Claims (12)
- 液体試料を含む血小板と接触する測定表面を有する共振器の振動パラメーターを測定することによって、止血パラメーターを決定するための方法であって、振動パラメーターは時間に対して記録され、かつ、記録された振動パラメーターの曲線の特徴が決定され、かつ、決定された特性に基づいて、血小板の機能が次いで評価され、かつ、決定された特性に応じて、接着異常の存在または凝集異常の存在の間の区別が行われることを特徴とする、方法。
- 分析される振動パラメーターとして共鳴周波数が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分析される振動パラメーターとして減衰および/または増幅が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 不変な振動パラメーターが絶対的な機能不全を示唆することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 非活性化液体試料の振動パラメーターの低下が存在する場合に、血小板が接着できるとみなされることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 液体試料が活性化されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 振動パラメーターの低下が多かれ少なかれ指数関数的である場合に、血小板が機能的であるとみなされることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 振動パラメーターの低下が多かれ少なかれ直線的である場合に、血小板の機能が、凝集に関して機能不全であるが接着に関して機能的であるとみなされることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 血小板の機能が、様々な活性化部分を誘発させる様々な活性剤を添加することによって、より詳細に決定されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 活性化部分が各阻害剤の添加によってブロックされることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 個々の受容体の活性化および阻害化が、機能不全を示す受容体の同定を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 個々の受容体または個々の受容体グループの阻害化または活性化が、特定の抗体またはその部分を介して、あるいはレクチン、核酸の断片などの他の特定の結合分子を介して成し遂げられることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
