Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a structure of a pipe that connects a pipe buried outside a building and a pipe arranged inside the building.
Indoor pipes such as drain pipes and water supply pipes in the building penetrate the foundation concrete under the floor and lead to the outside of the building, and are connected to the main pipe, which is an underground pipe buried in the adjacent road. As a conventional building piping structure, for example, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. The drainage pipe structure of the building described in Patent Document 1 is embedded in the foundation concrete layer under the building floor, and in the sheath pipe through which the drainage pipe is inserted, the outer part of the drainage pipe is a flexible pipe and the inner part is cut. The length of the flexible tube is a straight tube that can be easily adjusted, and the outdoor side end of the flexible tube is positioned and fixed by a positioning nut screwed through an outdoor side socket.
In a conventional building piping structure, after a foundation contractor forms a concrete surface with a solid foundation, a pipe that connects a pipe buried outside the building and a pipe arranged inside the building, or this pipe is inserted. In order to install the sheath pipe, the plumbing company excavates the concrete surface and opens a through hole that leads to the outside and inside of the building, so it takes time to install the pipe. Therefore, if the piping work for connecting the outside of the building and the inside of the building can be facilitated, the construction period can be shortened and the cost can be reduced.
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the piping structure of the building which can aim at shortening of a work period and suppression of cost by being able to perform piping work easily.
In the building piping structure of the present invention, the underground piping buried outside the building is erected from the ground and penetrates the foundation beam erected from the foundation of the building, and the indoor piping in the building A piping structure of a building arranged in such a manner that the underground piping is erected from the ground, and the piping portion that penetrates the foundation beam is surrounded by an enclosure that hides exposure, and the piping portion is The soil is covered with planting soil disposed in the enclosure.
The building piping structure of the present invention excavates a through-hole for passing the pipe through the foundation by making the pipe buried outside the building through the wall surface of the foundation beam and being arranged inside the building. Since there is no need, piping work can be facilitated. Since the underground piping is erected from the ground and the piping part that penetrates the foundation beam is surrounded by an enclosure, the piping can be hidden from the surroundings, protecting the piping and improving the aesthetics Can be made. As the shielding means for hiding exposure of the pipe portion, the enclosure can be made into a flower bed or a field by covering it with planting soil arranged in the enclosure. Here, the piping includes not only a drain pipe and a water supply pipe but also a gas pipe, a power line, a telephone line, a pipe for passing an optical fiber, and a sheath pipe for inserting various pipes.
It is desirable that the pipe in which the underground pipe is erected from the ground and the pipe that is formed as an indoor pipe penetrating the foundation beam are connected by an L-shaped pipe. By doing so, indoor piping can be piped without bending up and down only by connecting an L-shaped pipe to outdoor piping erected from the ground.
The underground piping is erected from the ground, penetrates the foundation beam on one side of the building, becomes an indoor piping in the building, penetrates the foundation beam on the other side of the building, and is outside the building It is also possible to arrange it as underground piping buried. By providing the piping in the building in this way, the length of the piping from the building in the other direction can be shortened.
The indoor pipe that penetrates the foundation beam on the other side of the building becomes a buried underground pipe, is arranged in another adjacent building, and further penetrates the foundation beam on one side of the other adjacent building. It becomes indoor piping in the other building, penetrates the foundation beam on the other side of the other building, becomes underground piping buried outside the building, and is continuously arranged to other buildings It is possible. By providing piping continuously in the buildings lined up in this way, piping to adjacent buildings can be shortened.
According to the present invention, it is not necessary to excavate a through hole for passing a pipe through a foundation, so that a pipe work can be facilitated. Therefore, the present invention can shorten the work period and reduce the cost.
Further, in the conventional piping structure, since piping is passed through the foundation, when cracks occur in the piping, the foundation portion through the piping cannot be excavated, so the piping cannot be replaced. Therefore, it is necessary to dig a new place or to make a new pipe by drilling a hole in the wall of the building. However, in the piping structure of the present invention, it is not necessary to excavate the frame itself when performing repair work. Therefore, the present invention can be easily repaired, and is excellent in maintainability.
(Embodiment 1)
A building piping structure according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, taking a detached house in an apartment house as an example.
A detached house 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a two-story all-electric house. A
In this detached house 1, three types of pipes are arranged as pipes around the water. The pipe includes a hot water supply pipe P1 that supplies hot water, a water supply pipe P2 that supplies city water, and a sewage pipe P3 that is a drain pipe.
Outside the building, the hot water supply pipe P1 is connected to a water heater (not shown), the water supply pipe P2 is connected to a water meter (not shown), and the sewage pipe P3 is connected to a septic tank (not shown). .

