Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a self-sustaining operation system for a distributed power source (microgrid).
In recent years, efforts to “microgrid” to reduce the burden on the commercial system by load following operation of distributed power sources have become active. In an energy supply system (hereinafter simply referred to as a microgrid) that incorporates the idea of a microgrid, the power generation amount is controlled so that the amount of power purchased from a commercial system is constant by grid interconnection. There is a need for load following operation that performs system operation and performs self-sustained operation that supplies high-quality power (with small fluctuations in voltage and frequency) in the microgrid system in case of an emergency such as a power failure.
Considering the convenience of power supply in the building, it is possible to construct a system that makes the transition from grid-operated operation to self-sustained operation in an emergency such as a power outage without interruption without maintaining high-quality power supply. desirable.
This allows the continuation of the building without any influence from external power interruptions in the microgrid system, including devices that are relatively sensitive to power quality (voltage and frequency fluctuations) such as computers. Operation becomes possible.
In recent years, natural energy such as solar power generation and wind power generation has been actively used in various fields for the purpose of CO2 reduction. For example, as a method of effectively using photovoltaic power generation in the above-described microgrid, in an emergency such as a peak cut operation that is normally linked to a power supply of a commercial system and a power failure of the commercial system, the BCP ( It can be used as a power source for Business Continuity Plan (business continuity plan).
However, in the case of natural energy power generation using natural energy such as sunlight and wind power, the power capacity for power generation varies greatly due to changes in the weather and the environment.
For this reason, it is necessary to control the output of the storage battery (battery) in accordance with fluctuations in order to perform reliable peak cut during the linked operation that operates in conjunction with the power supply of the commercial system.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a distributed power supply system that achieves power peak cut and system stabilization with one storage battery power source, and extends the life of the storage battery.
In addition, when solar power generation is introduced in large quantities in commercial systems in the future, there is a concern about the lack of adjustment capability with respect to fluctuations in demand power in the LFC (Load Frequency Control) frequency band, and a response is required.
A configuration example of a conventional microgrid will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a conventional example of a system configuration for performing peak cut operation during commercial interconnection operation and uninterrupted power supply during a power failure.
In the
On the other hand, at the time of a power failure, the
Here, in the
However, in the conventional power supply system, it is necessary to charge the storage battery with all the electric power during peak cut operation at night. Therefore, the capacity of the storage battery (kWh capacity) becomes excessive, and the cost of introducing the storage battery is high. There is a problem of becoming. In addition, the conventional power supply system has a problem that the fluctuation of the frequency band of the LFC cannot be compensated.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and a main object of the present invention is to provide a distributed power supply system that can suppress the installation capacity of storage batteries by suppressing the facility capacity of the storage value from becoming excessive. It is to provide a self-sustaining operation system.
In order to solve the above problems, a distributed power supply self-sustained operation system of the present invention is a distributed power supply self-sustained operation system that reduces power from a commercial system, and is interconnected with the commercial system, A power converter that uses a storage battery to compensate for power fluctuations at a power receiving point of power from the commercial system, and when the power at the power receiving point is equal to or higher than a preset target power value, the power converter is controlled. And a control unit that controls the power conversion unit to charge the storage battery with power when the power is discharged from the storage battery and the power at the power receiving point is less than the target power value.
With this configuration, the control unit controls charging / discharging from the storage battery according to the power at the power receiving point, so that charging to the power storage location is performed not only at night but also during peak cut operation during the daytime. Therefore, it is not necessary to increase the capacity of the storage battery, and the cost for introducing the storage battery can be reduced.
Moreover, the self-sustained operation system of the distributed power supply according to the present invention is the self-sustained operation system of the distributed power supply, wherein the control unit has a charge amount equal to or lower than a first charge amount set in advance when the storage battery is discharged. Discharging is stopped, and control is performed to stop charging when the amount of charge becomes equal to or greater than a preset second amount of charge during charging of the storage battery.
With this configuration, overdischarge and full charge of the storage battery are eliminated, the life of the storage battery can be extended, and the cost for introducing the storage battery can be reduced.
Further, in the self-sustained operation system of the distributed power source according to the present invention, in the self-sustained operation system of the distributed power source, a frequency band of power fluctuation at the power receiving point to be compensated for by the storage battery is preset, and the control unit Control in the frequency band of the storage battery is performed according to the power reception point power at the power reception point and the output power of the storage battery.
With this configuration, since the storage battery compensates for fluctuations in the LFC band in the power at the power receiving point, it is possible to reduce the burden for power supply and demand adjustment.
