Next, assembly, operation, and effect of the showcase 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
The showcase 1 according to this embodiment is assembled at a factory of a processor by a so-called knockdown method. Although the assembly procedure is not particularly limited, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, first, the grounding portion 27 of the lower frame 5 in which the lower frame members 5 a to 5 d are assembled together with the lower corner piece 11 around the base frame 2 with the screw 4. Secure to.
Next, the collar frame 7 is attached to each lower corner piece 11, and the panel 9 is fitted into the lower frame 5 and the collar frame 7 on the front and left and right side surfaces.
The upper frame 3 is formed by assembling the upper frame members 3 a to 3 d together with the upper corner piece 10, and the eaves frame insertion portion 10 c of the upper corner piece 10 is inserted into the upper end of each eave frame 7 at the upper end of the eave frame 7. Attach the upper frame 3 to the. Thereafter, the bottom plate 29 is placed on the bottom plate placement surface 27 a of the ground contact portion 27 of the lower frame 3.
The base 39a of the shelf column 39 is pushed into the opening 17a of the groove 17 and attached to the groove 17 on each of the left and right rear eaves frames 7, and the shelf caps 53 are attached to the upper and lower ends of each shelf column 39.
Next, the middle shelf column 22 is disposed at the middle position of the upper horizontal frame member 3d on the rear side, and the lower end thereof is attached to the holder 26 fixed to the bottom plate 29, and the holder 24 is attached to the upper end of the middle shelf column 22 Then, while pushing the lower end of the middle shelf column 22 into the receiving tool 26, the holding tool 24 is screwed to the slide member 21 provided in the groove portion 17 of the upper horizontal frame member 3d.
Next, after attaching the shelf board bracket 41 to the left and right shelf columns 39 and the middle shelf column 22, the shelf board 42 is placed on the shelf board bracket 41.
Thereafter, the top plate 15 is attached. The top plate 15 is attached by fitting the top plate engaging portions 14 a of the top plate fixture 14 into the respective corners of the top plate 15 and attaching the top plate 15 together with the top plate fixture 14. After dropping on the circumference and placing it on the top plate placing part 13 of the upper frame 3, the upper frame engaging part 14 b is bent to enter into the groove of the groove part 17 of the upper horizontal frame member 3.
Finally, the rail member 33 is attached to the lower ends of the open / close panels 9a and 9b, the cover member 55 is attached to the upper end, and the open / close panels 9a and 9b are interposed between the upper horizontal frame member 3d and the lower horizontal frame member 5d. Install.

Next, a case where two showcases 1a and 1b are stacked will be described with reference to FIGS. The two showcases 1a and 1b are the same type as the showcase 1 described above.
As described above, the lower showcase 1a and the upper showcase 1b are respectively assembled, and the lower frame of the upper showcase 1b is not placed on the top plate placing portion 13 of the upper frame 3 of the lower showcase 1a. 5 is placed on the top plate placing portion 13 of the upper frame 3.
Thereby, the upper surface (outer peripheral upper surface) 12a of the main body portion 12 of the upper frame 3 of the lower showcase 1a and the lower surface 25b of the lower frame main body portion 25 of the upper showcase 1b come into contact with each other, and the upper frame 3 of the lower showcase 1a. The lower surface 27b of the grounding portion 27 comes into contact with the stepped top plate mounting portion 13 which is lower than the upper surface 12a of the upper frame main body portion 12 on the inner peripheral side of the upper frame body portion 12, thereby The lower frame 5 of the case 1b is fitted.
