Description

The present invention relates to a hot water supply apparatus that recovers latent heat of exhaust gas to improve efficiency.

(例えば、特許文献1)   Conventionally, in this type of device, for example, in a direct-pressure hot water supply apparatus that uses hot water pressure as it is, a primary heat exchange unit is provided above the burner unit, downstream of the primary heat exchange unit, That is, there is a secondary heat exchange unit that recovers the latent heat of the exhaust gas and an exhaust passage through which the exhaust gas flows, and a silencer is provided in the exhaust passage upstream of the secondary heat exchange unit. (For example, Patent Document 1)

By the way, in this conventional type, because of the direct pressure type, in hot water supply operation, the combustion gas generated by combustion in the combustion chamber and the tap water that has passed through the secondary heat exchange section are heat-exchanged in the primary heat exchange section, so that the tap water is obtained. After heating and supplying hot water from the hot water supply pipe, the combustion gas exchanged in the primary heat exchange section passes through the secondary heat exchange section and exchanges heat with tap water passing through the secondary heat exchange section. It is exhausted.
Therefore, since tap water always passes through the secondary heat exchange section during the hot water supply operation, the heat exchange pipe in the secondary heat exchange section was not overheated to a high temperature.

However, with a hot water storage type hot water supply device in which the bath heat exchanger for the bath circuit is arranged in the hot water storage section, in the bath heating operation, the combustion gas generated by combustion in the combustion chamber is for the bath located in the hot water storage section. After exchanging heat with the heat exchanger, it passes through the secondary heat exchange section and is exhausted.
At this time, the tap water in the heat exchange pipe of the secondary heat exchange section does not flow, and the water supply pipe connected to the heat exchange pipe is provided with a check valve for preventing back flow to city water, and the secondary heat. The connecting pipe that connects the exchange section and the primary heat exchange section is equipped with a pressure reducing check valve to maintain the hot water supply pressure, so there is no escape space for the pressure rise when the secondary heat exchange section is aired. The risk of damage to the secondary heat exchange section was increased.

This invention pays attention to this point and solves the above-mentioned problem. In particular, the structure is mainly composed of a combustion chamber in which a combustion burner is disposed, and a primary heat in which a smoke pipe is disposed above the combustion chamber and through which combustion gas passes. A hot water storage chamber constituting the exchanger, a secondary heat exchanger disposed above the hot water storage chamber and having a heat exchange pipe, and a bath heat exchanger disposed above the hot water storage chamber are provided. The water supply pipe connected to the upstream side of the heat exchange pipe is provided with a check valve, the communication pipe connecting the downstream side of the heat exchange pipe and the hot water storage chamber is provided with a pressure reducing check valve, and An overpressure relief valve is provided between the heat exchange pipe and the pressure reducing check valve.

As described above, according to the present invention, even if the heating operation by the bath heat exchanger is performed independently, even if the secondary heat exchanger is heated without flowing tap water and the internal pressure rises, this pressure rise The overpressure relief valve opens and escapes to the outside, so that the secondary heat exchanger is surely prevented from being damaged due to an increase in internal pressure, and the water supply pipe connected to the heat exchange pipe is connected to city water. Since a check valve that prevents backflow is provided, it is possible to reliably prevent backflow of hot water into city water even if the secondary heat exchanger rises in internal pressure as described above, and further downstream of the heat exchange pipe. Since the pressure reducing check valve is provided in the connecting pipe that communicates the side and the hot water storage chamber, a pressure reducing check valve is provided upstream of the heat exchange pipe, so that the secondary heat exchanger serves as a flow resistance and hot water supply pressure. The hot water supply is always good without being reduced.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The schematic block diagram of the hot water supply apparatus which shows one Embodiment of this invention.

