Description
・高ヘルツ応力下で表面の接触による摩擦トルク(ブリッジマン(Bridgman)試験);
・基板上のフィルムの接着力と摩擦係数(引っかき試験);
・フィルムの温度の汚染環境に対する抵抗
を評価することがあげられる。
このように、フィルム中のシリコンオイルの濃度勾配で負荷下のフィルムの摩擦係数の値が変わる。
・1類:潤滑特性が結晶構造に起因する固形物、例えば、グラファイト、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)又は窒化ホウ素(BN);
・2類:潤滑特性が結晶構造と組成物中の反応化学元素に起因する固形物、例えば、二硫化モリブデンMoS2、フッ化黒鉛、硫化錫、硫化ビスマス、二硫化タングステン、又はフッ化カルシウム;
・3類:潤滑特性が化学反応性に起因する固形物、例えば、あるチオ硫酸塩型化学組成物、又はDesilube Technologies Inc社により販売されるDesilube 88(登録商標);
・4類:潤滑特性が摩擦応力下で塑性又は粘塑性挙動に起因する固形物、例えば、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)又はポリアミド。

Claims (21)
- 少なくとも1つのねじ領域(3;4)を備える末端部分(1;2)がある炭化水素坑井を掘削及び/又は稼動するための管状要素であって、前記末端部分(1;2)は、ドライフィルム(12)で少なくとも部分的に被覆され、前記ドライフィルム(12)は、母材(13)及び潤滑ドライフィルム(12)の自由表面近傍に主に分布された母材(13)中の移動性滑走剤(9)を含み、前記滑走剤は、オイル及びワックスから選択され、母材(13)及び前記滑走剤はドライフィルム(12)の負荷が40N未満で摩擦係数が0.07未満又は負荷が200Nを超えると摩擦係数が0.1を超えるように共に適用される、管状要素。
- 滑走剤(9)がシリコンオイル及び/又は過フッ素オイルを含む、請求項1に記載の要素。
- 滑走剤(9)は、表面張力が24mN/m未満、動粘性率が20℃で100〜1850mm2/sであるポリジメチルシロキサン型シリコンオイルを含む、請求項2に記載の要素。
- 滑走剤(9)がアミドワックス及び/又はパラフィンワックスを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 滑走剤(9)が、エルカ酸アミド、オレアミドあるいはステアルアミド型の飽和若しくは不飽和第1級アミドワックス及び/又はエチレンビスオレアミドあるいはエチレンビスステアルアミド型の飽和若しくは不飽和第2級アミドワックスを含む、請求項4に記載の要素。
- 前記母材(13)は、熱硬化性型又は熱可塑性型の母材であり、かつ、ドライフィルム(12)の肩トルク抵抗値がAPI RP5A3グリースで得られる肩トルク抵抗値と少なくとも等しくなるように選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記母材(13)は、フルオロウレタン型の母材であり、かつ、水分散液中でフルオロエチレンビニルエーテルを硬化して得られる、請求項6に記載の要素。
- 前記母材は、熱可塑性型の母材であり、かつ、ポリエステルアクリレートの共重合体又は水分散液中のスチレンアクリル共重合体から得られる、請求項6に記載の要素。
- 前記母材(13)は、熱可塑性熱溶融溶射型の母材であり、かつ、ドライフィルム(12)の肩トルク抵抗値がAPI RP5A3グリースで得られる肩トルク抵抗値と少なくとも等しくなるように選択される、請求項6に記載の要素。
- 前記母材がコポリアミド型の母材である、請求項6に記載の要素。
- 潤滑ドライフィルム(12)が滑走剤として5〜10重量パーセントのポリジメチルシロキサンオイルを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- ドライフィルム(12)は、前記滑走剤として分子量が10000〜40000g/molであり、かつ、動粘性率が25℃で1000mm2/sであるポリジメチルシロキサンオイルを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 滑走剤(12)は、動粘性率が20℃で150〜1850mm2/sであるパーフルオロポリエーテル又は分子量が1850〜3100g/molである官能化アルキルアミド又はリン酸塩を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- ドライフィルム(12)は、滑走剤として略2重量パーセントのポリジメチルシロキサンオイルを含む、請求項7に記載の要素。
- 潤滑ドライフィルム(12)は、滑走剤として1、2、3又は4類の潤滑剤、好ましくは、フッ化炭素及び/又は人造黒鉛の粒子を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- ドライフィルム(12)はさらに腐食防止剤、好ましくは、イオン交換シリカを含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 末端部分の被覆部は、予め、サンドブラスティング、変換処理、電解堆積及び非反応性処理で形成される群から選択される型の表面処理を受ける、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記末端部分(1;2)は、メタル/メタル接触向けの少なくとも1つの封止表面を含み、かつ、前記封止表面は、潤滑ドライフィルム(12)で被覆される、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記ねじ領域(3;4)の全てがドライフィルム(12)で被覆される、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記ねじ領域潤滑ドライフィルム(12)で被覆されてない、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 末端部分(1;2)がある少なくとも1つの管状要素を含む炭化水素坑井を掘削及び/又は稼動するための管状接続部であって、前記末端部分(1;2)は、ドライフィルム(12)で少なくとも部分的に被覆され、前記ドライフィルム(12)は、母材(13)及び潤滑ドライフィルム(12)の自由表面近傍に主に分布された母材(13)中の移動性滑走剤(9)を含み、前記滑走剤は、オイル及びワックスから選択され、母材(13)及び前記滑走剤はドライフィルム(12)の負荷が40N未満で摩擦係数が0.07未満又は負荷が200Nを超えると摩擦係数が0.1を超えるように共に適用される、管状接続部。