The showcases 1a and 1b shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 are provided with open / close panels 9a and 9b on the front side, and a support bar 45 is attached to the front side frame member 3c of the upper frame 3. The holder 24 that holds the upper end of the bar 45 is fixed to the groove 17 of the front lateral frame member 3c by the slide member 21. Further, the lower end of the support bar 45 is inserted and held in a receiver 26 fixed to the bottom plate 29.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the showcases 1 a and 1 b that are installed alone are stacked and installed, the top plate placement portion 13 of the lower showcase 1 a is mounted. By placing the grounding portion 27 of the upper showcase 1b and fitting the lower frame 5 of the upper showcase 1b to the upper frame 3 of the lower showcase 1a, the outer periphery of the grounding portion 27 of the upper showcase 1b is placed on the lower showcase. Since it is surrounded and held by the main body portion 12 (outer peripheral side portion) of the upper frame 1a, it is possible to prevent the upper showcase 1b from falling or slipping without almost any additional processing or using additional parts.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the frame members 5 a to 5 d of the lower frame 5, the lower surface 27 b of the grounding portion 27 has a step shape lower than the lower surface 25 a of the main body portion 25 of the lower frame 5. Since the top and bottom dimensions of the upper surface to be found appear small as the top and bottom dimensions of only the main body 25, the appearance is good. Further, since a gap S is formed between the upper surface of the table 2 and the main body 25 of the lower frame 5, the lower frame 5 does not get in the way when the front plate 2a of the table 2 is removed.
As shown in FIG. 3, the left and right shelf columns 39, 39 are fitted and fixed to the groove portion 37 formed integrally with the left and right rear side frame 7. Therefore, the left and right shelf columns 39 and 39 can be easily moved close to the left and right ends. As shown in FIG. 5, the shelf brackets 41 attached to the shelf columns 39 and 39 are attached to the shelf brackets 41. It is possible to prevent the shelf columns 39 from interfering when the shelf plate 42 is placed.
The shelf columns 39, 39 are provided with base portions 39a that can be elastically deformed, and the base portions 39a are pushed into and fixed to the openings 37a of the groove portions 37 of the frame frame 7, so that the shelf columns 39, 39 can be easily attached. it can. Further, by fitting the shelf column cap 53 into the upper and lower ends of the shelf columns 39, 39 after the mounting, the deformation of the base portion 39a can be prevented and the shelf columns 39, 39 can be prevented from falling off.
As shown in FIG. 4, the left and right shelf columns 39, 39 have a vertical dimension smaller than the vertical size of the basket frame 7, and a dimension H between the upper end of the basket frame 7 and the upper ends of the shelf columns 39, 39. Therefore, the shelf column cap 53 can be fitted into the upper and lower ends of the shelf column 39. The shelf column 39 can hide the head of the screw 48 for screwing the frame 7 and the upper corner piece 10 in the groove 37 provided in the frame 7 in the groove 37.

As shown in FIG. 1, the illuminator 19 is held by the groove portion 17 of the front side frame member 3 c of the upper frame 3 and is held by the groove portion 37 of the left front side frame 7 as shown in FIG. 3. Since the shelf columns 39 are held by the groove portions 37 of the left and right rear side frames 7, the mounting positions of the illumination fixtures 19 and the shelf columns 39 are determined by the groove portions 17 and 37 provided in advance. The positioning of the pillar 39 can be easily performed.
Since the lighting device 19 is held by the groove openings 17a and 37a of the groove portions 17 and 37, and the shelf column 39 is held by the groove opening portion 37a of the groove portion 37, screws or the like are used for fixing the lighting device 19 and the shelf column 39. Since there is almost no need to use a fixing member, installation is easy. Moreover, since the exposure of the fixing part of the lighting fixture 19 or the shelf column 39 can be reduced, it is excellent in design.
Since the shelf column 39 is held by the frame 7, the vertical dimension of the shelf column 39 can be arbitrarily set as compared with the conventional technique held by the upper frame 3 and the bottom plate 29. Since accuracy is not required, the shelf column 39 can be easily manufactured and assembled.
Since the illuminating device 19 is held by the groove portion 37 of the eaves frame 7, the heat of the illuminating device 19 can be radiated from the eaves frame 7 to the outside of the showcase 1, and the accumulation of heat in the showcase can be reduced. In particular, since the eaves frame 7 is made of an aluminum shape, heat dissipation is high.
As shown in FIG. 1, the groove opening 17a of the upper horizontal frame member 3c is directed inwardly and obliquely downward of the showcase 1, and the groove opening 37a of the front side frame 7 is obliquely inclined inward of the showcase. Therefore, the holding part of the lighting fixture 19 and the illumination light attached to each of the groove openings 17a and 37a are less likely to enter the eyes of the customer looking inside the showcase, and the display can be made conspicuous. .