Next, one embodiment of a hot water supply apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer can provided with a cylindrical inner can 2 at an inner lower portion. A hot water storage chamber 3 constituting a primary heat exchanger for storing hot water is formed between the inner can 2 and the inner can 2. The inside is a combustion chamber 5 in which a gun-type combustion burner 4 faces.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a plurality of smoke pipes that connect the combustion chamber 5 in the inner can 2 and the secondary heat exchanger 7 in the upper portion of the outer can 1 through the hot water storage chamber 3. The baffle plates 8 are provided for improving the heat exchange efficiency.

A bath heat exchanger 9 is wound around the outer periphery of the smoke pipe 6 in the hot water storage chamber 3. The bathtub 10 is connected to a bath return pipe 11, a bath thermistor 12, and a bath return pipe 14 equipped with a bath pump 13. The bath water is circulated to the bath heat exchanger 9 by driving the bath pump 13 so that the bath water is heated by exchanging heat with the hot water in the hot water storage chamber 3, and is transferred to the bathtub 10 through the bath outlet pipe 11. It is returned, and this circulation is sequentially performed to boil the bath.

Reference numeral 15 denotes a heat exchange pipe disposed in the secondary heat exchanger 7, and a water supply pipe 17 provided with a check valve 16 for preventing a reverse flow of hot water to city water is connected to the upstream side, and a hot water storage is provided on the downstream side. It communicates with a connecting pipe 18 connected to the lower part of the chamber 3. The connecting pipe 18 has a constant feed water pressure and a maximum working pressure in the heat exchanger is set to 0.1 MPa (the high pressure tamp is 0. 0). The pressure reducing check valve 19 is set to the front side of the secondary heat exchanger 7, and when it is attached here, the secondary heat is provided. Since the hot water supply pressure is further reduced by the flow resistance of the exchanger 7 and hot water supply from the hot water storage chamber 3 constituting the primary heat exchanger is not performed well, the communication pipe 18 is provided with a pressure reducing check valve 19. It is.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a hot water pipe connected to the upper part of the hot water storage chamber 3, which is provided with a plurality of hot water taps 21, and is provided with a pressure reducing check valve 19 in front of the secondary heat exchanger 7. A pressure reducing check valve 19 is not provided in the communication pipe 18 between the secondary heat exchanger 7 and the hot water storage chamber 3 constituting the primary heat exchanger, instead of the hot water in which the hot water supply pressure is reduced by the flow resistance of the secondary heat exchanger 7. Therefore, it is possible to always obtain hot water supply with a good hot water supply pressure regardless of the flow resistance of the secondary heat exchanger 7.

An overpressure relief valve 22 is provided in the middle of the connecting pipe 18 between the heat exchange pipe 15 and the pressure reducing check valve 19, and the hot water in the hot water storage chamber 3 is obtained by burning the bath heat exchanger 9 with the combustion burner 4. The secondary heat exchanger 7 is heated by the exhaust gas of the combustion of the combustion burner 4 in the absence of a feed water flow, and the inside of the secondary heat exchanger 7 is emptied by the heating operation of the bath heated via When the pressure rises to an abnormal pressure of 0.75 MPa or more, which is the primary pressure setting pressure of the pressure reducing check valve 19, the pressure is released, and the abnormal pressure is released to the outside to release the secondary heat. The breakage of the vessel 7 is prevented.

Reference numeral 23 denotes a flow sensor provided in the hot water supply pipe 20, which detects flowing water due to the opening of the hot water tap 21, indicates that there is a heat request, and controls the combustion of the combustion burner 4.
A can body thermistor 24 is provided on the outer periphery of the upper portion of the outer can 1 and controls the combustion of the combustion burner 4 so as to detect the hot water storage temperature and maintain it at a predetermined temperature.

A spray nozzle 25 of the combustion burner 4 is provided with an ignition rod 26 at the front end, and an oil feed pipe 27 is connected to the rear end to communicate with an electromagnetic bump 28.
Reference numeral 29 denotes an exhaust unit that silences the exhaust gas that has passed through the secondary heat exchanger 7 and exhausts it outside the apparatus.

