眼科用レンズであって、
第1の材料から形成されるコンタクトレンズであって、少なくとも光学部及び周辺部を含み、耐用期間を有する、コンタクトレンズと、
前記コンタクトレンズに組み込まれる反転マーキングであって、眼から外したとき可視であり、眼上にあるとき不可視であるように構成された第2の材料、並びに適合標識を含み、前記適合標識が、外部刺激を受けたとき所定の期間にわたって不可視状態と可視状態との間で変化可能な材料を含み、前記コンタクトレンズの前記耐用期間によって前記所定の期間が画定される、反転マーキングと、
を含む、眼科用レンズ。
Claims (17)
- 眼科用レンズであって、
第1の材料から形成され、少なくとも光学部及び周辺部を有し、耐用期間を有する、コンタクトレンズと、
前記コンタクトレンズ内に埋め込まれる使用適合標識であって、外部刺激を受けたときに、前記コンタクトレンズの前記耐用期間に等しい所定の期間にわたって不可視状態と可視状態との間で変化可能な材料を含む、使用適合標識と、
を備える、眼科用レンズ。 - 前記使用適合標識が、前記コンタクトレンズの前記周辺部の少なくとも一部内に埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 製造業者によって規定される前記コンタクトレンズの前記耐用期間が、数日から数か月の範囲内であり得る、請求項1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記材料が、光バンドギャップ材料を含む、請求項1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記光バンドギャップ材料が、分子配向の所定の周期を有するコレステリック液晶材料を含む、請求項4に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記材料が、1つ又は2つ以上のドーパントを更に含む、請求項5に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記1つ又は2つ以上のドーパントが、アゾベンゼン部分を含む、請求項6に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記アゾベンゼン部分が、トランス異性体形態及びシス異性体形態を含む、請求項7に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記アゾベンゼン部分の前記トランス異性体形態及び前記シス異性体形態が、前記外部刺激から異性化を受ける、請求項8に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記外部刺激が、可視光を含む、請求項9に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記光が、周辺光を含む、請求項10に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 周辺光にさらされたとき、前記アゾベンゼン部分が、光異性化を受け、それにより前記コレステリック液晶材料の前記所定の分子周期を変更する、請求項11に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記材料が、ポリマーの構造に組み込まれる、請求項12に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記材料が、所定の分子配向及びコマンド層を有するコレステリック液晶材料を含む、請求項1に記載の眼科用レンズ。

- レンズであって、第1の材料を含み、耐用期間、及び前記レンズ内に埋め込まれた使用適合標識を有し、前記使用適合標識は、外部刺激を受けたとき、所定の期間にわたって不可視状態と可視状態との間で変化可能な材料を含み、前記所定の期間が前記レンズの前記耐用期間と等しい、レンズ。
