Description

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a passenger conveyor.

Passenger conveyors, for example, escalators, are installed between the lower and upper floors of the building, and passengers get on and off the escalators through entrances at the upper and lower ends of the escalator. On the floor of the entrance / exit, a metal entrance / exit plate that is stepped on when a passenger enters the entrance / exit is laid. It is considered to increase the safety of boarding / exiting boards installed at entrances / exits of passenger conveyors such as escalators and moving walkways.

One cause of the fall of passengers on passenger conveyors such as escalators and moving sidewalks is a fall due to a stop when the passenger conveyor stops in an emergency. In the passenger conveyor, the above-mentioned metal boarding board is laid on the floor of the boarding gate, so that if the passenger falls and collides with the boarding board, the passenger may be seriously damaged by the impact. is there.

Conventionally, as a method for improving the safety of the entrance / exit part of the passenger conveyor, a configuration in which the entrance / exit plate surface of the entrance / exit is covered with an entrance / exit cover such as a carpet or a mat is used. It is considered to reduce the impact on the metal surface.

When the entrance / exit cover covers the surface of the entrance / exit board as in the conventional case, if the entrance / exit cover is turned over, there is a risk that the passenger will trip over the entrance / exit cover. In addition, the surface of the boarding / alighting board is generally provided with a geometric uneven pattern to achieve an aesthetic effect and an anti-slip effect, but the boarding / alighting board covers the surface of the boarding / alighting board. If covered, there is a problem that the aesthetics inherent in the boarding / alighting board are impaired and the anti-slip effect cannot be achieved.

A passenger conveyor according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a protruding body having a flexible plate attached to an upper end under a metal boarding / alighting plate such as stainless steel, and the protruding body is a lifting device that moves up and down by spring force and magnetic force. And a safety device for controlling the flow of current in the lifting device, the safety device is activated when an emergency occurs in the passenger conveyor and an emergency stop occurs, the protruding body rises, and the flexible plate protrudes from the boarding / exiting plate It is comprised as follows. FIG. 1 shows an overall view of an escalator, and FIGS. 2 to 9 show embodiments of the boarding / exiting plate of the present invention.

First, the escalator which is a passenger conveyor to which the boarding board of this Example 1 is applied is demonstrated. A boarding board 3a is attached to the machine frame 8 at the entrance 2a on the upper floor side of the escalator 1 shown in FIG. 1, and a boarding board 3b is attached to the machine frame 8 at the boarding board 2b on the lower floor side. It has been. A step 7 that is connected endlessly from one boarding board to the other boarding board of the boarding board 3a or boarding board 3b is arranged. An upper machine room 4a is provided below the boarding / alighting plate 3a, and a lower machine room 4b is provided below the boarding / alighting plate 3b. Then, when performing maintenance and inspection work of the escalator 1, the boarding / alighting plate 3a is provided so that the operator can enter the machine rooms 4a and 4b and inspect equipment such as the motor 5 and the drive chain 6. 3b can be removed from the machine casing 8.

Next, the boarding / alighting plates 3a and 3b of the first embodiment will be described. In addition, since the boarding board 3a attached to the boarding board 3a attached to the boarding gate 2a on the upper floor side and the boarding board 2b on the lower floor side is the same structure, it is attached to the boarding board 2a on the upper floor side. Only the boarding / alighting board 3a will be described, and the description will be used for the boarding / alighting board 3b attached to the boarding / alighting port 2b.

As shown in FIG. 2, the boarding / alighting board 3a is divided into a first boarding / alighting board 3c, a second boarding / alighting board 3d, and a third boarding / alighting board 3e. Has been. A comb 11 is fixed to the first boarding / alighting plate 3c, and a display plate 12 is fixed to the third boarding / alighting plate 3e.

And each boarding board 3c, 3d, and 3e is provided with the metal plate 9 and the protrusion 10 which comprise the surface, as shown in FIG. 3, and boarding board 3a is as shown in FIG. The upper surface of the plurality of protrusions 10 (the upper surface of a flexible plate 10a described later) is exposed from the surface of the metal plate 9 to be long in the vertical direction in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 4, the metal plate 9 has a punched portion 9 ′, and the protruding body 10 protrudes from the punched portion 9 ′. The protrusion 10 is provided with a flexible plate 10a having a shape fitted into a punched portion 9 'formed on the metal plate 9 at an upper portion thereof, and an elevating device 13 for raising and lowering the flexible plate 10a below the flexible plate 10a. Are integrated. The soft plate 10a is formed of a soft material having a buffer property such as rubber or synthetic resin.