Moreover, since the illumination light of each lighting fixture 19 is radiated | emitted toward the approximate center side of the showcase 1, the display thing in the showcase 1 can be illuminated efficiently.

As shown in FIG. 1, since the main body 12 of the upper horizontal frame members 3c and 3d has a T-shaped vertical section, the entire frame material is vertically moved by the legs 12c projecting downward from the T-shaped vertical section. Therefore, the upper horizontal frame members 3a and 3b can be thinned to obtain a predetermined strength.
As shown in FIG. 5, the adjacent frame members 3 a, 3 c (or 3 b, 3 d) and the collar frame 7 of the upper frame 3 are fixed by the upper corner piece 10, and the adjacent frame members 5 a, 5 c (or the lower frame 3). 5b, 5d) and the eaves frame 7 are fixed by the lower corner piece 10, so that the dimensional adjustment for cutting the frame materials 3a to 3d, 5a to 5d and the eaves frame 7 as necessary at the installation site of the showcase 1 is possible. Easy to do.

As shown in FIG. 3, the inside of the groove portion 37 provided in the collar frame 7 is a space, and the wiring of the lighting device 19 provided in the upper frame 3 is passed through the space of the groove portion 37, and the groove portion cap 51 is fitted into the groove portion 37. The wiring of the illuminating device 19 can be hidden.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the groove portion 17 of the front upper horizontal frame member 3 c to which the lighting device 19 is attached is inclined 45 degrees obliquely downward, and the groove portion 37 of the front side frame 7 to which the lighting device 19 is attached is obliquely rearward. And the illumination angle of the LED of the illuminator 19 is 90 degrees, so that the illumination light can be collected on the display in the showcase 1 and the illumination efficiency can be improved. In addition, each of the groove portions 17 and 37 is less likely to enter the shopper's eyes, and the display can be made conspicuous.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the groove portion 17 provided in the rear upper horizontal frame member 3d, the slide member 21 is engaged to hold the holder for the middle shelf column 22 or the support bar 45 (see FIG. 6). Therefore, the middle shelf column 22 and the support bar 45 can be easily attached.
As shown in FIG. 5, when the showcase 1 is used alone, the showcase 1 is attached to the stand 2 separately from the showcase 1 and the stand 2, and as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. In addition, when the showcases 1a and 1b are stacked and installed, only the showcase can be stacked and there is no portion of the base 2, so that a large display space can be taken. Moreover, since the showcase 1 and the stand 2 are separate bodies, the design and structure of the stand 2 have a high degree of freedom, and the stand 2 can be made into a design and structure corresponding to the store design.
As shown in FIG. 2, since the showcase 1 is provided with the middle shelf column 22, the upper frame 3 can be prevented from bending.
Since the top plate 15 is fixed to the upper frame 3 by the top plate fixture 14, the top plate 15 can be prevented from being removed. Since the top plate fixing tool 14 bends the upper frame engaging portion 14b and enters the groove of the groove portion 17 of the upper horizontal frame member 3 to restrict the upward movement, a fixing component such as a screw is used. Without being fixed to the upper frame 3 easily.
Since the resin cover member 55 is attached to the upper end of the panel 9, it is possible to reduce the sliding noise with the horizontal frame member 3d when opening and closing the open / close panels 9a and 9b.
The cover member 55 is provided with a projecting portion 55a that protrudes upward. When the open / close panels 9a and 9b are lifted, the cover material 55 enters the holes 8c formed in the groove portions 8a and 8b. Can be easily installed and removed.
Since groove caps 51 can be attached to the groove portions 17 of the upper frame vertical members 3c and 3d and the groove portion 37 of the eaves frame 7, respectively, when the lighting fixture 19 and the shelf plate 39 are not attached, the groove cap 51 covers the groove. Therefore, the wiring M accommodated in the grooves 17 and 37 can be hidden.
