Description

The present invention relates to a cab reinforcing structure.

In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2006-21709, a torsion bar for reducing the operating force during carburing is provided in a cab mount support pipe filled with a granular member, and the cab mount support pipe is attached to a frame via a rubber member. A cab mount structure is described in which the transmission of vibration from the frame to the cab is blocked by fixing.

By the way, when vibration of a predetermined frequency is input to the cab of the cab-over type truck, the upper part of the front panel of the cab and the entire dash panel may vibrate in phase with each other and in reverse phase with a part of the floor panel. is there. Such vibrations of the cab greatly change the volume of the passenger compartment, thus significantly aggravating the muffled noise in the passenger compartment.

In the cab mount having the conventional structure described above, vibration input to the cab due to solid propagation can be blocked, but vibration input to the cab due to air propagation cannot be suppressed. Therefore, when vibration of a predetermined frequency is input to the cab due to air propagation, the above-described vibration may be generated in the cab, and there is a possibility that the muffled noise in the passenger compartment will be significantly deteriorated.

For this reason, it is preferable that the cab has a structure that does not significantly deteriorate the booming noise in the passenger compartment even when vibration of a predetermined frequency is input.

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a cab reinforcing structure capable of suppressing a remarkable deterioration of a booming noise in a vehicle interior.

In order to achieve the above object, a cab reinforcing structure according to the present invention includes a front panel that forms the front surface of the vehicle body, and a floor panel that extends from the front edge joined to the lower edge of the front panel to the rear of the vehicle to form a floor surface. A cab reinforcing structure that has a dash panel that extends from the front edge joined to the rear edge of the floor panel to the rear of the vehicle and forms a floor surface together with the floor panel, and vibrates by vibration input of a predetermined frequency, A first vibration region, a second vibration region, a third vibration region, and a reinforcing member are provided.

The first vibration region includes at least an upper portion of the front panel among the front panel and the floor panel. The second vibration region includes at least the entire dash panel of the floor panel and the dash panel, and vibrates in phase with the first vibration region by vibration input of a predetermined frequency. The third vibration area is an area where the front side of the vehicle is continuous with the first vibration area and the rear side of the vehicle is continuous with the second vibration area, and includes at least a part of the floor panel among the front panel and the floor panel, It vibrates in the opposite phase to the first vibration region and the second vibration region by the vibration input of the frequency. The reinforcing member has a rod-like shape, has both end portions fixed to the first vibration region and the second vibration region, respectively, and the first vibration region and the second vibration when a vibration having a predetermined frequency is input. Suppresses region vibration.

In the above configuration, one end is fixed to the first vibration region including the upper part of the front panel, the other end is included in the second vibration region that includes the entire dash panel and vibrates in phase with the first vibration region by vibration input of a predetermined frequency. Is fixed, and a rod-shaped reinforcing member is provided that suppresses vibration in the first vibration region and the second vibration region when vibration of a predetermined frequency is input. When the vibration in the first vibration region and the second vibration region is suppressed, the vibration in the third vibration region that is continuous with the first vibration region and the second vibration region is suppressed.

For this reason, the vibration of the 1st-3rd vibration area by the vibration input of a predetermined frequency can be controlled by forming the reinforcing member with a member having a desired rigidity and providing an appropriate number at an appropriate position. it can. Therefore, even when a vibration having a predetermined frequency is input, it is possible to suppress a marked deterioration of the booming noise. In addition, since only a rod-shaped reinforcing member is provided, the rigidity of the cab is increased and the vibration of the cab is suppressed by fixing a plate-like member along various panels constituting the cab. The large increase in the weight of the cab can be suppressed.

In addition, one of both end portions of the reinforcing member may be fixed to the first vibration region or the second vibration region in the vicinity of the boundary with the third vibration region.

In the above configuration, one end of the reinforcing member is fixed in the vicinity of the boundary between the first vibration region or the second vibration region and the third vibration region. For this reason, it is possible to minimize the extension of the reinforcing member to the feet of the passenger.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the remarkable deterioration of the booming sound in a vehicle interior can be suppressed.

It is a schematic perspective view of the cab which concerns on one Embodiment. It is a figure which shows the vibration of a cab when the vibration of a predetermined frequency is input.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a cab according to an embodiment. FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the vibration of the cab when a vibration having a predetermined frequency is input. In FIG. 1, FR indicates the front of the vehicle, and UP indicates the upper side of the vehicle. Moreover, in FIG. 2, the arrow has shown the direction of the vibration of each panel which forms a cab. In the following description, the front-rear direction and the up-down direction are the same as the directions of the vehicle, and the left-right direction indicates the directions when the vehicle front is viewed from the rear of the vehicle.

As shown in FIG. 1, a cab 1 having a cab reinforcing structure according to the present invention is a cab of a cab-over type truck 2 and is formed in a substantially box shape by a plurality of panels, and defines a vehicle compartment 14. The plurality of panels include a front window panel 3 and a front panel 4 that form the front surface of the cab 1, a floor panel 6 and a dash panel 9 that form the floor surface of the cab 1, and a back panel 12 that forms the rear surface of the cab 1. And a roof panel 13 that forms the ceiling surface of the cab 1. The front panel 4 is disposed below the front window panel 3. The floor panel 6 extends rearward from the front edge 7 joined to the lower edge 5 of the front panel 4. The dash panel 9 extends rearward from the front edge 10 joined to the rear edge 8 of the floor panel 6.

