Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding tool for insulation tape that securely performs a winding operation while applying invariably constant back tension without reference to whether the winding outer diameter of an insulation tape is large or small.SOLUTION: A winding tool for insulation tape comprises a hollow rotary body 14 which is freely rotated with an insulation operation bar 2, a mounting shaft 21 for insulation tape fitted in a freely swingable state to the hollow rotary body 14, and guide bodies 23a, 23b, and 23c for insulation tape fitted between the mounting shaft 21 and the hollow rotary body 14. The guide bodies 23a, 23b, and 23c comprise substantially-equal-diameter guide rollers 25a, 25b, 25c, 26 on both sides arranged oppositely in a freely rotatable state at predetermined intervals, and while the intervals between the guide rollers 25a, 25b, 25c, and 26 on both the sides are held constant, an insulation tape 34 unwound from the mounting shaft 21 is guided in a winding direction while held with constant pressure to be wound.

By the way, the winding tool described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 applies a back tension to the insulating tape while energizing the friction roller via an oscillating arm by an energizing spring. Therefore, the strength of the back tension inevitably differs depending on the wound outer diameter of the insulating tape. For this reason, the wound outer diameter of the attached insulating tape is large, that is, the back tension is weak in the initial stage of the winding operation, but the winding outer diameter gradually decreases with the progress of the winding operation. In conjunction with the insulation tape, the back tension becomes very strong,
Winding work must always be performed with non-uniform back tension, and as a result, winding is insufficient and electrical inconvenience is likely to occur in terms of insulation and waterproofness. . In addition, since the viscosity and hardness of the insulation tape vary due to changes in the outside air temperature, etc., the back tension must always be adjusted properly, making the adjustment work extremely cumbersome and cumbersome. It was.

The present invention solves the conventional problems, and can perform the winding operation quickly and reliably while always applying a stable and constant back tension regardless of the winding outer diameter of the insulating tape. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide an insulating tape winding tool that can effectively exhibit an excellent winding function in terms of electrical properties such as insulation and waterproofness.

Since the invention described in claim 1 of the present invention is configured as described above, an electric wire having an insulating cover fitted through the hollow rotating body is inserted, and the hollow rotating body is inserted by an insulating operation rod. Can be wound in a spiral shape sequentially from one end of the insulating cover to be fitted while guiding the insulating tape mounted on the mounting shaft with the guide body in the winding direction while rotating In particular, since the guide body is composed of guide rollers having substantially the same diameter on both sides which are arranged opposite to each other so as to be synchronously rotatable at a predetermined interval, the guide rollers on both sides are rotated by the hollow rotor. It can be rotated synchronously while following the operation. For this reason, a constant back tension can always be applied to the insulating tape regardless of the winding outer diameter of the insulating tape. It is possible to effectively exhibit a winding function that is excellent in terms of electrical properties such as water resistance.

Further, the insulating tape 34 is slightly rewound, the guide rollers 25a and 26 on both sides are rotated by hand while the tip is applied to the gap between the guide rollers 25a and 26 on both sides, and is wound into the gap. Insert it into the shape and temporarily fix it. At this time, as shown in FIG. 8, the insulating tape 34 has an adhesive surface 36 on the uneven surface 27a of the guide roller 25a, and the non-adhesive surface 35 on the guide roller.
Each of the side edges is brought into contact with a guide collar 29. When the temporary fixing of the insulating tape 34 is completed, the adjustment bolt 30 is rotated in a predetermined direction and screwed again, the gap between the guide rollers 25a and 26 is adjusted and the inserted insulating tape 34 is inserted. While being properly held in pressure contact, it is urged by the urging spring 20 through the support arm 18 in the forward rotation direction.

When the adjustment of the distance between the guide rollers 25a and 26 on both sides is completed, the drive shaft 3 is driven by the insulating operation rod 2, and the hollow rotating body 14 is rotated in a predetermined direction via the gear mechanism 5 and the non-circular gear 16. The opening 15 of the hollow rotating body 14 is aligned with the opening 11 of the mounting member 10.
Next, the hollow rotating body 14 is attached to the electric wire 32 of the overhead distribution line while operating the insulating operation rod 2.
One end of the insulating cover 33 fitted to the electric wire 32 is inserted from the opening 15 and the tip of the insulating tape 34 temporarily fixed between the guide rollers 25a and 26 on both sides is insulated. The one end of −33 is adhered to the electric wire 32 site located at the alley. After that, the drive shaft 3 is driven by the insulating operation rod 2, and the hollow rotating body 14 is forwardly rotated clockwise through the gear mechanism 5 and the non-circular gear 16. Then, the insulation tape 34 is rewound from the mounting shaft 21 by the forward rotation operation of the hollow rotating body 14, and is wound in a spiral shape from one end edge of the insulation cover 33 via the guide rollers 25a and 26 on both sides. .

At this time, since the guide rollers 25a and 26 on both sides constituting the guide body 23a have substantially the same diameter so that they can be rotated synchronously, they are wound while holding the insulating tape 34 with a constant pressure. It is possible to guide in the direction, and as a result, a constant back tension is always applied regardless of the winding outer diameter of the insulating tape 34, and the winding operation can be performed quickly and reliably. It can be done. The insulating tape 34 is brought into contact with the non-adhesive surface 35 by contacting the smooth surface 28 of one guide roller 26 and the adhesive surface 36 by contacting the uneven surface 27a of the other guide roller 25a. The adhesive force can be reduced by reducing the area, and as a result, the insulating tape 34 can always be guided smoothly and surely. One guide roller
Since the guide collars 29 are annularly formed at both ends of the roller 26, both side edges of the insulating tape 34 can be guided along the guide collars 29. As a result, the insulating tape 3
The guide can be surely guided without causing sideways of 4 or the like.

Thereafter, similarly, the hollow rotating body 14 is normally rotated by the insulating operation rod 2 and the insulating tape 34 is wound around the insulating cover 33 in a spiral shape. When the winding is completed, the insulating tape 3
4 is cut with a tape cutter or the like. After that, while the hollow rotating body 14 is rotated in a predetermined direction by the insulating operation rod 2, the opening 15 is opened to the opening 11 of the mounting member 10.
To be released from the electric wire 32. Next, the winding end of the insulating tape 34 is pressed with a yatco or the like to complete the mounting operation.