The lifting device 13 includes a magnet plate 13a, an electromagnet 13b, and a coil spring 13c that is a kind of extension spring, and the magnet plate 13a is bonded to the back surface of the flexible plate 10a. The electromagnet 13b is fixedly attached to a machine frame or the like of a boarding / unillustrating plate (not shown) with a predetermined interval downward from the magnet plate 13a. The coil spring 13c is arranged to expand and contract in the vertical direction between the magnet plate 13a and the electromagnet 13b.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the lifting device 13 is provided with a safety device 14 that controls the current to flow or shut off the electromagnet 13 b and is electrically connected to the electromagnet 13 b. ing. Reference symbol a indicates wiring. When an electric current flows through the electromagnet 13b, as shown in FIG. 3, the electromagnet 13b generates a magnetic force, attracts the magnet plate 13a by the magnetic force, contracts the coil spring 13c, and contracts the coil spring 13c. The flexible plate 10a is lowered to act so that the upper surface of the metal plate 9 and the upper surface of the flexible plate 10a are flush with each other. When the current to the electromagnet 13b is interrupted, the magnetic force of the electromagnet 13b disappears, and the electromagnet 13b loses the attractive force with respect to the magnet plate 13a, so that the coil spring 13c that has contracted, as shown in FIG. The flexible plate 10a is extended by the extension force to push the protruding body 10 up and protrude, and the flexible plate 10a attached to the magnet plate 13a rises and acts to protrude from the upper surface of the metal plate 9.

Further, when the escalator 1 senses an abnormality, a control device (not shown) is activated to stop the escalator 1 urgently, and a signal is transmitted from the control device to the safety device 14, and the current to the lifting device 13 is It is configured to be blocked.

With the configuration described above, when the escalator 1 stops urgently, the flexible plate 10a protrudes from the upper surface of the metal plate 9 constituting the surface of the boarding / alighting plate 3a. Even if it collides with the boarding / alighting board 3a, the impact is alleviated by the flexible board 10a, so that it is possible to reduce the degree of injury to the passenger. Further, during normal operation of the escalator 1, the upper surface of the soft plate 10a is flush with the upper surface of the metal plate 9 and is exposed to the surface, so that the anti-slip effect can be achieved by the soft plate 10a. Furthermore, since a conventional entrance / exit cover such as a carpet or mat is not required, the passenger's tripping due to turning over the entrance / exit cover does not occur, and the original appearance of the entrance / exit board can be maintained.

6 and 7 are sectional views of the upper floor board 23a according to the second embodiment. Since the basic configuration of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description of the first embodiment is used for the description of the portions denoted by the same reference numerals. The lower floor boarding board has the same configuration as the boarding board 23a. The difference between the boarding / alighting plate 23a of the second embodiment and the boarding / alighting plate 3a of the first embodiment is that the configuration of the protruding body is changed. In the first embodiment, the coil spring 13 c is used as the extension spring in the protrusion 10. In the second embodiment, the air spring 13 d is used as the extension spring in the protrusion 20.

That is, when a current flows through the electromagnet 13b, as shown in FIG. 6, the electromagnet 13b generates a magnetic force, the magnetic plate 13a is attracted by the magnetic force, and the air spring 13d is compressed. The flexible plate 10a is lowered and acts so that the upper surface of the metal plate 9 and the upper surface of the flexible plate 10a are flush with each other. When the current to the electromagnet 13b is interrupted, the magnetic force of the electromagnet 13b disappears, and the electromagnet 13b loses the attractive force with respect to the magnet plate 13a. It expands upward by the expansion force, pushes up the protrusion 20 and protrudes, and the flexible plate 10a attached to the magnet plate 13a rises and acts to protrude from the upper surface of the metal plate 9.

Therefore, the second embodiment can achieve the same effect as the first embodiment.

8 and 9 are sectional views of the upper floor boarding board 33a according to the third embodiment. Since the basic configuration of the third embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description of the first embodiment is used for the description of the portions denoted by the same reference numerals. Moreover, the boarding board on the lower floor side has the same configuration as the boarding board 33a. The difference between the boarding / alighting plate 33a of the third embodiment and the boarding / alighting plate 3a of the first embodiment is that the configuration of the protruding body is changed. The projecting body 10 in the first embodiment is composed of a magnet plate 13a, an electromagnet 13b, and a coil spring 13c. The projecting body 30 in the third embodiment is the same as the projecting body 10 in the first embodiment in which the magnet plate 13a and the electromagnet 13b are used. And a spacing beam 13e. As a result, the upper surface of the flexible plate 10 a does not fall below the upper surface of the metal plate 9.

Therefore, in the second embodiment, in addition to the same effects as the first embodiment, even when the escalator 1 is in a normal operation, even if a force that pushes the soft plate 10a down is applied by an external force such as pushing a cane. Since the soft plate 10a, that is, the protruding body 30 does not descend and sink, the safety is further improved.

In addition, although each said Example illustrated and demonstrated the escalator as a passenger conveyor, it is applicable also to a moving sidewalk.

Moreover, although several embodiment of this invention was described, these embodiment is shown as an example and is not intending limiting the range of invention. These embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, replacements, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and their modifications are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are also included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalents thereof.