Next, the operation of the hot water supply operation of this embodiment will be described.
First, in the hot water supply operation, when the flow sensor 23 detects flowing water due to the opening of the hot water tap 21, the combustion burner 4 starts combustion, and water from the city water exchanges heat in the secondary heat exchanger 7 from the water supply pipe 17. After passing through the pipe 15 and exchanging heat with the exhaust gas, it passes through the pressure reducing check valve 19 from the connecting pipe 18 and flows into the lower part of the hot water storage chamber 3.
The hot water supply operation is continued while controlling the combustion of the combustion burner 4 so that the hot water storage temperature is detected by the can body thermistor 24 and held at a predetermined temperature.

At this time, the feed water flowing into the lower part of the hot water storage chamber 3 is heated by exchanging heat with the exhaust gas when passing through the heat exchange pipe 15 in the secondary heat exchanger 7, so that the combustion burner 4 is combusted accordingly. In addition, hot water can flow into the hot water storage chamber 3 from the heat exchange pipe 15 through the pressure reducing check valve 19 of the communication pipe 18 so that the predetermined temperature of the hot water supply is maintained. The hot water is stored in the hot water supply pipe 21 through the hot water supply pipe 20 and opened at a good hot water pressure, and not only the heat exchange of the sensible heat of the exhaust gas in the hot water storage chamber 3 is performed. In the secondary heat exchanger 7, the latent heat is also used as a heating source, and there is no waste and it is possible to always provide a good hot water supply by an extremely efficient heat exchange.

Next, the operation of the bath heating operation of this embodiment will be described.
First, when a boiling switch (not shown) of a remote controller (not shown) is turned on, the combustion burner 4 starts to burn and the bath pump 13 is also driven at the same time. The return pipe 14 passes through the bath heat exchanger 9 in the hot water storage chamber 3, is heated by exchanging heat with the high temperature water in the hot water storage chamber 3, returns to the bathtub 10 through the bath going pipe 11, and the bath thermistor 12. When the detected temperature reaches the set temperature, it is determined that the bath boiling is completed, and the combustion burner 4 and the bath pump 13 are stopped.

At this time, it is only necessary to supply hot water. If hot water is not supplied, the exhaust gas of combustion of the combustion burner 4 for heating the hot water in the hot water storage chamber 3 by the boiling operation is used as the secondary heat exchanger. 7, and the heat exchange pipe 15 is heated in a state where there is no supply of water and is heated to an empty state, and the pressure in the heat exchange pipe 15 rises, but the upstream of the heat exchange pipe 15 The water supply pipe 17 on the side is provided with a check valve 16 for preventing a back flow to city water, and the communication pipe 18 on the downstream side is provided with a pressure reducing check valve 19 so that the pressure rise in the heat exchange pipe 15 is increased. However, in the present invention, since the overpressure relief valve 22 is provided between the heat exchange pipe 15 in the middle of the connecting pipe 18 and the pressure reducing check valve 19, the pressure increase in the heat exchange pipe 15 is Secondary heat exchange is released from the overpressure relief valve 22 to the outside. 7 breakage of the heat exchange pipe 15 constituting reliably prevented, in which always to be able to use at ease.

As described above, in the present invention, by providing the secondary heat exchanger 7 for recovering latent heat, a good hot water supply can be obtained by efficient heat exchange, and the check valve 16 to the city water and the reverse pressure reduction can be obtained. By communicating with the hot water storage chamber 3 constituting the primary heat exchanger via the stop valve 19, it is possible to obtain hot water with sufficient hot water pressure while being easy to use and safe, and to communicate with the overpressure relief valve 22. By providing between the heat exchange pipe 15 and the pressure reducing check valve 19 in the middle of the pipe 18, the secondary heat exchanger 7 and the hot water storage chamber 3 can be reliably prevented from being damaged by overpressure, and can be relieved for a long time. It can be used.
