Abstract
本発明によれば、保護チューブに備えられた調節リング体を通じて保護チューブの長さ調整及び牽引力の確保が非常に容易であると共に、上部胴体を回転及び分離させることができるので、手術状況によって適切に対処することができるので、手術時間の遅延を防止しながら内視鏡手術をより円滑に遂行することができる長所がある。

Claims (9)
- 手術道具進入部が少なくとも1つ以上上端に形成される本体部材と、
前記本体部材から下側に一定長さ延長される保護チューブと、
前記保護チューブの下端部に備えられ、変形及び復元自在な支持リング体と、
前記保護チューブの長手方向の所定位置に固定して備えられ、折畳動作により前記保護チューブを巻いてあげることによって、保護チューブの長さを調節する調節リング体と、
を含むことを特徴とする、内視鏡手術道具ガイダーポート。 - 前記本体部材は、
手術道具進入部が少なくとも1つ以上上端に形成される上部キャップと、
前記保護チューブと連結されながら前記上部キャップを水平回転可能に支持するレールリング体と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術道具ガイダーポート。 - 手術道具進入部が少なくとも1つ以上上端に形成される上部キャップと、
前記上部キャップを水平回転可能に支持するレールリング体と、
前記レールリング体に連結されて下側に一定長さ下向き延長される保護チューブと、
前記保護チューブの下端部に備えられ、変形及び復元自在な支持リング体と、
を含むことを特徴とする、内視鏡手術道具ガイダーポート。 - 前記保護チューブの上端部には締結リング体が設けられると共に、前記レールリング体の下端には前記締結リング体と着脱される締結具が形成されて、前記レールリング体と保護チューブとが着脱可能に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の内視鏡手術道具ガイダーポート。
- 前記レールリング体の内側にはレール空間部が形成され、前記上部キャップの下端には前記レール空間部にスライディング水平回転可能に収容される軸端が突出形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の内視鏡手術道具ガイダーポート。
- 前記レール空間部には収容された軸端の上下部にパッキングリング体がさらに収容されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の内視鏡手術道具ガイダーポート。
- 手術道具進入部が少なくとも1つ以上上端部に形成される上部チューブと、
変形及び復元自在な支持リングが下端部に備えられる下部チューブと、
前記上部チューブと下部チューブとを相互分離可能に結合させるチューブ連結手段と、
を含むことを特徴とする、内視鏡手術道具ガイダーポート。 - 前記チューブ連結手段は、
前記上部チューブの下端部に固定される上部リング体と、
前記下部チューブの上端部に固定される下部リング体と、を含み、
前記上部リング体が下部リング体に外挿された状態で前記下部リング体が外方に折り畳まれながら上部チューブと下部チューブとを共に巻いてあげることによって、上部チューブと下部チューブとを相互連結させることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術道具ガイダーポート。 - 前記下部リング体は、前記上部リング体より上下方向の長さが長く形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の内視鏡手術道具ガイダーポート。
