- 前記第1の円周エッジ、前記第2の円周エッジ、前記第1の長手方向エッジ、および前記第2の長手方向エッジが丸められている請求項6に記載のステントグラフト送達システム。
- 前記制御解放スリーブにより拘束された近位アンカーステントリングを有するステントグラフトをさらに含む請求項1に記載のステントグラフト送達システム。
- 前記近位アンカーステントリングが、前記第1のスピンドルピンの周辺に延びる第1の近位頂端、および前記第2のスピンドルピンの周辺に延びる第2の近位頂端を含む請求項10に記載のステントグラフト送達システム。

前記複数の近位頂端の第2の近位頂端を前記制御解放スリーブにより拘束されたまま残す一方で、前記複数の近位頂端の第1の近位頂端を前記制御解放スリーブ中の開口を通して解放するステップ;および
前記第2の近位頂端を前記制御解放スリーブから解放するステップ、
を含む方法。 - 第1の近位頂端の前記解放の前に、前記第1の近位頂端が、前記スピンドルの第1のスピンドルピンの周辺に延びる請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第1の近位頂端の前記解放が、前記制御解放スリーブの第1のエッジを、前記第1のスピンドルピンを越えて前進させ、前記第1の近位頂端を前記開口を通して露出させるステップを含む請求項21に記載の方法。
- 第2の近位頂端の前記解放の前に、前記第2の近位頂端が前記スピンドルの第2のスピンドルピンの周辺に延びる請求項22に記載の方法。
- 第2の近位頂端の前記解放が、前記制御解放スリーブの第2のエッジを前記第2のスピンドルピンを越えて前進させ、前記第2の近位頂端を露出するステップを含む請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のエッジが第1の円周エッジを含み、前記第2のエッジが第2の円周エッジを含む請求項24に記載の方法。
- 近位アンカーステントリングを含むステントグラフトを配置する方法であって、
スピンドルのスピンドル本体とテーパチップの制御解放スリーブの間で前記近位アンカーステントリングの複数の近位頂端を拘束するステップ;
前記複数の近位頂端の第2の近位頂端を前記制御解放スリーブにより拘束されたまま残す一方で、前記複数の近位頂端の第1の近位頂端を前記制御解放スリーブ中の開口を通して解放するステップ;および
前記第2の近位頂端を、前記開口を通して解放するステップ、

前記複数の近位頂端の第2の近位頂端を、前記制御解放スリーブに拘束されたまま残す一方で、前記制御解放スリーブの第1の円周エッジを前記複数の近位頂端の第1の近位頂端を越えて移動させることにより、前記第1の近位頂端を解放するステップ、および
前記制御解放スリーブの第2の円周エッジを前記第2の近位頂端を越えて移動させることにより、前記第2の近位頂端を解放するステップ、
