これら係止部オス221とメス222は、前述したようにアーム22a,22bを使用時に円形に近い状態にする際、アーム22a,22bの他端部同士を係止するとともに、図10に示すように係止部メス222のレバー223を持ち上げることで係止状態を解除できるように構成している。
なお、被位置決め物を挟持する場合は、各アーム22a,22bの円弧の内側に一端を枢着し、他端をフリーにした押さえ片224をそれぞれ設けて、被位置決め物を挟持した際、各押さえ片224の他端部が、各アーム22a,22bの円弧内側に圧接するようにしている。
また、被位置決め物を挟持せずクリップ20内で遊嵌して良い場合には、押さえ片224はなくても良い。
さらに、この実施例では、アーム22a,22bを使用時に仮想線で示すように正面視円形に近い状態にしているが、正面視四角形や三角形等にしても良い。
一方、保持手段であるクリップ20の各アーム22a,22bの回転支点C1,C2付近を基端として着脱機構1の基軸11を延設している。これ以降の着脱機構1は、「実施例1」と全く同じに構成しているので基軸11の基端以降の説明は「実施例1」を準用し、ここでの説明は省略する。

前記着脱機構は、前記保持手段を基端として延設した基軸と、該基軸の延設端から前記保持手段側に向ってV字状に延設した一対の抜止片と、この一対の抜止片の延設端からさらに前記保持手段側に向ってそれぞれ延設した位置ずれ防止片と、これら各位置ずれ防止片を起点として前記基軸から離反する方向にそれぞれ延設した解除片とからなり、前記各抜止片には、前記解除片を介して前記基軸側方向に外力を付与した時前記各抜止片の延設基端付近を基点として該基軸側に縮径し、前記外力がない状態では反基軸側に拡径する弾性力を付与し、さらに前記各抜止片の前記基点付近の肉厚を、前記基板の穴に差し込みながら左右いずれかに回動させた時この穴から前記抜止片が外れるほど変形しない形状寸法にするとともに、前記解除片の延設基端近傍を前記抜止片の縮径力にほぼ影響しない小さな弾性力とすべく弱腰にし、加えて前記位置ずれ防止片を前記保持手段側にさらに延設しこの延設端付近を押圧可能な脱孔補助レバーを前記解除片から延設したことを特徴とする被位置決め物の保持手段の着脱機構。
