Claims (19)
- 絶縁性の材料からなり、第一の貯留部(20)及び前記第一の貯留部と連通し、二つの内壁のそれぞれに電極(210,211)が備えられた第二の貯留部(21)を含む基板(2)並びに、
絶縁性の材料からなり、突起(30)を含み、前記突起が前記第一の貯留部を満たす液体(4)から離隔された位置と前記液体に圧力を印加する少なくとも一つの第二の位置との間を移動できるように基板に固定された柔軟なメンブレン(3)を含み、それによって少なくとも部分的に前記第一の貯留部から前記第二の貯留部へ二つの前記電極と機械的に接触するように前記液体を排出し、前記液体の二つの前記電極との前記機械的な接触が二つの前記電極の間の抵抗または静電容量を形成するようにされた、圧力センサを形成するデバイス(1)。 - 前記絶縁性の基板が、柔軟であるような厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記絶縁性の基板が、プラスチック材料からなる、請求項1または2に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記絶縁性の基板が、ポリエチレン類、好適にはポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)から選択される、請求項3に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記液体が、ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン(PDOT)ポリマー、ポリアニリンまたは電解質のような導電性である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記液体が、ポリ(スチレンスルフォナート)ナトリウム(PSS)ポリマーのような半導体性である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記液体が、絶縁性である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記柔軟なメンブレンが、プラスチック材料からなる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記柔軟なメンブレンが、ポリエチレン(PE)からなる、請求項8に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記メンブレンが、絶縁性フィルムで覆われた金属シートである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記第一の貯留部が、隣接する側面の突起とほぼ補完的な形状を有し、圧力が前記突起に印加されると、前記側面によって、前記液体が前記第一の貯留部から前記第二の貯留部へ排出されることができる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記突起が、平行六面体形状を有する、請求項11に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記第一の貯留部及び前記第二の貯留部が結合され、前記第二の貯留部が前記第一の貯留部の上に位置する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ。
- a)絶縁性の材料からなる、第一の貯留部(20)及び前記第一の貯留部と連通する第二の貯留部の一部(21’)を含む基板(2)を製造する段階、
b)前記第二の貯留部の底部をメタライズして第一の電極(211)及び前記第一の電極に接続された電気的接続線(L2)の一部を形成する段階、
c)絶縁性材料からなる、突起(30)を含む柔軟なメンブレン(3)を製造する段階、
d)前記メンブレンの表面(31)または絶縁性材料からなり前記突起の側で前記メンブレンと固定された層(6)をメタライズして第二の電極(210)及び前記第二の電極と接続される第二の電気的接続線の一部を形成する段階、
e)前記第一の貯留部の一部を液体(4)によって満たす段階、並びに
f)前記柔軟なメンブレンを前記基板に固定して、前記突起を前記第一の貯留部に対向させ、前記液体から離れた位置と前記液体に圧力を印加する少なくとも一つの第二の位置との間を前記突起が移動できるようにする段階、の各段階を含み、
それによって少なくとも部分的に、前記第一の貯留部から前記二つの電極によって規定された前記第二の貯留部へ前記液体を排出してそれらを機械的に接触させ、前記液体の前記二つの電極との前記機械的接触が前記二つの電極の間の抵抗または静電容量の変化をもたらす圧力センサ(1)を形成するデバイスを製造するための方法。 - 前記段階a)が、絶縁性基板をエンボス加工またはエッチングすることによって実施される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記段階c)が、モールド加工、エンボス加工またはエッチングによって実施される、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 前記段階e)の後、前記液体で満たされていない前記第一の貯留部の部分及び前記第二の貯留部に真空が形成される、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記段階f)が、前記メンブレンを前記基板上に位置合わせして接合することにより実施される、請求項14から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 単一の基板(2)及び単一のメンブレン(3)を有する、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の複数の圧力センサ(1)を含み、前記センサが、所定の間隔に従って表面全体に渡って均一に配置され、それぞれの前記センサの二つの前記電極のうち一方が、規定線(Li)によってその他全ての複数の前記センサの二つの前記電極のうち一方と接続され、それぞれの前記センサの二つの前記電極のうちもう一方が、規定列(Col)によってその他全ての複数の前記センサの二つの前記電極のうちもう一方と接続され、前記線が、ある電位と接続され、前記列が、前記線の電位と異なる電位と接続される、タッチスクリーン。
