In the housing 11, there are provided: multiple sensor circuits 12 detecting an electric potential difference of the two load side terminal parts 6b having the same polarity; a detection circuit 13 detecting abnormality of cable ways (L1, N, L2) on the basis of output of each sensor circuit 12; and a buzzer 15 and a lamp 17 which raise alarms in response to a command from the detection circuit 13.