The distributed power supply self-sustained operation system of the present invention is characterized in that the target power value is changed for each of a plurality of time zones in the distributed power supply self-sustained operation system.
With this configuration, for example, it is possible to charge the storage battery after the first peak cut discharge in the daytime, and further to perform the second peak cut discharge, so there is no need to increase the capacity of the storage battery, The cost of introducing a storage battery can be reduced.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it can suppress that the installation capacity of an electrical storage value becomes excessive, and can provide the self-sustained operation system of the distributed power supply system which reduced the cost which introduces a storage battery.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram showing a configuration example of a self-sustained operation system (hereinafter, self-sustained operation system 10) of a distributed power source according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 100 is an uninterruptible power supply, 101 is an input unit, 111 is a power detection unit, 102 is an output unit, 110 is a control unit, 120 is an AC switch (ACSW), 130 is a storage battery, 131 is a power detection unit,

An
The
The storage battery 130 is a capacitor or a secondary battery that can be repeatedly charged and discharged, and is connected to the connection line of the
The inverter 135 (power converter) is a bidirectional power converter that performs bidirectional power conversion between alternating current and direct current. The
The
The
The
The
Furthermore, the
The
On the other hand, when the
In addition, in the first self-supporting range (A), when the storage battery 130 is discharged or the

The
FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining an example of peak cut operation (constant target power).
In FIG. 3, the vertical axis represents power amounts such as load power and power receiving point power, and the horizontal axis represents time t. The load power indicates the total amount of power consumed by the
Before the time t1, the receiving point power is less than the target power, but since the storage battery 130 is in a fully charged state at this time, the storage battery 130 is not charged. Further, the power at the receiving point and the load power are changed in the same state.
At time t2, the load power tends to be equal to or higher than the target power and the receiving point power tends to be equal to or higher than the target power. However, the
At time t2, the load power tends to be less than the target power and the receiving point power tends to be less than the target power, but the
As charging of the storage battery 130 progresses from time t3 to time t4, the charging power to the storage battery 130 becomes gradually unnecessary because the storage battery 130 approaches the fully charged state, and the difference between the receiving point power and the load power gradually narrows. To go.
When the storage battery 130 is fully charged at time t4, the
At time t5, the load power becomes equal to or higher than the target power again. The operation from time t5 to time t6 and the operation after time t6 are repeated as described above from time t1 to time t2 and from time t2 to time t5.
That is, the electric power charged in the storage battery 130 from time t2 to time t4 can be used for the peak cut operation from time t5 to time t6.
FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining another example of peak cut operation (target power change). FIG. 4 shows an example of peak cut operation in a day of an actual building, that is, 24 hours. In FIG. 4, the vertical axis represents the amount of active power such as load power and power receiving point power, and the horizontal axis represents time t in one day. The load power indicates the total amount of power consumed by the
Before 8:00, charging of the storage battery 130 is completed on the previous day, the SOC of the storage battery 130 is 90%, and the storage battery 130 is in a fully charged state. Therefore, although the power receiving point power is equal to or higher than the target power, the storage battery 130 is not charged, and the load power and the power receiving point power are equal.
At 8:00, the power purchase target value becomes 375 kW, and at time t1 after 8:00, the load power tends to be equal to or higher than the target power, and the receiving point power tends to be equal to or higher than the target power. However,
At time 11:00, the load power is less than the target power, and the receiving point power is also less than the target power. However, since the load power> the receiving point power is in a relationship, the SOC value of the storage battery 130 is the lower limit (30%). Discharge from the storage battery 130 continues until.
At time t2 (12:00), the relationship of load power <power reception point power is established, and the difference power between the power reception point power and the load power becomes the charge power for the storage battery 130. In addition to this constant power flow control, power fluctuations in the LFC band of the power receiving point power are also compensated by power receiving control to the storage battery.
When the SOC value of the storage battery 130 reaches the upper limit value (90%) at time t3, the charging of the storage battery 130 is finished.
Thereafter, the state where the load power and the receiving point power are equal continues until 17:00. At 17:00, the power purchase target value is 210 kW, the load power tends to be equal to or higher than the target power, and the power receiving point power tends to be equal to or higher than the target power. However,
Thereafter, an operation of charging the discharged amount of the storage battery 130 is performed between 22:00 and 23:00, and the SOC of the storage battery 130 is restored to 90%, which is a fully charged state.
