Abstract
【解決手段】金属の管状端部を有する少なくとも1つのアダプタと、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)からなる内管体および外管体とからなる引抜成形バーについて記載されている。CFRP外管体は、円錐状にアダプタの金属端部に外嵌し、CFRP内管体は、アダプタの金属端部に内嵌接続していることを特徴とする。内管体および外管体が、一方側では分離され、他方側では保護減衰可能に相互配置されるように、弾性層が、内管体と外管体との接触領域において先細りになっている。

Description
この様な引抜成形バーは、一般的に、略管状体からなり、その各端部には引抜成形バーを組み立てるためのアダプタが配置されている。この様な引抜成形バーは、引張荷重および圧縮荷重の両方を伝達する役割を果たす。通常、この種の管状体は、特にステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、チタンなどの金属材料で構成される。しかし、この様な材料は、特に航空機構造において、重すぎるという不利な点があり、これは、外部ダメージに対する金属管の耐性から得られる利点を弱めるものである。
管状体の材料として、CFRPと弾性体との複合材を使用する。この場合、圧縮荷重されるCFRP内管体(2)の部材用として、湿式/プリプレグ(予備含浸繊維)を巻き付けた管状物、引抜成形管状物、または、デュロマーまたは熱硬化性樹脂RTM法を使用して製造された管状物を使用することができる。引張荷重されるCFRP外管体(1)用としては、構造条件にもよるが、湿式/プリプレグ巻付法しか使用することができない。シリコーンラバーを弾性体として使用することが好ましい。
まず、(予備含浸繊維を使用して)湿式/プリプレグをCFRP内管体(2)に巻き付けるか、引抜成形するか、デュロマーまたは熱硬化性樹脂RTM法を使用して、CFRP内管体(2)を製造する。その後、CFRP管体(2)上で弾性層(3)を加硫する。そして、金属端部(4)を取り付けて整合させた後、湿式/プリプレグ巻付法を使用してCFRP外管体(1)を製造し、アダプタの金属端部を覆うことによってCFRP外管体(1)を取り付ける。

Claims (2)
- 金属の管状端部を有する少なくとも1つのアダプタ(4)と、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)で形成された内管体および外管体とからなる引抜成形バーであって、前記CFRP外管体(1)が円錐状に前記アダプタ(4)の前記金属端部に外嵌し、前記CFRP内管体(2)が前記アダプタ(4)の前記金属端部に内嵌接続しており、前記CFRP内管体(2)における前記CFRP外管体(1)との接触領域の外側を弾性層(3)で被覆し、前記CFRP内管体(2)と前記CFRP外管体(1)の内側との間に前記弾性層(3)を配置して、前記CFRP内管体(2)と前記CFRP外管体(1)とを互いに分離することによって、保護と絶縁を提供することを特徴とする引抜成形バー。
- 引張荷重を吸収するCFRP外管体(1)と、圧縮荷重を吸収するCFRP内管体(2)と、前記CFRP外管体(1)と前記CFRP内管体(2)との間に設けられた弾性層(3)とを備えた管状体の少なくとも3層の多層構造を介して、個別の引張/圧縮荷重対抗圧を達成し、外部作用により発生したダメージ(衝撃)からの圧縮荷重を吸収する引抜成形バーの前記CFRP内管体(2)を効果的に保護することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引抜成形バー。
