Claims (20)
- 流体調節器であって、
第1の端と第2の端との間の長手方向のボアを含む本体を有する流れ制御部材と、
前記流れ制御部材の前記ボア内に配置されるバルブステムと、
前記流れ制御部材が前記流体調節器の弁座に密封するように係合するときに前記流体調節器の負荷要素によって与えられる負荷力を前記流れ制御部材から取り除くように、前記流れ制御部材から離れるように動くように、前記バルブステムと前記流れ制御部材とを摺動可能に連結するコネクタと、を備える流体調節器。 - 前記流れ制御部材を前記弁座に向かって付勢し、前記コネクタが前記流れ制御部材から離れるように動くときに前記流れ制御部材に座負荷を提供する付勢要素を更に備える、請求項1に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記付勢要素が前記弁座に向かって前記流れ制御部材を付勢するために、前記流れ制御部材の第1の側に力を及ぼす、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記流体調節器を通る流体の流れを可能にするように前記流れ制御部材が前記弁座から離れるように動かすために、前記コネクタが前記第1の側の反対側の前記流れ制御部材の第2の側に係合する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記流れ制御部材の前記第2の側がシールを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記シールが弾性材を含む、請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記流体調節器が閉位置のときに、前記シールが前記弁座を密封するように係合する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記コネクタが前記バルブステムのある端にねじ込み可能に結合される留め具を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記負荷要素によって提供される前記流体調節器の感知要素の両側の圧力差及び上流の加圧流体の圧力が、前記バルブステムが前記弁座に向かってまたは前記弁座から離れるように動くようにする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記負荷要素が、前記流体調節器の前記弁座に向かって前記感知要素及び前記バルブステムを付勢する制御バネを備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記感知要素の両側の前記圧力差が、前記バルブステムが前記弁座の方に動くようにするときに行程止めを提供するために、感知器具の下ケーシング内に配置されるダイヤフラムヘッドを更に備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 流体調節器であって、
その中を通るボアを有するプラグと、
前記プラグが座から離れるように前記プラグに係合するヘッドを含み、前記プラグが前記流体調節器の前記座と係合されるときに、前記ボアを通って動くことができるように前記ボアを介して前記プラグに摺動可能に接続されるステムと、
前記ヘッドが前記プラグから係脱されたときに前記プラグが前記座と密封するように係合するよう保持するように前記プラグに結合されるバネとを備える流体調節器。 - 前記ステムの第1の端が前記ヘッドを含み、前記ステムの第2の端が前記流体調節器の圧力感知要素に固定的に結合される、請求項12に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記ヘッドが前記ステムの前記第1の端にねじ込み可能に結合される留め具を備える、請求項12〜13のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記流体調節器の負荷要素に与えられる負荷力を前記プラグから軽減するために前記プラグが前記座を密封するように係合するときに、前記ヘッドが前記プラグから係脱する、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記流体調節器が閉位置のときに入口と出口との間の流体の流れを妨げるまたは制限するために前記プラグが前記流体調節器の前記座を密封するように係合するシールを含む、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記シールが弾性シールを備え、前記プラグが前記座を密封するように係合するときに前記バネが座負荷を前記シールに与える、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記流体調節器の感知要素の両側の圧力差が前記ステムを前記座に向かって動くようにするときに、前記ステムの前記座に向かう動きを制限するために行程止めを更に備える、請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の流体調節器。
- 流体調節器であって、
前記流体調節器の負荷要素によって提供される圧力設定点に前記流体調節器から上流の流体圧力を調節するための手段と、
前記上流の流体圧力が前記負荷要素によって提供される前記圧力設定点より低く、前記圧力調節器を通る流体の流れを妨げるまたは制限するための調節のための手段が閉位置にあるときに、前記負荷要素による調節のための手段に与えられる力を軽減するための手段と、
前記軽減するための手段が前記調節するための手段に与えられる前記力を軽減するときに前記調節するための手段に座負荷を提供するための手段とを備える流体調節器。 - 前記軽減するための手段が、前記上流圧力が前記圧力設定点より大きいときに、前記流れ制御部材が前記弁座から離れるように動くように前記流れ制御部材に係合するように、前記軽減するための手段がバルブステム及び流れ制御部材を摺動可能に結合するための手段、及び前記上流圧力が前記圧力設定点より小さいときに、前記流れ制御部材から離れるように動く結合するための手段を備える、請求項19に記載の流体調節器。