Each of the hot water supply pipe P1, the water supply pipe P2, and the sewage pipe P3 is a pipe part inside the building through which the underground pipe L1 that is a pipe part outside the building passes through the location where the
Here, the piping structure and construction method in the
The hot water supply pipe P1, the water supply pipe P2, and the sewage pipe P3 at the self-
And since
A construction method of the hot water supply pipe P1, the water supply pipe P2, and the sewage pipe P3 will be described. In the construction method according to the first embodiment, first, when the
Next, elbow pipes P1a, P2a, and P3a are connected to the pipes P1 to P3 that are buried outside the building and are erected from the position of the bottom surface of
Next, the
Since the underground pipe L1 erected from the ground is connected to the horizontal pipes P1b to P3b by elbow pipes P1a to P3a that change the angle in the pipe direction by 90 °, the horizontal pipes P1b to P3b installed under the floor Can be piped without bending up and down.
Next, the gap between the
Then, concrete is placed on the mold formed to form the
In this way, the pipes connecting the pipes P1 to P3 outside the building and the pipes P1 to P3 inside the building are not drilled through the through holes for passing the pipes through the foundation or discarded concrete. Can be easy. Therefore, the construction period can be shortened and the cost can be reduced.
Further, since the pipes P1 to P3 are penetrated through the
Since the
Moreover, in this Embodiment 1, since it demonstrated the example of the detached house 1 of all electrification, it was three types, the hot water supply piping P1, the water supply piping P2, and the sewage piping P3, as a piping, but a gas pipe, a telephone line Similarly, piping for passing power lines, CATV cables, piping for passing optical fibers used in the Internet, and the like can be similarly passed from the position where the

On the roads R31 and R32, a substantially trapezoidal residential area S3 aligns the other adjacent residential area S3 with the narrow upper bottom T1 side and the wide lower bottom T2 side shown in FIG. A plurality of arcuate roads R31 and R32 are arranged with the upper base T1 facing the outside in the bending direction.

The
The dwelling place S3 has a substantially trapezoidal shape, but in the fourth embodiment, the opposite side T4 facing the hypotenuse T3 is partitioned into a trapezoid whose angle between the upper base T1 and the lower base T2 is a right angle.
In each dwelling place S3, from the upper bottom T1 for a resident's vehicle which passed the

In this way, the dwelling place S3 in which the dwelling unit U is constructed is arranged on the site Sx along the roads R31 and R32 without any gaps.
Next, the electrical wiring of the
As shown in FIG. 8, an
The in-site wiring L4a from the
A part of the in-site wiring L4a wired along the road R32 is wired to the

In this manner, as in the first to third embodiments, the through hole for passing the pipe through the foundation or the abandoned concrete is excavated for the pipe connecting the underground pipe Px outside the building and the indoor pipe Py inside the building. Since it does not pass through, piping work can be facilitated. Therefore, the construction period can be shortened and the cost can be reduced. In addition, the underground pipe Px becomes the indoor pipe Py of the

In addition, although the electric wiring was demonstrated in this Embodiment 4, it can pipe similarly about a waterworks pipe. In addition, since the
