− 1つの前記高温パイプと、先に前記熱電素子が設けられた1つの前記取り付け支持体と、1つまたは複数の前記フィンと、先に前記熱電素子が設けられた1つの前記取り付け支持体とが、繰り返し積層され、
− 先に前記熱電素子が設けられたそれぞれの前記取り付け支持体の間に、2つの前記フィンが配置され、前記2つのフィンの間に、圧縮可能材料が配置され、
− 低温回路は、第2の流体を循環させる低温パイプと呼ばれるパイプを備え、低温パイプを通過させるためのオリフィスがフィンに設けられ、前記低温パイプは、前記通過オリフィスに挿入され、パイプおよびフィンは、機械的組み立てによって組み立てられ、
− フィン5は、低温パイプ9に積層される。
Claims (7)
- 熱電装置の製造方法であって、前記熱電装置は、
第1の流体が流れることができる、高温回路と呼ばれる第1の回路(1)と、
前記第1の流体の温度よりも低い温度で第2の流体が流れることができる、低温回路と呼ばれる第2の回路(2)と、
温度勾配の存在下で、電流を生成するために使用可能な、熱電素子と呼ばれる要素(3p,3n)と、
前記高温回路(1)および/または前記低温回路(2)と熱交換関係にあるフィン(5)と、を備え、
前記熱電素子(3p,3n)は、少なくとも前記フィン(5)に接触しており、
前記熱電素子(3p,3n)が前記フィン(5)に対して保持されることを保証するために、前記フィン(5)が圧縮される、
熱電装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1の回路は、前記第1の流体を循環させる高温パイプと呼ばれるパイプ(8)を備えており、前記熱電素子(3p,3n)が、前記高温パイプ(8)と前記フィン(5)の間で保持されることを保証する、請求項1に記載の熱電装置の製造方法。
- 前記熱電素子(3p,3n)は、取り付け支持体(50)に配置され、次いで、前記取り付け支持体は、前記高温パイプ(8)に対して配置される、請求項2に記載の熱電装置の製造方法。
- 1つの前記高温パイプ(8)と、先に前記熱電素子(3p,3n)が設けられた1つの前記取り付け支持体(50)と、1つまたは複数の前記フィン(5)と、先に前記熱電素子(3p,3n)が設けられた1つの前記取り付け支持体(50)とが、繰り返し積層される、請求項3に記載の熱電装置の製造方法。
- 先に前記熱電素子が設けられたそれぞれの前記取り付け支持体(50)の間に、2つの前記フィン(5)が配置され、前記2つのフィンの間に、圧縮可能材料(33)が配置される、請求項4に記載の熱電装置の製造方法。
- 前記低温回路は、前記第2の流体を循環させる低温パイプと呼ばれるパイプ(9)を備え、前記低温パイプ(9)を通過させるためのオリフィス(12)が、前記フィン(5)に設けられ、前記低温パイプは、前記通過オリフィス(12)に挿入され、前記パイプ(9)および前記フィン(5)は、機械的組み立てによって組み立てられる、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の熱電装置の製造方法。
- 前記フィン(5)は、前記低温パイプ(9)に積層される、請求項6に記載の熱電装置の製造方法。
