Description
− 1種類以上の非イオン性等張化剤(浸透物質、浸透活性剤)、および/または
− 1種類以上の緩衝剤。
− 第1成分組成、
− 第2成分組成、および
− 任意で1種類以上の追加成分組成、
当該キットでは、第1成分組成、第2成分組成と任意で存在する追加成分組成を互いに混ぜ合わせると、本発明に準拠した透析液が作成されるよう構成されている。

ここで、このバッグシステムの1つのチャンバーには少なくともカルシウムイオンを含む酸性濃縮液が入り、他のチャンバーにはカルシウムイオンがなく少なくとも重炭酸イオンを含む塩基性第2濃縮液が入り、ここで生理学的に混合可能な酸が塩基性濃縮液に加えられ、そして壊すことの可能な接続機構を壊して2つの濃縮液が一緒に混ぜ合わって透析液が作られるが、上記生理学的に混合可能な酸は、室温でpH値が7.6未満になる量だけ塩基性濃縮液に加えられる。
例:
実際の臨床状況の好ましい実際例として、0.1〜30gのクレアチンを4.7リットルの透析濃縮液(フレゼニウス透析装置では1日あたり1人の患者の1回の透析治療に使用)に加え、濃縮透析液または貯蔵液の最終クレアチン濃度が0.16〜48mMとなるようにする。
Claims (15)
- 血液透析または腹膜透析のための透析液であって、該液は250〜550mosm/Lの範囲内に理論上の容量オスモル濃度および4.9〜8.0の範囲内にpH値を有し、該液はクレアチン化合物と1種類以上の電解質を含み、該クレアチン化合物の濃度が50mM以下である透析液。
- クレアチン化合物の濃度が0.001ないし2.5mMの範囲内にある請求項1記載の透析液。
- クレアチン化合物がクレアチンおよびその生理学的に許容可能な塩よりなる群から選択される請求項1または2記載の透析液。
- − 1種類以上の非イオン性等張化剤、および/または
− 1種類以上の緩衝剤
を含む請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項記載の透析液。 - − 1.0〜250mM ブドウ糖および/または
− 100〜180mM Na+および/または
− 0.5〜5.0mM K+および/または
− 0.5〜2.0mM Ca2+および/または
− 0.25〜1.50mM Mg2+および/または
− 75〜130mM Cl−および/または
− 20〜50mM HCO3 −および/または
− 20〜50mM 乳酸塩および/または
− 2.0〜7.5mM 酢酸塩
を含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項記載の透析液。 - − 第1成分組成、
− 第2成分組成および
− 任意で、1種類以上の追加成分組成を含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項記載の透析液を調製するために構成されたキットであって、
互いに混合されるとき、該第1成分組成、該第2成分組成および該任意に存在する追加成分組成が、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項記載の透析液を作成するのに適したキット。 - 第1成分組成、第2成分組成および任意に存在する追加成分組成を、壊すことのできる接続機構により互いに分離されたチャンバーに含む、多チャンバーバッグシステムである請求項6記載のキットであって、該壊すことのできる接続機構を壊すことで、該第1成分組成、該第2成分組成および該任意に存在する追加成分組成が混合でき透析液を作成するキット。
- 第1成分組成が非イオン性等張化剤および酸を含みかつ6.0未満のpH値を有する滅菌溶液であり;第2成分組成が緩衝剤を含みかつ7.0以上のpH値を有する滅菌溶液であり;該第1成分組成および/または該第2成分組成および/または任意に存在する追加成分組成が1種類以上の電解質を含み;ならびに該第1成分組成および/または該第2成分組成および/または該任意に存在する追加成分組成がクレアチン化合物を含む、請求項6または7記載のキット。
- 第2成分組成がクレアチン化合物の全量を含む請求項6ないし8のいずれか一項記載のキット。
- 液体の予め定められた容量に溶解されると、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項記載の透析液の調製に適合する固形製剤。
- 重炭酸塩を含む請求項10記載の固形製剤。
- 重炭酸塩対クレアチン化合物の相対モル比が1:10〜10:1の範囲内にある請求項11記載の固形製剤。
- 液体の予め定められた容量が1〜2000Lの範囲内にある請求項10ないし12のいずれか一項記載の固形製剤。
- 液体が精製水であるか、または任意で1種類以上の電解質、および/または1種類以上の非イオン性等張化剤、および/または1種類以上の緩衝剤を含む請求項10ないし13のいずれか一項記載の固形製剤。
- 血液透析または腹膜透析のための、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項記載の透析液の製造または、請求項6ないし9のいずれか一項記載のキットの製造または、請求項10ないし14のいずれか一項記載の固形製剤の製造のためのクレアチン化合物の使用。
