Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a terminal block for a distribution board and an electric distribution board, and more particularly to a terminal block for a distribution board and an electric distribution board having a deterioration diagnosis function and a surge protection function.
In general, a distribution board is a branch circuit that branches power to be supplied to a building such as a lamp socket, monitors a voltage state supplied to the load, and disconnects the breaker when an abnormality occurs due to overload, It is assembled and assembled. This serves as an inlet for the electric wire and prevents exposure of the line connected to the breaker and the switch to prevent electric accidents.
In addition, a terminal block is used for various electric devices including an automatic controller, an industrial device, or an electric switchboard, and a relay terminal block is used for an electric device. The relay terminal block includes a terminal block block having a rectangular block shape, a plurality of relays provided at the center of the top surface of the terminal block block, and a plurality of connection terminals provided in front of the terminal block block so as to be electrically conductive with the relay. The connection terminal is composed of a positive terminal for connecting an electric cable of a positive electrode, a negative terminal for connecting an electric cable of a negative electrode, a common terminal for connecting an electric cable of a common electrode, and a relay terminal for connecting a relay electric cable.
According to such a relay terminal block, each connection terminal is provided with a bolt, and the end of the electric cable is fixed to the connection terminal by the bolt.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a terminal block according to the prior art, and Fig. 2 is an entire perspective view showing a terminal block according to the prior art.
As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the conventional terminal block has an electrically conductive metal material having a
Such an electric fire accident is one of the most frequent cause of electric fire accident in the switchgear. Also, in case of existing terminal block, the manager has to measure the temperature of the terminal block by using expensive non-contact type thermometer from time to time to check the abnormal heating state as described above, and it takes much time and effort to measure every terminal block in the switchboard .
In addition, in order to measure the temperature of each terminal block, there is a risk of electric shock due to entry into the switchboard in which electric current of a very high risk of electric shock accident is energized.
In order to solve this problem, the patent application 10-2005-0030507 proposes a bimetal in each power cable and terminal connection part, transmits an abnormal signal to an RF transmitter, receives the signal through an RF receiver, Since the computer is patented to generate an alarm, it is necessary to use expensive RF receiver and RF transmitter in order to realize it.
In addition, when the RF transmitter and the RF receiver fail, there is no way to visually check for abnormal heat generation. In addition, wires must be connected to each terminal block from each terminal block to the RF transmitter, There is a drawback that it is difficult.
An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide a bimetal, an arc detector and a surge protector so as to detect a short circuit, an overload, a short circuit, a short circuit, And to provide a terminal block for an electric distribution panel and a distribution panel for protecting the facility.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a terminal block for a distribution board and an electrical switchboard comprising: a case made of an insulating material; a metallic connection member having a connection hole for connecting a power cable, A fixing bolt fixed to the connection hole of the connection member to fix the power cable, a bimetal disposed at the lower end of the connection member inside the case and operated when the temperature of the connection member rises to a predetermined temperature or more, A surge protector formed at the lower end of the bimetal and grounded at one side to protect the installation from internal open / close surge and external surge; an arc detector formed at the upper side of the case to sense the surrounding arc including the connection member; A surge protector and an arc detector for generating a surge signal and an arc And a controller for controlling the surge protector and transmitting the surge protector to an administrator.
The terminal boards for distribution boards and switchboards according to the present invention have the following effects.
First, by forming the bimetal at the lower end of the connection terminal connected to the external cable, deterioration due to abnormal heat generation of the connection terminal itself can be detected, so that it can be quickly responded to fire or the like.
Second, by attaching an arc detector to the upper part of the case, it is possible to quickly respond to fire due to contact failure, short circuit, overload, short circuit (ground fault), disconnection, spark and so on.
Third, by incorporating a surge protector or surge detection sensor, it is possible to protect the facility from internal open / close surge and external surge.