The cab 1 is supported on the vehicle body frame 17 at four locations by a pair of left and right front cab mounts 15 and a pair of left and right rear cab mounts 16. The front cab mount 15 supports two places near the front edge 7 of the floor panel 6, and the rear cab mount 16 supports two places near the rear edge 11 of the dash panel 9.

The cab 1 is supported by the vehicle body frame 17 by the cab mounts 15 and 16 as described above, and vibrations having a predetermined frequency (for example, around 38 Hz) are transmitted through the cab mounts 15 and 16 through solid propagation or air. When input by propagation, as shown in FIG. 2, it vibrates so as to greatly change the volume of the passenger compartment 14. Specifically, among the front panel 4, the front window panel 3, and the roof panel 13, a region (first vibration region) T1 excluding the vicinity of the lower edge 5 of the front panel 4 and the rear portion of the roof panel 13, and the floor panel 6 Of the dash panel 9 and the back panel 12, the area (second vibration area) T2 excluding the front part of the floor panel 6 and the upper part of the back panel 12 vibrates in phase with each other, and the vicinity of the lower edge 5 of the front panel 4 Including a front portion of the floor panel 6 and a region (third vibration region) T3 continuous with the first vibration region T1 and the second vibration region T2, a rear portion of the roof panel 13, and an upper portion of the back panel 12. A region (fourth vibration region) T4 continuous to the vibration region T1 and the second vibration region T2 vibrates in phase with each other, and the first vibration region T1, the second vibration region T2, and the third vibration region. And T3 and a fourth vibration area T4 vibrate in opposite phases.

Two front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21 and two dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27 are provided at the front lower portion inside the cab 1. The front panel reinforcement members 18 and 21 and the dash panel reinforcement members 24 and 27 are members having a desired rigidity and are formed in a rod shape. The vibration of the cab 1 when a vibration having a predetermined frequency is input (hereinafter referred to as a vibration). , Referred to as a predetermined vibration of the cab 1).

One of the two front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21 is disposed on the left side of the center in the vehicle width direction, and the other 21 is disposed on the right side of the center in the vehicle width direction. The two front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21 are respectively fixed to the upper part of the front panel 4 whose one ends 19 and 22 are the first vibration region T1 by the fixing member 30, and the other ends 20 and 23 are the second vibration region T2. It is fixed by a fixing member 30 to the center of the floor panel 6 in the vicinity of the front end (vibration node).

The two dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27 are arranged such that one 24 is on the left side of the center in the vehicle width direction and in the vicinity of the right side of one front panel reinforcing member 18, and the other 27 is on the right side of the center in the vehicle width direction. It is arranged near the left side of the other front panel reinforcing member 21. The two dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27 are fixed to the front portion of the dash panel 9 whose one ends 25 and 28 are the second vibration region T2 by the fixing member 30, respectively, and the other ends 26 and 29 are the first vibration region T1. It is fixed by a fixing member 30 in the vicinity of the lower edge 5 of the front panel 4, which is in the vicinity of the lower end (vibration node).

For this reason, the vibration of the first vibration region T1 is suppressed by the front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21, and the vibration of the second vibration region T2 is suppressed by the dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27. Further, the vibrations of the third vibration region T3 and the fourth vibration region T4 are suppressed by suppressing the vibrations of the first vibration region T1 and the second vibration region T2.

As described above, in the cab 1 configured as described above, the front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21 that suppress the vibration of the first vibration region T1 and the dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27 that suppress the vibration of the second vibration region T2. Therefore, even when a vibration having a predetermined frequency is input, the predetermined vibration of the cab 1 can be suppressed, and the significant deterioration of the booming noise in the passenger compartment 14 can be suppressed.

Further, in order to suppress the predetermined vibration of the cab 1, only four rod-shaped rigid members (two front panel reinforcing members 18, 21 and two dash panel reinforcing members 24, 27) are provided. Without significantly increasing the weight of the cab 1, it is possible to suppress the predetermined vibration of the cab 1 and suppress the remarkable deterioration of the booming noise in the passenger compartment 14.

Further, the other ends 20, 23, 26 and 29 of the front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21 and the dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27 are respectively connected to the boundaries of the second vibration region T2 and the first vibration region T1 with the third vibration region T3. Since it fixes to the vicinity, the overhang | projection of these reinforcement members 18, 21, 24, 27 to a passenger | crew's step can be stopped to the minimum.

The reinforcing members that suppress the vibrations in the first vibration region T1 and the second vibration region T2 are not limited to the two front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21 and the two dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27. For example, only one of the front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21 and the dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27 may be provided, and one each of the front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21 and the dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27 are provided. It may be. Moreover, any one may be sufficient.

Further, the positions for fixing the both ends of the front panel reinforcing members 18 and 21 and the dash panel reinforcing members 24 and 27 are as described above if one is in the first vibration region T1 and the other is in the second vibration region T2. It is not limited. However, if both ends are fixed in the vicinity of the boundary (node of vibration) with the third vibration region T3 or the fourth vibration region T4, there is no or little effect of suppressing the predetermined vibration of the cab 1, so at least one of the first vibration region It is preferable that the position is separated to some extent from the boundary with the third vibration region T3 and the fourth vibration region T4.

Further, the cab to which the cab reinforcing structure of the present invention is applied is not limited to the cab 1 that vibrates in the vibration state as described above, and at least when a vibration having a predetermined frequency is input, The cab may be such that the entire dash panel vibrates in the same phase with each other and vibrates in a reverse phase with a part of the floor panel.

The above embodiment is an example of the present invention and can be changed without departing from the present invention.

The present invention is useful for suppressing the deterioration of the booming noise.
