Claims (29)
- 少なくとも1つの細胞を含む格子を形成するように構成された少なくとも1つの金属ガラスシートと、
前記格子の少なくとも1つの水平側の上に配置された少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも1つのシートと、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの金属ガラス格子は、該金属ガラスの塑性領域半径より小さい厚さを有する、
ことを特徴とする細胞状構造体。 - 少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも2つのシートを備え、前記少なくとも1つの金属ガラス格子は、前記少なくとも2つのシートの間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも1つのシートは、金属ガラスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも1つのシートは、前記金属ガラスの前記塑性領域半径より小さい厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記格子の幾何学的形状は、該格子の塑性崩壊強度が前記金属ガラスの塑性降伏強度の少なくとも50%となるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記格子の幾何学的形状は、該格子の密度が前記金属ガラスの密度の50%未満となるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記格子の幾何学的形状は、該格子の比強度が前記金属ガラスの比強度より大きくなるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記金属ガラスの前記塑性領域半径(rp)は式、rp=KIc 2/πσy 2によって決定され、ここでKIcは前記金属ガラスのモードI破壊靭性であり、σyは該金属ガラスの塑性降伏強度であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記格子の前記塑性崩壊強度(σ)は式、σ=Aσy(t/l)nによって決定され、ここでσyは前記金属ガラスの塑性降伏強度であり、tは前記シートの厚さであり、lは前記細胞面の幅であり、Aは4と7との間にあり、nは1と3との間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- Aは約6であり、nは約2であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記格子の密度(ρ)は式、ρ=Bρs(t/l)によって決定され、ここでρsは前記金属ガラスの密度であり、tは前記シートの厚さであり、lは前記細胞面の幅であり、Bは1と3との間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- Bは約2であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの金属ガラス格子は、Feベース合金、Coベース合金、Mgベース合金、Alベース合金、Zrベース合金、Tiベース合金、Auベース合金、Ptベース合金、Niベース合金、Pdベース合金及び希土類ベース合金から成る群から選択される材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも1つのシートは、ポリマー、エポキシ、ガラス、木材、セラミックス、金属、金属ガラス及びこれらの複合体から成る群から選択される材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも1つのシートは、前記格子と同じ金属ガラスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 前記格子は、ハニカム、角柱、六角形、四角形、三角形、菱形及びトラスから成る群から選択される幾何学的形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細胞状構造体。
- 少なくとも1つの筐体を定める壁を有するボディを備え、前記筐体は少なくとも1つの電子部品を少なくとも部分的に包むように設計されており、
前記ボディの少なくとも一部分は、少なくとも1つの細胞を含む格子を形成するように構成された少なくとも1つの金属ガラスシート、及び、前記格子の少なくとも1つの水平側の上に配置された少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも1つのシートから形成され、
前記少なくとも1つの金属ガラス格子は、該金属ガラスの塑性領域半径より小さい厚さを有する、
ことを特徴とする細胞状の電子機器ケーシング又はフレーム。 - 少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも2つのシートを備え、前記少なくとも1つの金属ガラス格子は、前記少なくとも2つの中実シートの間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のケーシング。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも1つのシートは、金属ガラスで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のケーシング。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に平坦な少なくとも1つのシートは、前記金属ガラスの前記塑性領域半径より小さい厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項19に記載のケーシング。
- 前記格子の幾何学的形状は、該格子の塑性崩壊強度が前記金属ガラスの塑性降伏強度の少なくとも50%となるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のケーシング。
- 前記格子の幾何学的形状は、該格子の密度が前記金属ガラスの密度の50%未満となるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のケーシング。
- 前記格子の幾何学的形状は、該格子の比強度が前記金属ガラスの比強度より大きくなるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のケーシング。
- 前記格子は、ハニカム、角柱、六角形、四角形、三角形、菱形及びトラスから成る群から選択される幾何学的形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のケーシング。
- 前記ボディは少なくとも1つの開口部を有することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のケーシング。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口部は、前記少なくとも1つの電子部品へのアクセスを可能にするように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載のケーシング。
- 前記ボディは、固定又は可動に相互接続された少なくとも2つの個別の部片を含むことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のケーシング。
- 前記ボディは、携帯電話、PDA、ポータブルコンピュータ及びデジタルカメラから成る群から選択される電子機器のケーシングを形成することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のケーシング。
- 前記ケーシングは、前記電子部品に対して、少なくとも部分的な電子妨害防御を与えることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のケーシング。
