Description
本出願は、米国を除く全指定国の出願人である米国企業のイートンコーポレーション、及び、米国のみの指定国の出願人である米国民のジェイ ピー.ルーカス、及び、ティモシー アイ.ミーハンの名義でPCT国際特許出願として、2011年10月28日に提出され、2010年10月29日に出願された米国特許出願第61/408,318号に対する優先権を主張するものであり、その開示内容は、参照することにより、その全てが本書に含まれる。
Claims (20)
- 流体装置の第1流体ポートに流体接続する複数の第1流体通路、及び、流体装置の第2流体ポートに流体接続する複数の第2流体通路を形成するバルブ部材と、
前記バルブ部材に流体接続する変位アセンブリと、を備え、
前記変位アセンブリは、
中心ボア及び前記中心ボアの周囲に配置された複数のローラポケットを形成するリングと、
複数の前記ローラポケット内に配置された複数のローラと、
前記中心ボア内に配置されたロータと、を含み、
前記リング、複数の前記ローラ及び前記ロータは、膨張及び収縮する複数の容積室を形成し、
前記ローラポケットの1つに直接隣接する前記容積室が前記第1ポート及び前記第2ポートの一方に流体接続するとき、そのローラポケットが前記第1ポート及び前記第2ポートの他方に流体接続するように、前記ローラポケットのそれぞれに流体が導通されることを特徴とする流体装置。 - 前記ローラポケットのそれぞれは、流体が導通される凹部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記ローラポケットの全長にわたって延びることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記ローラポケットの半径より小さい半径を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体装置。
- 更に、複数の前記容積室に流体接続する複数の整流通路と、複数の前記ローラポケットに流体接続する複数の流体通路とを形成するバルブプレートを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体装置。
- 前記流体通路は、前記バルブプレートのバルブ面に配置された第1開口部及びリング面に配置された第2開口部を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体装置。
- 前記流体通路のそれぞれは、流体絞り部を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体装置。
- 前記流体絞り部は、前記流体装置の速度が速度閾値より大きいとき、前記ローラポケットへの流体接続を実質的に阻止する固定オリフィスであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体装置。
- 前記速度閾値は、毎分約5回転以下であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の流体装置。
- 前記バルブプレートは、複数の溝を形成し、複数の前記整流通路及び複数の前記溝は、前記バルブプレートに交互に配置され、前記流体通路は、複数の前記溝に流体接続することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体装置。
- 第1流体ポート及び第2流体ポートを形成するバルブハウジングと、
前記バルブハウジング内に配置され、前記第1流体ポートに流体接続する複数の第1流体通路及び前記第2流体ポートに流体接続する複数の第2流体通路を形成し、第1軸端を有するバルブ部材と、
前記バルブ部材の前記第1軸端に接触するバルブ面を有し、前記バルブ部材の複数の前記第1流体通路及び前記第2流体通路に整流流体接続する整流通路、及び、複数の溝を形成するバルブプレートと、
前記バルブ部材に整流流体接続する変位アセンブリと、を備え、
前記変位アセンブリは、
中心ボア、及び、前記中心ボアの周囲に配置された複数のローラポケットを形成するリングと、
複数の前記ローラポケット内に配置された複数のローラと、
前記中心ボア内に配置され、前記リングの前記中心ボア内で回転及び周回するように構成されたロータと、を含み、
前記リング、複数の前記ローラ及び前記ロータは、膨張及び収縮する複数の容積室を形成し、
前記ロータの作動中に、前記ローラポケットの1つの直前の前記容積室及びそのローラポケットの直後の前記容積室の両方が前記第1ポート及び前記第2ポートの一方に流体接続するとき、そのローラポケットが前記第1ポート及び前記第2ポートの他方に接続されるように、前記ローラポケットのそれぞれに前記第1ポート及び前記第2ポートからの流体が導通されることを特徴とする流体装置。 - 前記ローラポケットのそれぞれは、流体が導通される凹部を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の流体装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記ローラポケットの全長にわたって延びていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の流体装置。
- 前記バルブプレートは、複数の前記ローラポケットに流体接続する複数の流体通路を形成することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の流体装置。
- 前記流体通路のそれぞれは、流体絞り部を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の流体装置。
- 前記流体絞り部は、前記流体装置の速度が速度閾値より大きいとき、前記ローラポケットへの流体接続を実質的に阻止する固定オリフィスであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の流体装置。
- 前記速度閾値は、毎分約5回転以下であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の流体装置。
- 中心ボア、及び、前記中心ボアの周囲に配置された複数のローラポケットを形成するリングと、
複数の前記ローラポケット内に配置された複数のローラと、
前記中心ボア内に配置されたロータと、を含み、
前記リング、複数の前記ローラ及び前記ロータが膨張及び収縮する複数の容積室を形成する変位アセンブリを有する流体装置を設け、
前記ローラポケットの1つの直前の前記容積室及びそのローラポケットの直後の前記容積室の両方が第1ポート及び第2ポートの一方に流体接続するとき、そのローラポケットが前記第1ポート及び前記第2ポートの他方に接続されるように、前記ローラポケットのそれぞれに前記第1ポート及び前記第2ポートからの流体が導通されることを特徴とする流体装置の変位アセンブリのローラポケットの加圧方法。 - 更に、流体装置の回転速度が速度閾値を超えたとき、前記ローラポケットに導通される流体を制限するように構成することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記速度閾値は、毎分約5回転以下であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の流体装置。
